Went through the drive thru and ordered two sandwiches two coffees and munchkins. It was a little bit of a wait but the food was good. Nothing was burnt. The coffee was perfect. The donuts were good also. The only complaint i have is the parchment paper on the roll ups was burnt and had a horrible smell. We usually don’t get the food with a parchment paper but the roll ups themselves were perfectly wrapped and cooked.
The young girl who served me was rude and just kept shoving the coffee and my change at me. Will never go there again.

Very busy and not enough people working. I went inside as the drive-thru is always backed up. It took about 10 minutes for me waiting inside and the same vehicle waiting. I ordered a vanilla chai and pretty sure I only had steamed milk. The workers were polite. I feel bad for them to be so short staffed. Its not my first visit encountering this.
This Dunkin has one of the oddest set ups I have ever seen! The restaurant is really just a lobby. There is no place to sit inside, but there are a couple of tables outside.I was pretty glad to see this DD after driving hours through rural Vermont and New York. Most people will be happy to know they do have a drive through, I know I get annoyed when other locations dont have one.I had a really simple order the day I came here. I usually get something really basic like a large coffee with a cream or two. It took longer than it should have for this simple item to come out.Just an average DD experience!
Very friendly staff food always great. Wish app would offer their substitute option and also offer ICE as a extra option with their coffee orders
Great location if you’re headed to Lake George. Great location for a pit stop for coffee, donuts and a clean bathroom.

When i went there I ordered 2 croissants sandwiches and when they finally gave me my order the guy tells me by the way we r out of croissants so I put it on English muffins. To me he should of asked me before just assuming I liked English muffins which I dont like....So I wasnt very happy!
As Dunkin’ Donuts locations go, this ones a bit strange. Sure, there’s a drive thru, but when you go inside, there’s a big “lobby” of sorts where you can order, but absolutely no place to sit - anywhere. I would understand if they made this a drive thru only place, but why even have a large lobby, which could easily spare a diner-style bar top with 5-6 stools.Food is your standard Dunkin’ Donuts offerings, and they honor/participate in the promotions. I guess you’re better off staying in your car if you’re thinking of coming here though...
They dont take online orders, their lobby is closed, we were in a line of 5 cars and it took 18 minutes to get through the drive through (I checked on my Google maps timeline), and they got our order wrong.
It took 20 minutes to get a sausage egg and cheese and two coffees. They messed up the coffee order first. There is nowhere to sit and is basically a drive through only. Pretty annoying.
They by far have some of the freshest doughnuts for miles. Not to mention the staff is friendly as well. No wonder its always packed!!

I love Dunkin coffee and if New York State Dunkin donuts would sell Maple Creme filled donuts, I would love it. Vermont sells them but not in New York.

2022-04-05Lived in Vermont for About one year now and have experienced nothing but poor Dunkin donuts service this is the best Dunkin donuts Ive been to in a year... Please note 13 Dunkin donuts locations are owned by the same woman named Laura who belittles her it will be littles her employees from accepting any tips. All tips that are left behind are put in a bucket and collected by the owner for her to do with as she pleases she claims that she donates all the tips left behind to charity but but common sense tells you if she would not let her employees please indulge in an extra 3 or $4 A-day that are running hard 13 Dunkin donuts there was no way shes donating all that money so just know all dunkin donuts tips in Vermont and northern New York are going into the owners pocket not the employees

2022-05-29Dunkin really needs to STOP saying America runs on Dunkin . At least this one needs too. On Christmas morning this Dunkin was closed. I was traveling with my kids. Thanks to Cumberland farms I was able to have COFFEE!! came for Donuts dont have what I want. And lady was snooty about it!!!

2021-09-27Food, service and coffee were great and speedy. My problem is with the franchise owner or whoever made a rule that the employees cant accept tips. Were in the middle of a pandemic, you should be happy you have people willing to work, I find it dehumanizing that you wont allow them to accept tips. Who are you to tell me how I use my money? If I were them Id quit, this is the only DD that Ive been to that does this. Allow them their tips!

2021-08-29The front door was locked and i watched 3 women inside chatting instead of working. It isnt a company policy as you can go into ALL of the other locations in the area. I wonder if corporate knows they are refusing service to customers by locking the door. Just crazy to do things that lose the company money after the past year and a half. Just dumb!!!

2021-09-13This Dunkin is located exactly between my home and Burlington VT (where I travel occasionally.I cant say anything about their donuts, but the iced coffee was very good.The bathroom was very clean, one must ask for a key.

2021-05-21Disgusting!!!! 4 out of the 6 donuts I bought were hard and inedible. You could easily tell they were sitting for a long time. First time at this location and it will definitely be my last. I could tell as soon as I touched them and so should the employee who packaged them. You need to do better!!!!!!!!
