I called Duffys to have a job quote the girl took my info said someone will call me back that was a week from the date of this post Duffys never called me back.As far as the quality of work I cant comment but if the follow up is any indicator it might not be too good hopefully its better than the call back.Very disappointed.

Amazing service and true professionalism. Highly recommend. From start to finish not one issue or concern. Hard to find reliable floor services nowadays, but here they are. Floors look like new and gave the home a more brilliant feeling. Crew foreman SID explained every process, every step of the way. Very good service, they seal everything and clean even the walls after finished, dust free! Our floors haven’t been refinished in very long time and we were very pleased with the results. Prices are very reasonable !

UPDATE – Posted 10/30/20: Resulting from a central HVAC unit overflow, we had major damage to our wood flooring. I called Duffys and, as usual, their response was timely & professional. Their Foreman showed up at the appointed time, and a written estimate was eMailed to us within 48 Hrs. Then, when the work commenced, their Foreman, arrived at 1PM “on the dot” - which was the appointed time, and the work was completed over the course of two days. The end result was VERY satisfactory, and - to our complete AMAZEMENT, there was not a SINGLE bit of { post-sanding } dust to be found anywhere! NONE! In my opinion . . . they continue to be “a model” of what ALL sub-contractors & tradesmen should look like! 8.18.18 / Bayside, NYThis outfit is great!They arrived on time, each day. Put in a full day. NO BS or chit-chat between the workers!Their office called me ( each ) day, late-afternoon - to advise what time their crew would show up the next day!Their crew was always polite, courteous, and professional.They did an OUTSTANDING job of protecting my walls, baseboards and furnishings! And, the clean up was the BEST I have ever experienced from ANY crew!Most important,the end result, looks GREAT! Actually exceeded my expectations and my (very fussy) standards.If you use this company, you will end up a quite pleased and a VERY . . . happy camper.UPDATE: 12.16.18Several months after our floor refinishing was done, we swapped out a set of closet doors, that (then) left 2 small areas of our hallway floor unfinished. I contacted Katie @ Duffys, and she arranged to have their crew return, and refinish those two small areas. This was done within one week of my contacting them, and . . AT NO ADDITIONAL cost! I was/remain VERY IMPRESSED by this company! Over the course of 17 months (and $195,000.00 dollars), we worked with several contractors, and subcontractors. There is no question in my mind that Duffys was the [most professional service provider] we worked with, and the OVERALL BEST one . .. too!Mr. MJ / Bayside, NY
