We frequent this location often because of its proximity to work. Its right off of Sunrise Highway so its convenient to get to. However, on many occasions, they have gotten our orders wrong. Sometimes the taste of their beverages doesnt quite match other locations, either. Besides its convenience, we tend to go to other locations nearby.
I have been to this location multiple mornings and every time their donuts are extremely dry and crusty. These donuts are so dry that they should come with a free drink. I feel like I’m doing a favor by taking these dry crusty donuts off their hands. Y’all need to fix that.
Worst coffee ever. Asked for oat milk and got regular then no pumpkin swirl… and it didn’t even taste good.
Excellent and accurate drive-through service. The White guy with glasses who works the drive through is so very courteous and polite!
Service has gotten much better.
Service couldve been better. But not as bad as other places. They strive towards excellence. Wouldve gave 5 stars but didnt like someone apparently off that day come in without a uniform and make their own drinks.
I just went through the drive thru and let me say that anyone that receives that type of service would be very angry to have things balled up and also the attitude was not called for by the employee pick a different job if it bothers you so much

I love this place, they always greet you with a smile and treat you like royalty. The manager is so friendly and always helpful and their employees Jonique Diaz and Jose are exceptional. They are just so above and beyond and keep me coming back to this one store. I just love them.
Worse Dunkin Donuts!!! They always either mess up my order, food is nasty, or my latte is horrible. I dont know who owns and operates this location but, they need to figure out whats going on! The service guy tonight took my order and made the food. After asking me 2-3 times what my order was he stilllll messed it up!! How is that possible??? And he was wearing gloves but, touching everything in sight with the same gloves he was going to make the food with!! There needs to be one person to take orders and another to prepare the food. A supervisor needs to show these associates proper food handling protocol. I always tell myself not to stop here but, do anyways because it is in a convenient location for me. I honestly think todays my last day visiting that location! I might even call corporate! This location is horrible. Better management is needed!!! Changes need to be made!

It 9:18am and barely busy. I was given 1 out of 2 orders and then told to pull out of drive thru and wait in front of the store so they can serve the next guy behind me. I waited almost 20 minutes for the latte and definitely wouldnt recommend using drive thru or this location because your expected to pull out drive thru so they can show faster time in serving people
Slowest service I’ve ever seen.And I didn’t pay $5 for 90% ice, this location is horrendous.
The owner Scotty is a great guy. He went out of his way to help us get a special order for a party in 20 minutes, baked fresh.

Good Dunkin Donuts. If you are looking for an iced cappuccino with almond here, they will not prepare due to allergens. Other dunkin donuts do so I guess a franchise decision. I go to other locations if I want a iced cappuccino with almond milk.
Horrible employees horrible service. Today girl makes the coffee then tells me she need to take my phone to the back to ring me up, cuz the 2 registers are signed in by workers on break. Place needs attention
Waited online for 15 minutes while customer and employee spoke in spanish while all she ordered was a medium cup of coffee. Never have a selection of donuts just very basic. Time to go if you cant have donuts or supply donuts at a place called dunkin donuts

Terrible.... it says 24 hours. Saw the people inside working, didnt even bother answering me. Def calling corporate after I have try to get a coffee at exactly 11:35 pm and yet no one answers at the drive thru. Hope this review helps someone. Btw its 11:49 and still no one answers. Lol Im actually waiting to see if they answer so I dont call, but I guess I am calling corporate. Oh well. Why cant I just put 0 stars lol.

Took for ever to get my order in drive thru
Unfortunately I was disappointed with the grilled cheese sandwich. It was greasy with cheese that had almost no taste.
I’ve been waiting 15 minutes to get a coffee and there were only 2 people in front of me, no exaggeration. Horrendously run, avoid.

I placed my order quickly and received my order in under 5 minutes
I was the only one at the counter and still had to wait more than five minutes for service and was told they wouldnt make me a breve latte. They did speak I hushed tone of a mythical D&D that did make it. 😡

The manager in this location needs to go back to training. He doesnt work well under pressure and gives the clients attitudes. I would never go back to this location. I couldnt even imagine what would it be working with someone who treats people this way.

2022-05-25Through the year I’ve been to many Dunkin. The location at 764 Sunrise is probably one of the worst. Doesn’t appear clean from the outside. Extensive wait time in drive through. Only a few cars and it takes 10-15 minutes to the speaker. Prices seems to increase monthly. A small coffee is $2.49; increases .40 this year alone. Items constantly prepared incorrectly or poorly. Escalate to the manager. He’s sarcastic doesn’t take accountable and makes no apology. Completing the surveys make no difference; they don’t respond.Avoid the frustration and avoid this location.

2022-05-16Their service is very unprofessional, I made an appointment for a cup of coffee, they didnt make it for me, and then asked me to order another cup, I spent two cups, and the waiter had a very bad attitude!

2022-06-28Everything is good but who is preparing food giving priority too drive in service. My order was gone from register she was still serving out side order. When I was looking her she put my order to oven. Means they dont care inside the customers and manager isnt do his or her job carefully still they need training. But one side this place better than other donkin because they have communication problem with customers.

2021-10-23Service is okay and orders are not consistent. Last week I ordered a caramel oat milk iced coffee and it was perfect. Today I got the same thing and was nothing like my last order.

2018-05-08This is my regular DD. I order from here 5 days a week. Its not always perfect, but a handful of the staff works really hard to maintain hospitality and quality of their drinks. Then, this happened this past Saturday (5/5/18), and now I dont think Ill be going back again. Heres what happened when I was ordered through the drive thru...Me: medium iced tea please.DD woman: thats going to be $2.49.Me: oh ok. Im looking at your sign here and it says medium is $1.29 and large is $2.49.DD woman: I entered it in to our system and the price comes up as $2.49 for the medium. Its $2.49.Me: ok. Im going to take a picture of the sign to show you in case this needs to be taken down. Ill be right there.Me at window to new DD person: hey, I mentioned to the woman I ordered with about this sign. I think it might be outdated so figured youd want to see it....DD woman runs to window from back counter: I HAVE A PICTURE, TOO! A PICTURE OF MY SCREEN SHOWING YOU THE PRICE. THIS ISNT A SUPERMARKET. YOU DONT GET TO SHOW A PRICE AND THEN THE ITEM IS THAT PRICE!Me: wow.Other DD person: avoiding eye contact, scans my phone to pay for the drink, and then hands me the iced tea without saying a word.This is the photo. The mistake is a simple one, I think. The price I saw is a promo price for iced tea/lemonade mixes, not for regular iced teas. It wouldve been so easy to have just told me I was looking at the price of a different product. Instead she just wanted to scream at a regular customer. Damn.

2021-10-13This has to be the poorest management run location of Dunkin Donuts. They NEVER provide accurate orders from delivery. Ive spoken with Scotty the immediate manager and this problem still prevails. Just go to Starbucks one light away or the dunkin donuts located in FREEPORT on sunrise HWY! At this point DoorDash should remove their partnership

2021-09-01This location is incredibly close to my home so I go there everyday. The service is horrible. The staff is rude. I have never seen a slower Dunkin’. I order the same thing everyday and they are constantly getting it wrong. They seriously lack in customer service!
