An absolute disaster of a dunkin store, the people there either dont care or they are just too busy doing things that they cant even read or bag the order right, third time I ordered grubhub delivery and as expected they dint fail to spoil our morning, I ordered two hot lattes, one caramel and the other with toasted almomd, not just they forgot to put any of the lattes in the bag, they go a step ahead and put some other customers matcha latte in my bag and send it through , so not just they messed up my order but the some elses also, just a mess this place is,Note for the franchise owner, you desperately need to fire a few useless people from that store before this dunkin gets shut for good, and its not too far, just MESSED UP!!!This was my review a year ago and there is nothing different to say even after a year. Absolutely pathetic customer service, inattentive employees, barely any concern for the customersPacking wrong orders and making customers return to het their order right and yet on the second attempt, doing it wrong. This dunkin store is a joke and needs to be shut. Taking customers for granted and too casually.
Literally the slowest service I’ve ever seen. Minimum wait time is at least 15minutes. The only people that keep this place in business is people that don’t have time constraints. This location should either shut down so it can stop giving people false hope that “maybe today they’ll be faster” or hire a new staff top to bottom and shut down in the meantime.
If it was possible to give 0 stars i would. Every single time i visit this dunkin, something gets messed up. every single time. it doesn’t matter if you go in the store, go thru the drive thru, or mobile order. Today i mobile ordered a muffin and coffee for breakfast. when I went inside, my coffee was at the mobile order spot, but my muffin was not, and there was 15 people waiting for their orders, so my mobile order that should have been done, as i ordered it 15 mins before arriving, would have taken another 20 mins. And this is the 10th time this has happened to me. This is super inconvenient as I have work until 1, and now i will have to starve until then. awesome. I only go to this dunkin because it’s the closest to my house, but at this point it’s a waste of time and money. Once my mom was waiting at the drive thru speaker box with 1 person in front of her for 25 minutes at this dunkin. at this point they should just shut down because it’s obvious no one there knows how to run a store. I feel bad writing this bad of a review, but i don’t want anyone coming to this store thinking they are gonna have a good or even average experience
Don’t bother. This Dunkin is horrible. Their management is nasty to you as a customer. And the things I’ve heard them say is disgusting. I go out of my way to go to the one by Oakdale mall.I thought I would give it a try again today, and once again horrible attitude. Whoever owns this franchise should be notified of this. Your employee turnover is probably because of your management
Horrible. Ive put my online order in multiple times 30 minutes prior to arriving and they dont ever have it ready. I end up waiting an additional 30 minutes... workers swear and scream while customers are literally waiting to order. Its atrocious. Absolutely the worst and when I asked where my sandwiches were nobody cared. Had to get refunded. And the associates are sitting there talking no rush to get peoples orders done. Very bad service
I used to frequent here often when I still lived in Binghamton. Loved that they were 24 hours. The service has gone down hill. In town and stopped. Only me and one truck in line, not a lot of people at the gas station. It took 10-15 minutes to get my pickup order of a butter pecan latte. It was also kind of warm when I got it(iced latte). I loved this Dunkin so Im hoping the management steps it up for my next visit!
I ordered a large iced coffee with liquid sugar and a shot of espresso through my app. I waited 15 mins as it was for the coffee and then I get it and theres no shot of espresso and granulated sugar so I say something and they THEN tell me that they are out of liquid sugar and she doesnt even respond to me about the shot of espresso so I left the coffee there and walked out. I have never had an issue at this store previously so I am completely disappointed with the customer service that I got today. I understand when a place is busy but to treat me like u r to busy to deal with me was wrong and I will not come back here again. I am a waitress so I know how people should be treated and this lady acted like I was just bothering her. Shes the only one who has a nasty attitude over here.
