Its a gas station/convenience store with a Dunkin Donuts inside. It has a drive through. The counter service is sometimes spotty. Ive never seen it all that busy. Its a pretty standard Dunkin Donuts.The convenience store, which appears to be a separate business, has lots of snacks and a wide selection of beer (which you cant consume on premises). Their gas prices are a little high, probably because of their proximity to I-90.
I waited for 10 minutes in a drive thru which wouldnt of been a big deal except the guy in front of me in line was only waiting for his $3 in change. Really, it took 10 minutes for that. Also my coffee was ice cold like the burner was off for the past hour. My sandwiches were pathetic--- the egg wasnt in the wrap part. Can I get my money back? I normally never complain but this was just awful.Wrote this exact post above ^^ on the Dunkin FB Wall. They told me to call the 1800 number. I called and talked to someone. All they can do is pass on my information because it is a franchise store and they told me the owner would contact me. Still nothing from him/her.I will never go do this dunkin again.
Flies crawling on food. Hear Older gentleman employee say people need to go away this is not the only f*ing dunkin on the planet. I walked out without food.

Came here on my birthday the 15th to get ny free birthday beverage. Paul z was great made my icw coffee perdect and he was very freindly. He could set a good role model to alot of them. I was come back to this dunkin
Very slow. Cashier Forgot to tell “cook” about one of the things I ordered. Had to wait a while. She was apologetic-however ...
I ordered a toasted bagel buttered and a coffee. I asked to add a soda onto my order when I pulled up to the window. I was told they cant add anything and made me drive around again to order it. Then I open my bagel and it wasnt even lightly toasted. Worst service ever.

Forgot something on my order in the drive thru. Tried to add it and was told I had to go back around to add it. WTF never have I ever heard of such a thing!!
I got a breakfast sandwich and the bagel was SO hard and there was SO much butter on it that it was dripping. My sausage tasted old and reheated too much.
The short lady with short hair that made my sugar plum drink horribly did not make it right at all

2021-11-02I just went there again today They are so friendly and my order is always amazing! Today was a pumpkin spice signature latte and a sourdough breakfast sandwich. Everything was absolutely delicious today! Highly recommend this Dunkin’ location!

2021-11-23Manager takes it personal when you make a complaint. I showed her a picture of a bagel that only half the amount of cream cheese than what should have come on it. I was then told i cant come back to this location. Only reason i go to this dunks is cause their line is shorter than the other one and most of the staff does well, just the manager needs to learn to manage and learn to deal with customer service in an appropriate manner. Until they fix the manager or get a new one my review will reflect my opinion of her flagrant attitude toward customers. Ive been a business owner for 13 years. I wouldnt have made it 6 months with her at the helm.

2021-05-18I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered a blueberry pomegranate refresher which was made wrong through the drive-through so I turned around and came back inside and was very nice. I simply stated that there was no coconut milk in the refresher and just asked that they add some coconut milk. Who I am assuming was a manager because of the different colored shirt was kind of rude and told me that I ordered It wrong because it either comes with coconut milk or matcha tea that they don’t know what I want I have to be specific. But I didn’t order a green matcha tea so obviously there should be some coconut milk but whatever, then she tells me they can’t put coconut milk in my drink because I already touched the cup. Completely gave me the wrong food.. my advice would be to save your money as I will be and go somewhere else. This seems to be a reoccurring problem from the store..

2021-07-01Kayla is the best manager and that girl Brianna is also awesome. They deserve raises and promotions. This is always my number 1 dunkin and needs more company support to keep it running.

2017-04-30Hands-down the most consistently understaffed location Ive ever been to, they never have the necessary staff to complete the orders they have in an efficient and correct manner. Whoever runs this location does not care about their customers or employees.Also, theyre usually out of half of their bakery items, even though theyre two miles from a Dunkin donuts distribution center

2019-06-23Who doesnt like Dunkin? Iced coffee is delicious. Not a lot of gluten free options. Tried the new egg scramble supposedly no wheat in it but got super sick afterwards. So if you are gluten free Id give that one a pass.
