Awful we live out of town. We literally live an hour away. We have been to this dunkin 3 times in the past two months. All of our visits there have been filled with rude customer service and empty requests. Ask a question at the speaker to be responded to with snappy rude attitude. Over you not having a product in. They are always out of stock of a lot of product. You see you run out of bagels daily... stock more!!! Shifty management if you ask me. I have been in the service industry for years and I don’t think it’s to hard to do your job. Get a new one if you hate what you do. I don’t understand people..
So i go here a couple of times a month for the last six months and i am done my drinks are never stirred and this is how i got my large cappuccino today up not even half way full and you can tell where the foam stopped. This is happening to much or they don’t put the whipped cream and caramel on top of your drink when you asked and paid for it. Not any more!
I ordered just a plain coffee this morning and Debby was the sweetest woman I had ever spoken to. She made me feel special, even though it was 5:30 in the morning. She is so sweet, and her act of kindness truly made my day.
5 people was over $30. A variety of items purchased - ice teas, drinks with the dots, sandwiches and, of course, doughnuts. We were at the DD on Rt. 31 Cicero. Service was good.

This is the worst Dunkin’ around. The people are rude, they always mess up my drinks and they don’t care about there customers in the slightest. Called the manager to talk to them about an issue I had with my coffee and they said “there’s nothing I can do to help you, it’s not really my problem if you don’t want to come back then don’t”I strongly recommend the Dunkin’ by target instead, they are MUCH nicer
Wasnt thrilled with the croissant bacon egg sandwiches 2 for $5 cheese melted on one and not other 3 that we ordered. Tasteless and very dry crumbly. Staff appeared to be new and not know everything like whether you could get sausage instead for same price. Answer is no for promo. Another employee didnt know where ketchup was. Atmosphere lacks as you hear all the employees talking and going about their job functions. Manager was sitting talking to someone with a computer and discussing what I think to be operations stuff. Staff was friendly though. Next time drive through...
Ordered my drink very specifically, gave me the completely wrong thing and didn’t even attempt to mix it, top of my coffee was black bottom was white. asked for a double chocolate donut and it barley had frosting on it
By far the worst DD in Central NY! Also, youre on the busiest road in Central NY and you close at 7pm. Service sucked and the last two times my coffee was made wrong.
Went twice they passed off a regular coffee for dark roast hot and a regular iced they passed off as dark roast people can tell the difference and I work at Dunkin donuts it makes it worse. Next time just say we dont have dark roast.

Never can go here without something being wrong. Then they want to have a problem with me wanting the correct thing. (Attitude and eye rolling). This place needs to be ran better and needs to do some re training. I run a business myself so know that things happen and get messed up but correcting the issue it without an attitude for your purchasing customer is a must.
Staff was so friendly. Did not have to wait long at all! And they poured some extra coffee into another cup for me to try. The ladies there were just so nice!
My family went to this location and we are Dunkin loverssss but going through the drive through the cashier was extremely rude and rushing us. Even though it is only 7:30 in the morning with only one car behind us and not many people inside. Very poor customer service.
Ive stopped by twice and each time ive ordered an iced caramel latte. Both times they have tasted like old burnt coffee. Never have the other dunkins, or Starbucks have tasted like this. Ive had other people try it and told me to throw it out
Small, quiet with an interestingly accessible inside dining area. Close to the highway for easy pitstops. Crew is hard working and stays upbeat even on bad days. Stop by for a quick coffee or grab a chair and bring a book. Hidden gem;)
This is a convenient location to get some coffee and donuts because its near the highway. The service here is awful though. They have a hard time hearing you in the drive thru and then when you get to the window they dont always give you the correct thing. Usually the servers arent happy here and they show it.
They had to make my simple ice coffee over three times before right the first time she gave me a hot cup of coffee and the second time she have me a medium size ice coffee than the thrid time I told her my whole order again I want a large ice coffee with french vanilla swirl and two extra pumps of swirls and cream and a coffee cake muffin then she finally got it right it was just one of those kind of days
Not a good dunkin. The last time I got a coffee it was wrong and the girl had a major attitude. There werent many other customers there. My order has been wrong at least 3 times.
I HATE COFFEE an I HATE that you combine gross coffee with good stuff like W cream and most of the time the Boston cream doughnuts have no cream and if they have any its like nothing.
It seems always get my order wrong going in or through the drive thru are good about replacing the order but wish they could do it right first time are friendly service

Way better than the DD on South Bay Rd. These guys are quick and havent messed my order up, repeatedly. Its a coffee joint, how do you mess up my coffee?
Three times in a row the people at this DD messed up my order... First time they added cream to my tea, next time they never included sugar/lemon in my tea, and the third time they only handed me half of my order and told me thats all i ordered. Dissatisfied.

Best DD I have ever been to, the people there are nice, and I think the donuts that are made there taste better I dont know why but it just is.

2022-05-06Arrived at this destination on my motorcycle, so no drive through and waited at counter for 5 minutes and thought I was invisible! I then said something and the attendees were busy with drive through and deaf! I went over to McDonalds for fast friendly service and a better cup of coffee !

2022-03-29Placed a mobile order of 2 sandwich items and a coffee. Was told to pull around and wait for my order, theyd bring it out. There was one other customer there. After waiting Amy storms out with our food but without our drink. We asked for our drink, she said she doesnt know whats going on. The drink was absolutely terrible. Will not order from Dunkin again and Amy needs an attitude adjustment. Thanks for ruining our day Dunkin on 31 Cicero.

2022-01-16This place is great other than crabby MC crab cake that works the drive-thru shes the older lady that seems to have an attitude with everybody now when you ask her a valid question she accuses you of having an attitude maybe people business isnt your business and to the owner Im sure you know people like her bring down the rest of your good crew I usually only come in during the morning but you have a fine crew I hope youre able to keep them that way

2021-07-10First of all, I’d like to say that this doesn’t go for the entire staffing at this location. This goes out to the few that were working tonight (7/10). I had no clue what time this location closed, but I did come in before 7pm, maybe about 6:56 or so. I had just went for a lengthier run and was in great need of an iced water. AN ICED WATER. Nothing that needed to be prepped. One of you mumbled sarcastically something along the lines of, “This is why I love customers.” I honestly thought it was referring to someone else, I didn’t know if someone was going through your drive-thru or something. But all of you ignored me as you clearly saw me standing around. I took a seat because my feet were tired after I was standing for a couple minutes, but then I stood again shortly after. I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt, though I know you guys saw me. And then one of you guys passed me and said that you closed at seven. I was disappointed, yet understanding. But then I looked down at my phone and saw seven on the dot! I had been standing around waiting and then sitting for at least a few minutes total. I told you that I was there before seven and you proceeded to ignore me and kept walking. Moral of the story, I’m sorry to be that late person when you were closing. But if you hadn’t ignored me and asked what I had wanted when I initially entered, maybe I could’ve gotten a simple water. To the rest of the staff, keep up the great work. It’s a team effort, so I’ll give you guys three stars.
