I stopped by here to pick up coffee for the family as hotel coffee will just no do for them (they are coffee snobs). I downloaded the app, signed up and made my order. Upon arrival I walked in and everything was waiting for me.It was such a great experience I came by on day two of the trip. This time we arrived s little earlier than expected and the order was not at the pickup place; however one of the workers had just finished making it. She confirmed who we were, asked if we needed a carrier and away we went.
The wait was super long I started decaying in the drive thru line
Don’t go to this one if you want the correct order . Once again my order was screwed up. I ordered a hot French vanilla macchiato with skim milk. I received a plain macchiato with almond milk. I asked them to remake it and was then given a Carmel macchiato in which I’m allergic to !! Get it together !!! I will never go to this one again ! Horrible service and wrong order every time.
Words can not express how much I love this Dunkin Donuts. I cant give them 11 stars so I gave them 5. All of the staff are friendly. They never hesitate to give me a glass water with a smile and always give me Ice. They have earned a customer for life here just for letting me plug my car in here and I will buy my coffee and breakfast every day here.I would have to be hard-pressed to purchase my coffee anywhere else in batavia.AAA Plus!!!!11 STARS!!***********
Second post in a matter of months about the poor service. I ask for 1 shot of French vanilla and they give me 3, I asked for 1 shot of coconut and 1 cream and they give me 3 shots of coconut and no cream. The customer service needs to get better.
The chocolate croissants were burnt. Bagel bites were excellent.
Their iced coffee is the best and they always follow instructions. Some locations hear 2 cream 1 sugar and think all the cream and sugar. Hot coffee there isnt bad but not great, but thats more of a personal preference so that doesnt affect the rating whatsoever.

Everytime I go there the staff is rude and disrespectful, Im sorry that some ppl have food allergies but I feel like just because a staff member doesnt like something they shouldnt tell a customer that it would taste weird like that because they just dont want to take the time to make it . its rude. Excuse me for Having a dairy allergy! Poor service !
Always loved Dunkin. I stop almost every day on my way to work, but the price increases are getting out of hand. The price of a cup of coffee has gone up 4 times in the last year or so
I usually only go to this Dunkin, just I went today and got my usual large coffee with 2 cream. The person put so much cream in there the coffee was white, it was more like would you like coffee with your cream.
Fast service but the dining area is too small. Only a few tables. Also very busy location and not much parking available. On a busy road which makes it hard to get in and out of. Not my favorite location to go to for these reasons only. The coffee is always good though
Cool-down drink on a very hot day while out for a motorcycle ride. The chocolate cherry cold brew coffee is my favorite. Workers are always pleasant and the atmosphere at this location is relaxing and welcoming.
I had the Caramel Frozen Coffee and dang it was good. I was very happy with the service at the window and her great attitude.
Very efficient Dunkin location!!!! Everything ran like clockwork! Visited on a Sunday morning. They were very busy, but moving people through quickly. Our order turned out great! Food and drinks were tasty! Salted caramel coffee is delicious!!!!
The only complaints I have are the location and the setup of the drive thru. Entering and exiting the lot is convoluted and a pain, the lot is very small, and the drive thru is hard to manuever even with a small car.Otherwise, the store is bright and clean, and the employees are always very helpful and quick to correct any problems with no questions asked. We come here pretty frequently and have never had any major problems. Definitely recommend.
Great people and always friendly and talkative. They make anything you order the right way and I remember leaving with 3 large hot coffees and one fell onto my floor in the car, I turned and went back to order another and would have payed for it and they said, things happen no charge and thats customer service.
April 11th 2020 ( 1:30pm ) wife and I drove in to your coffee store ,what a pleasant surprise great coffee and super service!!!!!!!!!! the girls were very polite ,have a great day my wife and I look at each other and said we dont get coffee plus service back home in buffalo ny we have been back 2xs since its only a 20 minute drive, I had to write a review if the other coffee shops were like yours.ron and loribuffalo ny
I love this place! I was forced to go to Tim Hortons for so long because that was the only option to go to for a while. But now that I live in this area, I get to pick from two!? Even better! I even tricked my fiance into drinking a Dunkin iced coffee (she is a Tim Hortons groupie, I put the iced coffee in a Tim Hortons cup) and she said she liked it!Plus my new favorite drink to get from there is the Dunkin Energy Punch. Yeah, you need to get awake quickly, thats your drink to get. Plus, the food seems to be done a lot better.The service is always nice plus, getting hit on always seems to boost the ego a little bit especially when you just saw your uncombed self in the mirror 15 minutes before you went.The prices of the food and drinks are reasonable especially when compared to the Starbucks who serves the other part of the society. The only complaint I really have is the weird layout of the drive-thru. But there are easy ways out of that and the parking lot.

