In and out, walked inside, always, I never go to the drive through. Get waited on fast, the only thing is I wish the Carmel hot coffee was much hotter. Its always Luke warm.
Meghan is such an amazing employee. She ALWAYS greets you with a smile. This location runs so smooth and I have never had a problem with my order, and get outstanding service is a plus. Kudos to the staff!
Four stars for me this trip because while inside picking up order it wasnt clear that what was standing on the counter waiting was actually my order. No clearly marked tags, labels or receipts attached. Had to wait for counter rep to advise. Other than that, was okay.
Prices are cheaper at this Dunkin, noticeably so. Usually coffee is made well here, unlike other locations that dont seem to know how to make a macchiato. Drive thru and parking is poorly designed though. Usually a long wait as well, but at least my order is accurate and I dont have to go through multiple times and repeatedly explain that I get the same drink everytime, so I know it is made wrong🙄😅
Always out of a lot of things. Every time I order I have to change almost everything then to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to be told if you want your stuff faster to go inside even tho it’s not any better when you go inside then when you do finally get your order something is missing and they close the window

HORRIBLE. Not sure what is worse, the team members or the management here. Gonna go with management though because I don’t know how any employee could be in a good mood with such poor management. I am genuinely shocked this place is still up and running. You want to go through the drive through? Sure, bring a couple books because it will take a few hours. Then after your long wait, you’re lucky to have your order correct. It is embarrassing to see the operations of this place. The owner needs to get down here and evaluate his “management.” It is comical how the owner is making great income, yet runs a horrible business.
Wasnt thrilled when I went in yesterday and initially requested 6 vanilla cream doughnuts and was told by the girl who waited on me that if I wanted to order that many of the same doughnut I would need to call ahead in the future. While I adjusted what I wanted and changed it only 3 vanilla cream doughnuts, I found this to be incredibly rude. Im there, with money to spend, its not my job as the customer to worry about potential customers not getting what they want.I was there between 1130am and noon.
I order all the time from Dunkin, if I get any more than 2 items my entire order is messed up and tastes awful. Could you guys maybe train your employees differently? Or something? I’d hate to see yet another Brockport fast food place go down the drain more