If I could give this place 0 stars I surly would!!!!Got to the drive thru menu and shut off our truck cause it’s a loud diesel truck so they didn’t have to hear it in their ear. Placed the order and get to the window get asked that was one large ice latte. We said no it’s 2 iced lattes and before I could finish my sentence he’s like oh ok 2 large French vanilla iced lattes I yell out NO it’s ONE MEDIUM French vanilla latte whole milk extra ice and ONE LARGE mocha iced latte with whole milk and less ice. So ok we pay and wait for the drinks we’ll they hand out a large cup and go here’s the FV…. *insert face palm and eye roll* so I’m like this is supposed to be medium and extra ice so he’s like oh ok here’s the mocha one the. That’s PACKED with ice when it’s supposed to be light ice…… so I go ya know what nvm I just want a refund we will go else where we’ll surprise surprise no manager there for refund so not only no coffee but out almost 11$ too
I have been to numerous DDs but this one by far has the worst service. Most of the employees have one speed....slow. The drive through many times only handles one order at a time so the car orders then picks up their order while the next person in line waits to place their order. Even the on the go orders have been slow which defeats the purpose. It is sad because there are so many DDs that have it together and are very efficient. At least they normally get the orders right.
Great product and nice, accommodating workers, but pretty slow in filling order and did not think to inform me they were out of 3 different items on my mobile order until I asked where the items were. After that delay, she was very accommodating in offering replacement options. Staff here seems young and a bit inexperienced, so I anticipate a better experience in the future. 😊
The management here needs a reality check desperately. I came through the drive thru to discover ONE employee working the window taking order since their headset was not working, and that same ONE employee having to run and fulfill the orders as well. In what universe does it make sense to have ONE SINGLE employee with a broken headset taking drive thru orders at the window and completing them entirely by themselves. You are setting your employees up for failure. Making the customer wait in line for 15 minutes before the order can even be taken clearly makes more sense to them than helping their own employee so they aren’t working a drive thru alone with busted equipment. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.
Service is terrible.Sometimes 4 or 5 people working behind the counter and it’s still a big cluster …….Orders are mixed up unbelievable bad. I can’t imagine anyone from corporate DD doesn’t check these reviews send someone to verify them out to see the issues.AND they are paying them $16.00 an hour!!!😩😩😩😩What a joke.
Went to drive thru. Ordered 3 chocolate frosted donuts. I did get the. With the frosting all over the bag and no napkinsWent back to the store, went inside and the counter girls asked how to help me. As I explained to her the issues. This little want to be manager says we dont have an issue, you do. The napkins are over there. Gee, the rudest most unprofessional comment ever. Had I not been on my way to work there would have been a news article. Very dissatisfied.
10/30/2020 update to my original review:Just when you think that the service couldn’t get any worse, I have to deal with enough coffee grinds in my coffee to brew a small coffee. This place is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Broome County!Since New management took over recently, 100% of all my mobile orders have been delayed 5-10min every morning. They are properly staffed with 5-6+ people at all times lately and still they cannot satisfy orders efficiently. This Dunkin’ Donuts needs all the help they can get, in my opinion new management.
I ordered coffee and a 2 for 1 croissant egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich (s). 1st rate across board and a good value. Sandwiches were hot fresh and super tasty. Stopped only for the coffee but couldnt pass on the speacial. Drove 5 miles out of my way for the coffee vs other lesser local options.
Today is the first time in years I would rate this D n D a Five... The Girl that took my order..wish I knew her name...and made my coffe was quick, very helpful and pleasntly accommodating to my questions and lack of knowledge about what I wanted to drink..Then My drink was exactly what I craved a d made to perfection and served with style,grace and and amazing smile! Also very quick.. so pleased.. I usually say this is in the top two worst dunkins in the county.. Changed my outlook!
I have gone here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and 3 times my order has taken longer than 10 minutes to be made. One of those times it was done incorrectly. Just watching the staff run around like they have no idea what theyre doing while you wait in line for your drink or food is enough to frustrate you. Stopping here before work is a good way to ensure you get to work late. Just dont do it.
