They offer a large selection of products but there is a lack of cashiers so you will be on the check out line for 5 minutes. Thats enough to make you want to forget your purchase and leave.

I was just threatened a kicked out of the store for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! Ive shopped in this store for years, its where my pharmacy medications are forwarded. I was embarrassed and disrespected in front of everyone for no reason. I repeatedly asked why I was being asked to leave and got no response. I will NEVER EVER shop there again. Im disgusted.

I Can’t believe EMPLOYEES GET TALK TO LIKE THAT BY THERE “store manager”.. If I’m not mistaken they call her Ángella. I was getting some groceries when I hear yelling and a strong voice demanding for things to be done . I head to the front check out and I see this short lady with a nasty face and attitude , talking with attitude to there employee and customer.I spoke to an employee and asked how can you work in this environment with this lady talking to you guys like this, the employee had nothing to say . Incredible and disturbing

I waited for over an hour to get my vaccine. I told the pharmacy about my appointment at 4:15 and I had got here at 4:10. I didnt get the vaccine paper to fill out til 4:50 and after I completed it, it took another 30 minutes before they took me. They even proceeded to take people behind me first. Highly recommend that you avoid this store, the staff are slow and unresponsive. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! Me and my husband were making a quick run to our local pharmacy for some bathroom supplies just to get treated poorly. During this pandemic I know it can be hard on essential workers (being as I am an essential worker myself) but this was unacceptable behavior. I just needed for an employee to kindly assist me by unlocking an item on the shelf so I could purchase, I waved to one worker very politely and asked if she could please assist us. She completely ignored us and had the nerve to act as if we were diseased! We both had our face masks on and respected the 6 foot rule so I do not see where the attitude was coming from. So we proceeded to ask another sales associate for the same assistance, also VERY RUDE! I will never come back here to shop ever again! The treatment we were receiving was DISGUSTING and very uncalled for

This location advertises online, over the phone, and in front of the store that they open at 8AM on Sundays. I got to the store at 805am and they still wasn’t open. I’m here still waiting and it is 9AM! I need to get my baby’s formula and they don’t even care. The lack of professionalism is amazing. This store sucks!!

The manager Paulette has a very rude , nasty attitude. A cashier paged her to the front of the store for help with a customer. She stood talking to an employee in the middle isle of the store while there was a line which was going into another isle. I waited to see how long her conversation was going to be with said employee or to see if she would at least make eye contact with me. After some time the employee female stopped and told her I was waiting for her she then turn to the employee and made a rude comment and continued talking. I then called out to her please can you as a manager have that conversation another time , and please come help there is a long line. She then screamed out dont talk to me like that Im not your child. Paulette is known for her rudeness, because I live in the area I have seen and heard on many occasions her being rude to other customers, especially customers who dont speak perfect English, which is ironic because she has a very heavy accent. Also anyone shopping in this store who is Hispanic will be constantly followed around and asked repeatedly if they need help its so unfortunate because I really liked this store. In the 34th st location the customer service is spectacular.

Horrible customer service in person and over the phone. Went to pickup a package from FedEx inside the store after I called (got hung up on twice) and spoke to someone only to get to the store at 8:10pm asked security where is FedEx and was then told the FedEx dept. closes at 8:00pm, I asked again where is FedEx he said in the back, I go to the back and see four doors no sign showing FedEx office only signs for employees only. I knock on ALL the doors and no answer. I go BACK to the front of the store and ask to speak to the manager, manger was paged to come to the front of the store and guess what? no manager showed up. I went back on Sunday to see if I can pick up the package only to find out the. FedEx office is closed on Sunday. I called Monday got hung up on twice AGAIN finally spoke to Annette the “manager” let her know my story and that the young lady in the front hung up the phone twice on me. Annette response was how can I help you? I told her and she couldn’t help so she transferred me to the FedEx dept. to find out the package was sent back. Lol ( have to laugh so I wouldn’t spaze out) SMH!The Bronx is underserved and some people that “work” in the store just want a check and don’t want to work. They need to give a class on customer service or close the store. I rather travel to get what I want and need and that’s SERVICE WITH A SMILE.

Do not recommend getting the vaccine here!!! The team is very disorganized - my appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine was at 10:45am and I didn’t get it until an hour later. Poor service.

I am very upset. I had my fedex packages delivered there since it’s a drop off point and their hours are from 9am-9pm. First I found out when I arrived at 08:30pm that “fedex” hours were 8am-8pm and they refused to give me any of my packages even with proof of ID. Then when I was able to show up early enough to receive them, Rico told me he misplaced one of them and for me to come back the next day in hopes that he found it. Here’s the worse part, I called the following day to find out if Rico found it because I work weekdays and would have to leave early in order to pick it up before they sent it back. I literally called 6 or more times and every time, the call was answered and then disconnected. I knew because I’d hear someone yell “Rico! Phone call for you!” Someone would approach the phone and then Hangup. I finally reached Rico after waiting on hold for 30mins and he rudely told me that he doesn’t work for fedex but Duane reade. He also said I could give him my tracking number for the lost package but he would not look for it. He then hung up. The most DISRESPECTFUL “customer service” I have EVER experienced!!! Best part (sarcasm included), I’m now on my way there after a long day of work. I hope Rico is there.
