Maaaaaan!!!! What is going on in coxsackie??!! Every time I go my order is wrong or there out of a dozen different products. Like ummm.. ice... yeah.Most of the staff is friendly. Theres a select few like jezmen who- when you point out the unfriendlyness will smash your food into the bottom of the bag and hand it to you with no quams doing so.Its a gamble too if you want espresso. Id suggest just taking the extra 5 minutes to drive to ravena. By the time you get there and through there drive through youd still be waiting on your order in coxsackie... good luck.
The drive-through and parking lot is a disaster. Went in this morning and ordered a coffee and ham roll ups. The girl taking orders inside at the front counter was rude. Took 10 minutes to get my food and when I did and got home to eat it there was only one roll up and a bacon egg and cheese wrap. As a dunkin worker I get how stressed and how busy it can be but they need more training or more help.
The service was fast and the food was good. She could try to smile or be friendly.
Every time I go there its a issue. Wrong drinks, dont tell you their out of drinks but still let you order them and just give you whatever. Went last night my ice coffee was alp cream. I went inside to get something different and stood at the counter for 20 mins before I had to ask for service. Then was told with attitude they were doing the best they can with only 2 ppl working. Understandable but they were only focused on drive through. After 25 minutes I exchanged my iced coffee for a hot one which tasted watered down. I live in cohoes but guess ill be driving to troy

If I could give this place zero stars I would they are completely incompetent here, never go here. They screw up every order, they let people take your orders. My order has went missing from them several times & they always say someone must’ve grabbed it. Don’t waste your time spending money here.
Cohoes Dunkin is famous for screwing up peoples coffee. Theyre pretty fast and courteous I just suggest you taste your coffee before you leave.

Original Review: Quick and easy, especially when you order with the app. Ive never had a negative experience here.Edit: I told them I had a mobile order for my name, they proceeded to try to give me someone elses order, then claimed they never received my order, then claimed they didnt have the items I had ordered, then they said they couldnt cancel my order and the I would need to do that through the app even though there was no option to cancel the order, then when I tried to call up the app customer service order number to make sure I wasnt going to get charged the workers threatened to call the cops on me to get me out of the line. Holy cow they escalated that quickly. Never have been more insulted in my life. Dunkin corporate, get at me before I turn this into more than just a bad Google review because Im ready to escalate.
Drive thru, I ordered a lg iced coffee caramel swirl, light & sweet with a turbo shot & whipped cream. Service was pretty quick considering there was alot of vehicles ahead of us.

I love how this Dunkin makes my iced lattes correctly but they have to figure out something with their drive thru. You can get blocked in with cars that are going thru the drive thru.

Came in around 10 o’clock pm and ordered 3 coffee’s and a soda and the only one that came out right was the soda. Not being rude or anything but this has happened multiple times here where they must’ve used dark roast coffee instead of normal coffee. Ive worked at 3 dunkin’s and they’ve (not me personally) all done similar stuff before either out Spite or being lazy. I figured if I’m paying $10.12 I have a right to tell you when I didn’t get what I payed for. One girl didn’t have a name tag or an apron.
Very disappointed I get it places get busy but half my order shouldn’t be wrong I asked for10 munchkins 5 Chocolate 5 berry powderAnd 2 jelly Donuts what I got was 2 blueberry donuts and 5 blueberry munchkins and 5 berry powder blueberry isn’t even close to what I ordered
I really like this dunkin donuts theyve got very classy staff. They always make it up to me when they screw up my order. They never give me a hard time.
If youre in the Northeast then youll enjoy a good cup from the armies of purple and orange. They run a pretty decent Dunkin Donuts here. I havent had my order wrong in nine+ months, and they usually have a great selection of donuts

One of the busiest Dunkin Donuts in the area and they are always out of something or some machine isnt working. Service is nothing to brag about neither. I would drive right past this one and stop at a Dunkin Donuts somewhere else on my travels.
Ive gone here many times since I live in Cohoes. Went last night to order an iced latte with almond milk (which Ive ordered 100s of times). I was told that the manager said almond milk cant go in lattes because it causes cross contamination. I replied with the fact that Im lactose intolerant, Im now unable to order this drink? To which she offered to make it with skim milk... I declined and left, needless to say I will drive to Latham to get my Dunkin Donuts now.

Terrible service I ordered an order of hash browns and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant the cheese easnt melted and the hash browns were soggy and not hot. I brought the food back up and waited twenty minutes for hash browns and was offered a free donut 😐 gotta be kidding me ! The staff are terrible at preforming their jobs and have attitudes. Wouldnt recommend! AT ALL

Closes at 12am, was at the drive through lights all on, waited 10 min, no one answered. Called no answer. Drove out front all lights on, no one there. Someone must of been hiding.
The place is very inconsistent, one day Ill get great friendly service and the next the person behind the counter is rude or the service is extremely slow. For the most part my order is usually correct and its convenient.

Went through the drive thru, and ended up having to clarify at the window my order. No one was friendly, or apologetic. And they still got the drink wrong. Avoid this place you get nothing but what you pay for, and just the same old Cohoes attitude, poor customer service, and gaslighted by management.

2021-07-17Ordered an everything bagel toasted, really light on the butter this morning. I get to the window and pay. Cashier was super nice! As I waited for my bagel the associate who was making it was saying to the cashier, I make bagels the way I like and if they dont like it, they can make their own bagel. This is what my bagel looked like when I opened it. There is at least 1/2 stick of butter on that. That is beyond rude. I tried calling a few times to talk with the manager but they didnt answer the phone.

2021-12-31I order from this Dunkin pretty much everyday on my way to work, and regardless of how long the line is, they always make the wait time super minimal, the staff is always very sweet and my order is never wrong. Thank you for starting my day with caffeine and great customer service!

2022-01-25I ordered food at the drive-through menu and when I pulled up and a guy with dark hair went to hand me my food and his hands were disgustingly dirty. Under his fingernails were black and his hands were nasty. If youre gonna be in the food service business and be handing people food through the Drive-through window you should definitely make sure your hands are spotless or wear gloves!

2022-02-05I just had to throw away my entire $10 order of food because every single item (turkey sausage egg and cheese English muffin, sausage egg and cheese croissant, and hashbrowns) tasted of chemicals and plastic. Absolutely disgusting and such a waste of money.

2021-12-29Came in here and ordered a coffee and a white heavy set lady with glasses was very rude, I told her have a good day and she acted as if I never existed and never replied. I would not spend another dime here, people working with customer service or relations should have better mannerisms.

2019-07-30Coffee perfect, sandwhich perfect, just wish drive through was a bit better. Not a real super long wait but definitely 10 minutes in an awkward drive through thats hard to get in from road when lines long and if you dont plan it going in you block lobby customers from leaving when they get in their cars in parking lot. Still though it was friendly service and the sandwhich and both our coffees done as asked.

Everyone is pleasant, and though a mistake may be made because we are all human, they are quick to fix. I definitely recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone out there that needs a good cup of coffee.
