Place an online order. They made me wait for 20 min until I asked the cashier she told me that they didnt have the milk that I order (never told me anything so ok I can read minds now) She was really rude. And on top they burnt my bagel. Horrible. Also they complained with the customers when they do the orders WRONG. W/e
This is a busy Dunkin given that it’s across the street from the local subway. The few times that I’ve come to visit have been met with long wait times and tired staff. I highly recommend downloading the Dunkin’ app and ordering ahead if you’re like me and have places to be and trains to make. You’re able to save and earn rewards too!

Busy venue, of course everyone wants to quench their thirst in this hot weather. Dunkin can fill that order from iced coffee and frosty drinks. There was a small socially distancing line but we were served our drinks in a timely manner ....refreshing and worth the wait.
Some of the stuff has a very rude attitude for no reason ! Not recommend! Special in the morning when you want to start your day smoothly, not again!
Employees here are so slow and clueless. I waited here front in line over 10 minutes with zero acknowledgement. I couldnt even place a order. Out of frustration I just walked out. But the white girl a head of me was able to order with no problem.
Ive been placing pickup orders during the lockdown and they consistently get it right and ready quickly. They also do a good job maintaining social distancing for walk-ins.
The egg sandwich I got was cold in the middlePlace was really dirty. The countertops was full of crumbs and Garbage was overflowing to the tippy top.. I had two bites of the sandwich and threw it right in the overflowing garbage.. updated.... place want from badd to complete worst... They had a panhandler in the store harassing the customers who was obviously high... The workers speak no English and do nothing about their customers being harassed.... The owner of this franchise should really be reading these reviews... Otherwise going out of business sign is going to be in your not so distant future...
I ordered a medium Frozen Dunkin Coffee with a Mocha swirl, the usual beverage I order, and upon arriving home and drinking the cup halfway, I discovered pieces of torn plastic that read, Remove to expose adhesive. I brought the evidence back to the store and asked to see the machinery and stated that it was hazardous to blend plastic with an edible drink. Of course, they didnt believe me and were even laughing and trying to defend themselves. I advise you, if you are ordering a drink from that establishment, watch the workers carefully. Theyll lie to your face. Never ordering from there again.
I cannot stand the guy who normally works at this location. He’s so rude and adds way way way too much sugar, sweetener flavor, and whatever else he adds to my tea, coffee, basically anything I get here. I only go if I see he’s not there, and even then there’s always an issue..
I like this Dunkin Donut location as its open 24 hours but not too packed. I can usually find a spot to plug my laptop in and use the wifi. One star of because there is no bathroom there, an at night youre I trouble if you need one. The neighborhood Is great in general so Dunkins even has a fancy exterior :)
Love the people that work here. They love their customers as people instead of just dollar symbols like lot of places in Williamsburg do.. I mean, Dunkin Donuts in general always has superior customer service compared to any other franchise Ive ever stepped foot in. These guys outshine the most though as far as I can tell Lol
Love getting my coffee here on my way to work and the 2 for 5 breakfast croissant. In the heat ice coffee is my go to. And the frostee drinks can be very cooing in the heat.
BEWARE!!! THEY OVERCHARGE AND THEN POCKET THE MONEY!!! Ive been to this DD site quite a few times, until I noticed that I was being overcharged when I paid with cash. Today, I waited to see if it would happen again, and sure enough it SURELY did! When I confronted the server, the response was a simple Oh, sorry. Can you say sorry-not-sorry?! Last time Ill be frequenting this establishment. And for those who continue to go, make sure you ASK FOR A RECEIPT!
Every time they make a drink for you, its always taste watery, not taste. You ask them to fix it and they get angry. Some one with experience should come to that location and teach them to make the drinks.
I love DD but this one got to be the worst.I think they use expired food/milk because i got sick after their coffee. Workers are rude too. I dont trust this place for anything.
Yesterday I walked into this dunkin donuts and asked for a coffee coolatta. The person behind me asked for a chocolate coolatta and the server gave them my drink by mistake. The person put a straw in the drink and drank from it. When she told the server she was given the wrong drink, the server took the drink, removed the straw and handed me the drink. I couldnt believe she gave me this drink. I immediately asked her what was it she expected me to do with this drink and she replied this is what you ordered. I told her that she needed to throw that away and make me a new drink cause someone drank from it and she gave me a nasty look and started speaking in a different language. A new drink was made for me but it was a chocolate coolatta and not the coffee coolatta I had ordered. Now I demanded to speak to the manager and told him to redo my drink while I watched. Again, they were speaking in a language that was not English and laughing. This Dunkin Donut is not only dirty but their employees are rude!! I will never again go into this Dunkin Donuts and I suggest that people are very careful in this Dunkin Donuts. If they tried to give me a drink that someone else drank from, what would prevent them from giving customers unsanitary food items.
If you could rate 0 stars, I would. The staff is completely rufr and unitellegent. They make their own prices up and they are so rude racist and disrespectful as well. They made products wrong amd it was so bad