The Dunkin on Lake Rd. in Brockport is the worst!! They never get the orders right and that’s after you have to sit in the drive-thru line for 25 mins!! Also, whoever planned the space for the drive-thru clearly overlooked some major issues-like parking space and turning space, you can barely fit an SUV over there!!!Horrible service- if you don’t have anywhere to be , then go, otherwise plan to be late coming from this one!!
I hate to complain however I order two croissant stuffed thing and two the drinks were made okay however when went to eat one of the croissant I found that it was still frozen and same with other
Good, not great. Half of the time they are out of dark roast coffee!! Ummmm your a coffee place so you should have more than enough regular, dark and decaf coffee on hand to never run out!
This Dunkin’ location is hit and miss. I have been getting the same order for over 2 years now regularly and the staff argues with you if you tell them your coffee doesn’t look right. I get 3 creams in my iced coffee and when they try to hand me a black coffee and tell me it is right, I know it is not. It’s so inconsistent here. Today when I told the woman at the window my coffee did not look right she slammed the coffee down in their clear box they hand out. She then proceeded to rudely give me my change and it all fell on the ground outside of the window.
I love their coffee, when they get it correct. Ive had too many times where my coffee tasted burnt or they didnt put sugar or flavoring in when I ordered the caramel craze. Having to go back in or having to wait for a corrected order shouldnt have to happen if they got it right the first time.
Ive been to this Dunkin a number of times and everything was good. I stopped in with a co-worker for a cup of coffee. While waiting for our coffee inside an worker from the attached business next door came in with a used Dunkin cup. An employee took the cup and scooped it through the ice bin and gave it back to her. Unfortunately that did it for me, its close to my home but I wont be returning.
Arrived at 12:42 today, got to the window at 1:05 and the order was wrong. We reordered two hot chia lattes with almond milk and two snackin bacon. They trie d to give us two iced chia lattes. People were just driving out of drive thru. Got the drinks, mine was freezing, and my wife’s was just warm, when we ordered warm. I had to park the car and come in... now it’s 1:15pm on November 1st. Very badly run!
Their drive thru definitely takes some time but Im not really certain its employees fault since inside orders go so quick. I think people just order ridiculous amounts of stuff at the drive thru, making more work for limited number of employees.
This is the slowest Dunkin in the area. I don’t know if it is staffing or training, but it seems to keep getting worse over the last few months.
I ordered a matcha latte today at this location. What a mistake. Due to the commercials, I was really looking forward to trying it. I got it in the iced variety. However, that was obviously the wrong choice because when I got my drink, I realized with the insane amount of ice the cup, there was barely room for the actual drink itself that I ordered and paid money for. I realized that I paid almost five dollars for a cup of ice. It took five sips (I counted) and the drink was entirely gone. All I was left with was a full cup of ice. I feel like I got screwed and robbed for my money. Who pays five dollars for a cup of crushed ice? I still feel like I have yet to try the actual drink that I wanted. Waste of money and time. Whoever made that drink needs to be fired for serving cups of ice to customers when I could have just had ice water for free at home from reusable ice trays. Ridiculous. Will not go back. Dont waste your money.
Workers are usually super rude, its super slow, and my easy order is messed up a lot and ive been ordering the same thing for years. I was here the other day and I was AT THE PLACE WHERE YOU SAY YOUR ORDER, and i waited there for 23 minutes. Thats right. (I was desperate for coffee). And this is after someone in front of me had also left after a few minutes of nobody even asking for their order. So I go in to see whats going on (mind you there was nobody in front of me) and i wait another 6 minutes to be served before the manager I presume angerly whispers to a worker to come serve me, I told them about my wait and they ignored it taking my order where im told theyre out of most stuff so I leave and go to mcdonalds where within 5 minutes I have my delicious breakfast and coffee and im back on the road. Moral of this story. Dont go here. Not worth the overpriced food, slow service, rude workers almost everytime i go here, and messed up orders. Go to Tim hortens Or mcdonalds.
I have literally never had worse service at a drive thru than this Dunkin. I have been able to watch a full episode of The Office after I had placed my order. It literally took them over 25 minutes to get five cars through the drive thru. This wasn’t just a one time thing either it has been a consistent 20 minute wait in the drive thru for anything. Not likely to ever return to this location by my own free will.
Firstly I am not blaming the employees because they are always kind, maybe there is new management or something? I used to enjoy this location but recently every time I try to go here theres a problem. My daughter cant drink milk, she gets almond milk every time we go, I asked for almond milk in her coffee and was told we dont carry almond milk The lattes are bitter every time I order one. Usually its clean and smells like coffee inside, but the last time I went it smelt like a porta potty.
UPdate 10/8/20 its gotten somewhat better.Slowest service. I like the coffee but management needs to work on expediting the drive through. Its always the slowest line, it must be costing them a ton of business. Im dumbfounded everytime I make the mistake of coming here. Get your act together! Literally 20 minutes to get coffee.... one positive is I had plenty of time to post this while waiting! Lol they gave me the wrong order.... still here....
They took a very long time to just greet me at the speaker. I work as a manager in another local fast food place so I understand when youre busy things happen but thats why I am always polite and understanding but I say I have a mobile order and the lady just goes ok pull forward which so much attitude. Then I get to the window and the tell the lady I have a mobile order and she says next time tell us you have a mobile order since shes not gonna tell me you do and Im gonna charge you for the other persons food never in my life have I felt so unwelcomed at a restaurant. Everytime I go there theres literally one good employee and usually my order is incorrect. If youre going to make my food incorrect at least be polite about it. And its not like a one time thing either this is everytime I go there. Every. Single. Time.
I do love their coffee here but its honestly a hit or miss. Sometimes the coffee tastes fresh as can be and others it tastes burnt or stale. The baristas are always willing to remake the order but its hard when youre crunched for time or have doubts the next cup will be any better than before.
This has to be the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They are slow everyday no matter what time it is. The employees are rude and act like they have no idea what they’re doing. It sucks that this is the only one around this area. Someone needs to come in here and fix this place, it’s embarrassing for the company.
Staff was nice and the drinks were good!!! The place seemed clean and our order was taken and delivered in a timely manner. Order with the app and you will be in and out before you blink... Okay that might be an exaggeration, but its fast.
THEY ARE THE SLOWEST AT DOING ANYTHING! And don’t get your order right most of the time. This is the ONLY DD I’ve ever had trouble with. Given hard donuts, donuts with NO filling or little filling. Hire more people or give them more incentive to be faster and thorough instead of seeming like they hate their job (drive thru)
In general, I enjoy DD- in other locations. Brockport DD is loud. Cold. Some staff unfriendly every single time I have visited. I cannot understand why this site does not improve.If in town, go directly to Tim Hortons.Update: I took a chance on this location again because Dunkin was giving away coffee. The staff was wonderful! When I complimented the two staff working the drive thru- it turned out they were from another Dunkin and were there only to help out during the special day. From the window I could see local staff inside doing nothing. Sheesh!
Got order wrong then took another 5 minutes to say they were out of steak. Then another 8 minutes to substitute with ham. The wraps were a total mess and stuck to the wrappers. Will never go to the Brockport Dunkins again!!
When I pay for extra cream cheese this is what I get. This is not the only time this has happened. Very rarely do I actually get what I ask for.
I ordered a medium iced coffee,1 sugar, 2 creams, from here but should have turned around as soon as I walked in. If you can smell burnt coffee when you entering the dining area, just dont bother. This seems to be a common thread at Dunkin. I have visited 5 locations in the past 2 months and in only two was I not greeted with the smell of coffee that had sat on burner too long. The coffee was bitter and my normal order above which has been perfect at different locations was pretty much tossed after a few sips. If the coffee is burnt, theres no point in having them redo my drink. Stick to Gates or N. Chili locations where I have never had an issue.
This is the straw that broke the camels back. I love DD and I go there all the time for coffee and a bagel, but on countless occasions have I ordered a bagel with butter and I get home to eat and find out that there is cream cheese on it. This happens way too often and I have lost quite a few dollars to this and I am not going to make the trip back to get it fixed. Its just so aggravating sometimes.
Love the coffee here, and the prices. But when half the time the orders incorrect. Never any consistany.. Wish they could start getting my order correct. So Im not wasting my time or money..
The staff are some of the friendliest in all of Brockport and someone whoworldsfor Doordash, they are always incredibly fast and accurate on all the orders Ive had to pickup. Great job dunkin staff.