The other DD gave me a cold latte. I popped in here and Riley was Mike than willing to get a nice, new, piping hot pumpkin spice latte! Riley was very nice, too!
Well they Messed up my original order when I called the manager gave me a replacement order on my next visit said all I had to do was give my name. Well I went through the drive through again gave my name was grilled about what was wrong with my first order so I told him after he asked me twice. Then I received my replacement order and when I got to my destination this order was wrong when I called well he said first that they didnt have that type of cream filled donut when I asked why I wasnt told when I placed this order because I would have asked for something else he said I never heard you say cream filled. Well needless to say I will not be going back to that particular one thank goodness there is another Dunkin donuts it may not have a drive through but at least I wont be treated like a criminal.

This is the newer DD in Batavia NY. Very clean, public bathrooms, wifi, place to eat. Parking is a little messy at times because it shares a parking lot with 5 star bank so be careful when entering and exiting. Friendly people and fast
Waited for 10 minutes at counter to place order, one person ahead of me that had been waiting as well. Several employees working, and even looked right at people in line and did not help. They all seem to give priority to drive-thru and ignore people who actually come in, bad way to run a business.Dont go here unless you have allot of time to stand around waiting,and being ignored by employees.
The girl in charge actually fixed an issue I had at another store out of their franchise. Great people. Nice. Go here.
Although this Dunkin Donuts is small and on a multi-lane road so access is difficult, it is one of the cleanest and friendliest Ive ever been in and the donuts were fresh and soft and moist. Good Job!
Coffee is hot! Sometimes too hot! They accidentally put sugar instead of sweet & low but still tasted great!
Service is good and quick but the location is terrible and lines are usually long. It has a drive through but getting into it is hard and the parking if you go inside isnt great. In a different location ide probably give it 5 stars
Fresh coffee, fresh treats all the time. Tried the pretzel bites for the first time. They were good, but 5 for $2 wont make me buy them again.

Walked in while drive thru was backed up. Was waited on quickly and out the door I went. Pleasant staff and place is always clean.

Drive thru for the location is poorly designed and is compounded by slow service during busy(ish) times. Wouldnt recommend going if your in a hurry.
Shara and brittney are the nicest most helpful and most importantly forgiving and understanding Dunkin employees I have ever encountered. This is the best Dunkin in the area. I always stop here when I’m in Batavia!!!

They are so slow! They also always tell me to wait at the speaker then answer again like 5 minutes later. Also, most of them are not so friendly only a select few go above and beyond.

It was okay, the should have done more studies with traffic and all that, the drive-thru gets terribly long. Goes out into the road and hinders traffic.

2022-06-24Always great service. Window clerks are always nice and accommodating because my grandma likes a dome lid on her frozen coffee. My only gripe is my chai is sometimes only 3/4 full.

2022-05-02My favorite place to get coffee. They have closed off most of the dining area since Covid began, and because of the location, the drive thru is usually full lately, but if you have the time, its well worth the wait! Theyve never messed up my order, and are very efficient at their jobs.

2021-12-09The workers there belittle each other, along with degrading. You can hear yelling and such through the speaker. There is a woman that works there who is just so rude and has AWFUL customer service attitude. There is definitely no sign of management because if there was, the way they were treating another employee, would not have happened. It’s disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s so bad. There are some uptight workers there. I’m pretty sure one of the employees names started with a T but I’m not sure. She has the worst attitude of them all.

2021-12-09I will not be returning. They treat their employees with the up most disrespect possible. Belittling, swearing, threatening termination. These are just some things you can expect to hear while purchasing your coffee. Just because you are a franchise doesnt mean you can treat others as if they are less, we are all human here. I hope Dunkin investigates this store because it is managed very poorly... I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

2021-12-13I bought a medium Vanilla chai before getting on the thruway. First, it was only half full and second it tasted terrible. What a waste of almost $5. We didnt make it back until after they closed, it was a Sunday, so I attempted to return it today. Guess customer service is not their strong point there. I am out of luck because I didnt pull over on the thruway and call immediately nor did I rush back to town that day.

2021-12-21Can you not go inside and order here?? I was going to purchase 4 gift cards so I figured Id go in instead of holding up the drive thru line- which was already moving very slowly. And there is a sign on the door stating that masks are required but the door is locked!?? What exactly are masks required for then?! If you cant go inside I can see why people get upset with the ridiculously long line out into the road there.

2021-12-08I was there yesterday when I heard an employee say they needed to go home and change due to a personal issue and then come back. The male manager said OK but then a female employee starting complaining saying something on the terms of no and we will have to shut the store as well as cursing and yelling in front of customers. The employee was unable to leave. They looked embarrassed and belittled. They had evidence on the clothing yet was not allowed to go home to change. I hope this is not normal policy for dunkin donuts and this girl comes back to work as she is always so helpful and polite.
