CVS PLAZA One of the early Dunkin store. Staff at this location is courteous and prompt always ready to get you in and out. A neatly kept store and you are always made to feel welcome. Food is always fresh and nicely displayed. For a small store the service is consistently good. More servers to handle the peak time customers can get them to five star.
Just moved to the area, but I think Ill be going back to the Dunkins in Massapequa or Copiague in the future.Every coffee I get is overflowing and dripping down the sides, and because of the pandemic, there are no napkins outside of the service counter. I waited for 5 minutes as the only customer in line to order just for someone to help me to get a napkin (the first person told me they couldnt because they clocked out already).Lastly, only one employee of three was wearing a mask, and no other customers in the store were wearing any either.
This is literally the worst DD in the country. I keep giving them another shot out of convenience of where they are located. Its like they only hire illiterate people with the lowest IQ. Having worked in fast food for years, it isnt difficult to read off a screen and then go use the little labeled items to fill an order. But somehow they seem to get it wrong every damn time. Today was no different. Got my sandwich wrong twice and just pulled the cheese off and wrapped it back up when I double checked if my sandwich had no cheese. The managers have been absolutely no help and are emotionless when you try to explain the frustration with idiots helping you. Its like they just have a complete lack of care.Dont spend your hard earned dollars here. Youre just going to get a headache and weak coffee.
Went at 9am Monday morning to pick up a mobile order and the place was closed!! Lights on, donuts on shelves but not a single employee in sight. Had to call customer service to get my order refunded

Every single time I have come here they have had the doors locked during business hours. I see people in there working but they have the doors locked. I will never TRY to come here again. They have lost my business for good and will tell everyone I know to take the extra 5 mins and drive down to the other by Southern State that has the drive thru. Trash

This place is rediculous. They have NO customer service what so ever. Just ordered a snack wrap and I ased the lady to make sure it didnt have bacon on it. She responed with an attitude and cutting her eyes for no apparent reason. I dont know If she doesnt like her job (if so, she needs to quit) or something bad is going on in her life but, there is no reason to have an attitude with customers. Thats why they cant keep no employees there. The turn around in that store must be high cause everytime someone new is there. I would rather go to donkin donuts on 110 but in FARMINGDALE. They know how to treat their customers. AMITYVILLE DD SUCKS!!!
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts Ive ever been too! The Indian owner is very nasty and dirty looking. I went to purchase a meal & even though they didnt have hash browns, he still wanted to charge me for them! its not the dollar or two, its the principal of the fact that it says on the sign with hash browns included. He told me it doesnt matter what it says, I told him it absolutely does matter. He got really nasty and belligerent with me. Thats just not how you do business in America! You cant charge people money for something there not getting, its not right! Honestly, hes very lucky I didnt kick his ass!

I would give them zero stars if I could, horrible costumer service, ice cream scoops incomplete and a nasty attitude, if you want good ice cream and good service, better go to haggen-daz, a little expensive but too much better.

The shear fact that its 2016 and your reviewing a dunkin donuts...is beyond me....Its exactly what it is ....a dunkin donuts. a chain established franchaise with honest or semi honest people trying to make a living. to say that this is the go to for the best coffee in the world is like saying the barista at your local starbucks is better than anyone else in the world. point is its just a dunkin donuts thats okay and better than the ones i been to.
Horrible service. Sometimes is open other times is closed.They used to have good staff but in the last few months quick turn around and clueless workers and ownership is nowhere to be found.
Since the new owner bought the franchise the location has had faster and friendlier service. Otherwise average as a Dunkin is concerned.

2021-04-04Nice place perfectly located on your way out from the south side of Town. I like to stop in early and grab a coffee and the staff always gets me in and out of the shop as quickly as possible which I appreciate, at this point they know my order and get it done for me before I even order! Super nice morning team and great service !

2022-02-10Just went in and bought 2 lattes. I took a sip and it was warm not hot. I ask the young man if he could please heat it up so that is hot and not warm. He gave me an attitude and rolled his eye at me. At this point I was not going toSpend my money in there.. Ask for a refund and left. He need a lesson in custody service.

2022-01-06After ordering avocado toast, my friend rolled up the window and I dropped it out the car. After coming back inside to order another, the lady who took my order remade it for me without charge. Excellent Customer Service! Definitely coming back.

2021-03-14Sheesh. Asked for brownie sundae. Was told we dont have any. I said.. can I buy that brownie youll are selling on the counter and you make it? then they said yes... When I went to the freezer section & picked up a ready-made Sunday...i asked... what flavor was the ice cream? I was told... I dont know about whats in it..Sheesh...Too much of a headache for ice cream. Ben & Jerrys here i come.

2017-07-28Where to begin? Lack of employees? Lack of a manager? Lack of proper training and knowledge? Lack of ingredients and inventory? This is all a daily occurrence. It baffles me that a place like this could stay open for as long as it has being run in this manner. I tend to forgive small accidents and mistakes, but theres always something the moment you walk through that door. Today was just one too many. I make an On The Go order to avoid the god-awful wait due to the single employee working behind the counter, and its not ready. No surprise pretty much what I expected but then I began to wait... for 5 minutes, making eye contact with the employee multiple times. Now frustrated I question what happened to the order. Was told they ran out of caramel syrup so she just didnt make it. Mind you this is an On The Go order so she should expect a customer to come in looking for it correct. I guess standing next to the pick up counter for five minutes wasnt enough of a clue already. So now she begins to make me the worst ice coffee Ive probably ever tasted. The coffee itself tasted horrible, burnt, bitter, old, as if the container used to store said coffee was a dumping ground for failed coffee making attempts. Stirred, chilled, resold, and made its way into my cup. I could complain about the lack of milk and too much ice but between the grotesque coffee and poor service I would recommend stay clear of this place.