Went there on 9/8 . their headsets werent working so we pull up to the window. I order a medium coffee with French vanilla,one sugar extra cream hot, my boyfriend orders a large hot 6 sugars one cream. They try to give us an ice coffee, tell them thats not what we ordered. We get our coffee and leave, drive for about 10 minutes when my boyfriend takes a sip of his coffee and its tea.I take a sip of mine and it taste like tea also. How the hell do you mix up tea and coffee? If we werent on our way somewhere I would have definitely went back. Needless to say we threw the tea away,wasted our money, and didnt get to have coffee. You guys suck.
The coffee if made to the way you order it it is good. PARKING LOT IS HORRIBLE! Plan at least an extra 15 mins when going there. Bagels are NEVER toasted, still cold even asking for it to be toasted twice. NEVER ONCE when I ordered food did it come out right. People that work at this location either need to be trained longer or retrained the right way by the proper management. Would not be sorry if this location closed.
Used to be okay, now extremely slow drive up service. I wasted my lunch break waiting on a latte and bakery item. Finally got to the window to find they didnt get half my items. Half the time I go, the cappuccino machine is out of order. Ill forgo the flavors for speed and go to Tim Hortons now.
6 oclock on May 1st. Sitting here eating breakfast from Tim Hortons while writing this. I give all establishments at least 2 screw ups but this is the 3rd with this DD. I walk in to an empty coffee shop. Walk up to counter. Girl looks at me and walks away. I stand there for a full 5 minutes. She walks past me again and pours a coffee for the drive up. I leave and head to Timmy Hos. The service is absolutely the WORST of any place I have ever been. How they are still in business is beyond me. Dont waste your time or money here.
I love dunkin donuts coffee, but today I ordered a large frozen coffee, couldnt even get through half of it before getting really sick. Im not sure if their was an expired product in it or what but Im very sick now. In the future maybe they can start checking their dates before serving anything.
Awful store. First off its the slowest Dunkin Donuts out of anyone Ive been too. You could probably read a hard cover novel before the food/drinks are out to you. Ive been to other busy locations that have been so much faster and have been just as busy as these guys. Then, the new summer flavors are in and I decided to try one of them out, I pull in at 7am and they tell me they arent even open yet because an opener didnt show up and they are behind and cant help me. Its always something with this location. When does someone decide to step up and admit something is really wrong. Its ashame that Tim Hortons will have my business from now on because I dont even like there drinks or food that much but at least they will serve me.
I love vanilla chai so today we went through the drive up while we were in Brockport. I ordered a large chai and was looking forward to it. Usually when I get these which is not too often, they are too hot to drink. Not this one, I took one sip and it was lukewarm at best. Needless to say I was very disappointed and had to wait until I got home to nuke it. I won’t be stopping their again.