The woman wanted to debate with me thst she served me iced green tea. It was black iced tea . as a tea drinker and ex barista, i know what green tea taste like. Next time Ill spend a bit more money at starbucks to get my damn iced green tea... I should have taken my tip back

Seems luke the only place open at the moment, so I got a small coffee to keep me going for a few more hours.I havent tried DD in a while. Not much of a change since my last cup a few years back. Coffee is bla. Wishful thinking I know, but would be nice if they had some Splenda. Coffee gets 2 stars. 3 since theyre open.

Zero respect for the neighborhood. The outside of this store is FILTHY with tons of garbage. If whats going on outside is any indication of whats going on inside, I wouldnt DARE eat anything from them. Clean up your space or get lost.
I used to work there the store has domestic cockroaches and they do not follow procedure not to mention the morning and afternoon shift disrespect the guests the manager only hires family and friends thats why they wont put a help wanted sign they have also failed the corporate inspection when you walk in you will see the dirty lobby flies on doughnuts and all of the pop has not been dusted such as the retail cups etc are all dirty theres more Im just keeping silent (sorry for my grammar and English)

Small shop with not all that inviting furnishings in Williamsburg. But the price and quality are right. The service was very friendly and, as everywhere in the States, very good.
Excellent place to have breakfast if you are looking for a cheap breakfast in the USA. Variety of drinks (tea, coffee, juices, sodas). The attention is very cordial. The only thing that could improve would be the cleanliness of the premises.

2022-06-22Most employees are nice, but some are utterly miserable. I’ve had my online orders stolen twice and each time they have replaced it. However it takes forever for online orders to be made. Most employees are kind but there are a few who are rude when you ask them about your order - doesn’t matter if you placed it mobile over 15 minutes ago, they’ll snap at you saying that they’re swamped. I understand it is difficult during morning rushes, but saying something like “sorry about the wait, we’re a bit swamped. your order will be ready soon” instead of raising your voice is much better. oh well.

2022-01-29Went for a hot chocolate, place was empty .. exempt me & 3 employees.Was their during the snowstorm - and was exhausted from shoveling. Just wanted my hot drink and to go. They were all chatting away .. finally I got my stuff , paid .. got home. Phew ..but , after I sipped my drink I realizemy hot chocolate is a coffee.Either their not smart ( I’m being nice ) or super lazy. 3 employees for one order and they mess it up. So walked back 5 blocks in the snow , walked in , and they were in a full conversation again. Nobody to help me. Crazy !I had to interrupt their personal talk , to get my drink fixed. Then she told me I can throw away the other one. Unbelievable, that such a large corporation DUNKIN , that pays so much rent , for a prime location , hires people with such poor work ethic.Seemed like I disturbed them - to re orderMy drink after they messed it up. : /Not going back to that location again - bye

2022-02-23I went there yesterday at 9pm to get a sandwich. They refused to give it, the reason was they have shut down the oven. They close at 10pm. What is the logic of not serving food one hour before the closing time. Its bad customer service.

2021-05-23Staff were not professional. They were out of size medium cups and out of iced tea. I ordered a small iced latte and what they gave me was not a latte but just coffee with milk added on top. They could have at least charged me for a regular coffee with milk if they were not going to give me an actual latte. Definitely will not be returning, wouldn’t recommend.

2021-03-10This dunkin donuts have problems also with beggars outside the door. This place serve good coffee but I heard they dont clean the coffee machines🤦. Staff are nice and knowledgeable, this place gets crowded quickly so make sure you know what you want. The waiting is above average.Jesus Loves you John 3:16❤️