Friendly service, reasonable prices and good food.. I was nervous because the gas station Dunkin Donuts are not always that great and typically dont have a great selection but this one had a great selection of bagels, donuts and the typical drinks. One of the only Dunkin Donuts that actually toasts The Bagel right. Stuff was good and the service was very nice. Two or three little tables to sit down and even had Outlets where I was able to charge my phone for a few. Seemed to be a little busy throughout the time I was there however food came in an average amount of time and it was a really quiet place to sit and enjoy. Would definitely return again if in the area
Have visited this location numerous times. It takes forever in the drive thru. I stopped ordering food because any cook wearing his pants around his knees ( unfortunately visible from the drive thru) certainly doesnt care about hygiene. Also, twice now Ive seen what appears to be a 5 or 6 year old child playing in the kitchen area. Ill take my business elsewhere. I can get better service and cleaner service at a gas station.
This store consistently shows no care to their products. Half the time the coffee is old and the other half its watery. Dunkin products are delicious but this location is awful. When I asked for them to remake an iced coffee that looked like cream with a splash of coffee I was told thats just how it is and they can make me another but it will be the same. MAKE FRESH COFFEE CORRECTLY AND USE THE RIGHT PROPORTIONS!
So I love Dunkin, but this is one of the slowest Dunkin Ive ever been to. In fact the only thing they do consistently is have slow service. Dont bother with on the go ordering here. You will sit and wait while they wait on customers in line. Update 8/6/18Im officially down to 1star. I actually hate coming here now. Will be looking for a location with better service. Probably a different franchise because this one is so poorly managed
I stop here when I have to work in the area. This is located in a mini mart. While the service and food are good, its not a comfortable place. Its always early when Im there so maybe thats why the napkin holders are usually empty and there are supplies that havent been put away that you have to walk around.
By far the worst experience i have ever had at Dunkin. I drive by here to go to work everyday and am a frequent customer. I placed my order at 7:12 am...I received part of my order at 7:28 am. I ended up leaving because i needed to get to my office. I could not get anyones attention, and the manager was about as inattentive as they come. Oh, and the only thing i was waiting for was a toasted bagel... Absolutely horrible and embarrassing for this store
This one is notoriously slow. 1 car at a time most often. During the week, its not so bad but if you are on a lunch break or gotta get to work quick, avoid it. Veri inconsistant service. Ppl are nice but they create their own back log of cars due to the fact they only do one at a time. Want a latte? Certainlu not Sun morning. Just almost never offered. Machine is down just on this day. Smart machine! I have complained often to dd. Worst part is if you realize you will be late to work and need to leave the line, you cant. The drive thru lane is only one lane. No where to go. This ones ok if you are not in a hurry. If you are, dont say you werent warned.
Ok customer service. I would not order any bagel, english muffin, or croissant sandwiches, hash browns, wraps. The preparation area is hardly, if ever, cleaned...employees dont change gloves even after emptying trash. This was brought to the attention of the manager who replied its just food ... What do you accept. I will never eat there.
Describe my experience? 100% terrible. If I had the option to leave zero stars, trust me I would. I cant even begin to explain how many times I have ordered a hot chocolate, and received a freaking coffee and a disgusting one at that. Not to mention when they actually do give you a hot chocolate, its clear no one knows how to make it correctly because it doesnt taste like chocolate at all, more like wet dirt honestly. I am a regular customer, always my go to Dunkin Donuts establishment but I can make a clear view promise that they mess something up 9/10 times. May it be forgetting straws, giving us the wrong food, the wrong drink, the wrong cup size, burnt food, the wrong bagel or donut or sandwich or even having not a single donut at 2 in the afternoon. I truly cannot believe the level of intelligence that works there, its honestly sad.
I was in here eating my dinner for about an hour between 6-7pm and the trash has been over flowing since i came in this morning the same trash.. the shift leader was a guy named Allen I told and he said he didnt have time to do it even though the store was fairly slow.. need better shift leaders then this guys come on.