I tend to treat myself to DD once a week. In this case I had a friend stop by and we headed out to talk. I used my DD app to order one of my favorites and he tried something new. It was one of the DD perks specials again on the app. We were then able to talk for about 45 minutrs. A nice perk was the two comphy chairs were available.
Ive postponed giving this review ..because its understandable that a order could be wrong from time to time ...after what has been at minimum 6 seperate ocasions now all at different times with all different staff ...this store needs serious training ...order after order always wrong ...not completely wrong just a part of them...but each item wrong someway everytime...and every person i know says the same thing about this location. Please get your staffing up to par ...and make this location what it should be ..and not the joke it is ...
I come to this location everyday and I always ask for my bagel to be double toasted. Im not one to complain but I called the manager and told her that the bagels are never toasted. Today I went and asked for a double toasted bagel and I kid you not the bagel never touched the toaster, so Im convinced this is being done on purpose. Ill find somwhere else to get coffee and bagels.
The chia spiced was weak and the liquid sohot we traveled almost 60 miles before I could drink it and than decided that is just not worth the effort.
Why can they never make the right drink.... we all ordered. The same thing.. frozen coffee with caramel... yet they all tasted different and equally as disgusting!! Looks like Tim Horton’s it is from now on!
Several occasions where what my wife and I ordered isnt what we got. Seem to always forget the flavoring thats asked for, usually burnt coffee, and always a line out to the street.
As I walked through the glass doors of Dunkin, I asked my self, What should I get today? Hmm... I stood in line for perhaps two minutes. In my head it was an eon. My mind raced, I was sweating bullets. I got closer to the register. The lady in front of me got an iced mocha frappe latte turbo shot latte espresso. Damn. Suddenly - or not so, my perception of time was useless - I was upon the register. As if instinctual, I suddenly knew what I needed, what I craved. Ill have a coffee. Small please. Wow. The coffee was the best. Nothing like Ive ever tasted. Best coffee Ive ever had. I give this place a 5/7.
Takes forever, every now and again they had too much cream to my coffee.I dont ask them to do it again because it takes forever for them to do anything its not even rush hour.

Slow service, everyone there looks like they hate their job and for a place thats called Dukin DONUTS they seem to never have any DONUTS. If they do they are as hard as a rock. Other locations aren’t like this. Good thing Tim Hortons is not too far away.
This is by far the slowest dunkin doughnuts around. I go to this dunkin doughnuts every day and it never improves. You could be the only person in the drive through pull up to the menu board and theyre like Ill be with you in a moment..... 3 or 4 minutes later, its sad. The line is usually out to the road but hey gotta have my dunkin cant be without it.
Place was dirty! Manager didnt listen to orders. And after the place was trashed staff shrugged at me and said it was busy then three of them walked out. Maybe stay five more minutes and clean the store. Wont go back.
I waited in the drive threw for 20 mins to be charged the wrong price, given attitude when I said something about and having my order be totally wrong. So if you have the time to waist to get what you dont want, Id recommend going.
Need better management. They are slow as f**k. Drive thru is so tight with parking, its almost impossible to get thru. Too many people on drive thru, always have to wait when you go inside to avoid the mile long drive thru line. Basically damned if you do, damned if you dont.
Coffee inconsistent, the manager is rude and the help took three tries at getting the coffee right. If I am paying $2 for cream cheese i expect more than a skin coat on one side. I have walked out pissed 3 out of the 5 times I have been in the place.
Most days theyre fine and I have no issues but they also regularly run out of things and mess up my order. Sometimes you have to wait forever for a small order and this is frustrating

Always have been slower than other places. On this particular occasion one of the workers seemed more interested in her boyfriend that was loitering for lack of a better term, and making the one other worker do most of the work.

Guy taking the order was very rude for no reason. Also he messed up my order. Last week, my friend accidentally dropped her coffee and he was so unprofessional and mean about it. I don’t even want to go back again.

Adequate DD location. Relatively clean though I often have to brush the tables off before sitting. Good internet speeds. Ok food. Ok coffee. Staff is mostly corgial. It is what youd expect.

This place needs to have management come in and train and get advice from other franchises that can maybe help step in and guide this store owner on his/her store because they have poor customer service skills and never can seem to get my coffee right or the fact that one of their popular doughnuts as in Jelly are never in stock!I have gotten to the point where I now go to the one in Albion that has yet to let me down. PLEASE SEND HELP TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY NEED IT! A simple mistake as messing up someones order or their coffee can ruin their whole effin day!

Nice, but the parking and drive through space is very poor design. Inside is also too small to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A Starbucks it is not.
So this past week I stopped at Dunkin prior to 515 5:20 in the morning the one day there was a car there but the lights were not on and nobody answered the drive-thru on the other occasion there was only one attendant and she has been fairly new and she was trying to do the inside and the drive-through all by herself with no help this is not the first time that this Dunkin Donuts in Brockport New York has failed I realize this is a college town and that is probably where some of your help comes from but you only have maybe one or two early morning consistent employees they need some real help and there needs to be consistency some days the coffees great some days the coffees not so great you need to fix this Brockport Dunkin Donuts

Terribly slow. Four employees. Drive through semi busy. Myself, a couple ahead of me, and one gentleman waiting for his order. 10 minutes.
4 people were working but they were all focused on the drive thru. Coffee was great though when we finally got service.

Drive though in the am usually has a line. Drinks they are pretty quick but if someone and a sandwich add 4 minutes to your wait
If you feel like waiting an hour, not getting the correct food, or the food you wanted because they are “out of half the menu”, and having rude customer service I would go here.

Poor drive through design. Extremely long waiting times for seemingly simple food/drinks.
Reasonable quality food, somewhat slow inside service. First order I placed was fulfilled incorrectly, but they rectified it as soon as notified.

2021-08-02Dear Dunkin..... I hate to be the one who explains this but on your receipt and website a power breakfast sandwich when asked with no bread gets 2 veggie egg white patties. Why does your staff not do this? If you would correct this it would be greatly appreciated.

2022-06-25DD is fine. The location can be difficult to enter if youre traveling north on Long Pond Road or want to go north upon leaving. There is a middle turning lane, but lots of people want to use it so near to the traffic light.

2022-04-29Don’t do it!!! They are very slow, and you won’t get your order (if it’s correct) for sometime. Drive through and going in. Horrible service!!!! Staff always look lost or confused. Like they don’t know how they got there. No lie!!!!

2021-09-12Currently have been in the drive thru for over 20 minutes now…..Update. Was able to place order after 45 minutes just to get the wrong drink. Only ordered 1 drink. 45 minutes and messed it Up. They seriously need new staff. Doesn’t seem that they have a single person in there competent enough to make a coffee.

2022-02-09Dunkin has not once gotten our order right. Decent coffee but would not recommend getting food unless you are open to missing part of your sandwich/meal.Update 2/2022Tried Dunkin again thinking maybe it improved but it actually got worse. I asked for a sourdough sandwich meal and got just the sandwich. The bread wasnt toasted at all and the hash browns I paid extra for were soggy. This was garbage and I will not be going back. If a year cant fix it, nothing will.