Terrible service, ordered an English muffin sandwich, and a croissant sandwich..... the woman was overwhelmed, ONLY MADE 1 SANDWICH AT A TIME!! OMG, I was dying, very slow I stood at the opening to the back where the monitor is and watched as the timer on my sandwiches ticked away.......... my order was received at 21 minutes 46 seconds. DISAPPOINTED!!
Worst experience ever. (And Im a frequent customer ) we went through the drive thru today and wanted medium drinks..they couldnt accommodate the medium BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF ALL CUPS BUT SMALL! How can a place that serves mostly drinks run out of all size cup! So I left and called asking for the manager and got some very rude shift leader by the name of Dustin Hailey and he seriously asked me what do u want, I have customers here .I told him that I was a customer and he hung up on me!
Typical, normal, and the usual Dunkin Donuts Coffee Shop. Drinks, food, and customer service was great and exactly as expected to be. Kind and friendly with typical school students as employees; which is great seeing youth work at young ages to build character and stay out of trouble. I see reviews complaining about having to wait 10 minutes for their food, and complaints about bad food. For one, its not a 5 star restaurant... So if you were to get your food from Dunkin in less than 10 minutes, let alone 10 minutes, that would be considered even worse. If you want 5-star food go to a 5-star restaurant and wait over and hour and pay much more. Very nice, normal Dunkin Donuts. Rated this 4 stars on Google due to this Dunkin Donuts located inside of a gas station.
This dunkin donuts has a high turnover of employees, different new people almost every day I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt hoping they would get better but it has only gotten worse, raw bacon on my sandwich is the Last straw and the response is sorry shes new ,so if your in a rush and want your order done right skip this dunkin and go to luvs or the TA

2022-02-17Closest Dunkin to my house...keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but service is soooooo slow and order is usually not right. Some workers try....but most dont care. I mobile order at least 15-20 minutes before arrival and still have to wait at least 10-20 minutes more. Manager doesnt care and hides in office instead of helping drowning employees. Sundays are awful.... usually have only 1 employee taking care of the whole place. I know people dont want to work and its hard to get employees....I dont mind waiting a little extra....but at least make my order right!! I have started going to another store that is a total of 6 miles out of my way. Picture is of 2 Extra Large coffees....missing a few ounces!!!

2022-07-08I drive across town just for this Dunkin. Today Lauren helped me and she was the sweetest! They always make my coffee just as I ask for it, fast and all are friendly. Great customer service.

2022-03-26Poor experience. I waited a few at counter before someone acknowledged me. I gave them my order and continued to wait. I could tell their drive thru was busy and a bit chaotic. Their focus was lacking as well as customer service. The small trash can near counter was overflowing, straw holder was sticky and place needed some attention.

2022-05-31This dunkin is very bad and not so clean . The managers are very rude not only to customers but to there own staff. They dont schedule enough people for the hours they are open for which makes the job very difficult. Due to the poor management when the do get new staff they dont stay very long because of how they are treated and never get properly trained. Anytime there is a issue the manager Toni doesnt know how to deal with her own emotions and takes it out on her crew and blames it on them . On top of everything they over work and push there employees to the breaking point and when they snap they get yelled at and then the boss Toni switches it around to blame the employee. She is bad manager and they need a new one .

2022-04-21I ordered a large hot tea, they just wanted to hand me a cup of hot water and the tea bag. This is a first time at this one restaurant every other DD I have visited I never had this issue. They also had no donuts they said. They ran out. How does a DD run out of there main item, Donuts! So I asked for a crosont just one, they gave me two. Then I said I dont want the tea or anything else, they told me to keep them. So I kepted them and left, I started to eat the crosont and tossed it back in the bag, it was disgusting, they are supposed to be lite and airy it was just a lumb of bread. I tossed it in a garbage can. Stay away from this store, this is the worst DD I have ever visited. I have traveled all over the country for work and have visited at least over 100 DDs and again this is the worst one. I used the drive thru.
