Saturday 10/09/21 at 10:45 am: I went to this location and I was informed that we are not making any food at this time just coffee and donuts. I asked why? Their response Well, we are too busy and customers complaint that it takes a long time. I guess there are no customer complaints when they dont get what they came here for.... interesting theory... were are too busy to sell what we advertise...
My experience with Dunkin has always been excellent...However...today my trip to the Dunkin by the Oakdale Mall was rather unexpectedly upsetting. We waited 5 minutes in line to order...there were 6 cars in front of us...after we ordered we waited another 7 minutes bwfore we got to the window...when the server took my rewards card she said it would be $13.47...our order was 3 Dunkin refreshers which were $2.97 each...this girl didnt even know what our order was...she was charging us for someone elses order. We waited another 5 minutes for our drinksto be made. Today was triple points for Dunkin members!!! She gave me back my card and said dont worry about the drinks they were on her...I probably should not feel cheated after all the drinks were free...but the points are important too...I spend $20 a week ...so the extra points are very nice...This store is notorious for being slow and mixing up orders...
If I could give this store a minus number I would. Not only did I have to wait over 15 minutes in the drive thru with about 8 cars ahead, but had the worst customer service experience ever. Got handed a SCALDING hot coffee with a loose top and as soon as I started to take hold of the cup, it came off and the scalding coffee spilled all over my hand. The drive thru person just stood there watching me screaming in pain and I had to yell to get me some ice. The person in charge got me ice and I wanted an accident report filled out in case my hand blistered and was assured I would get a phone call from the district manager that day..2 days later and no call. AND THE DRIVE THRU PERSON ASKED ME TO PAY FOR THIS EXPERIENCE. IT WAS ONLY $3.65 for this horrible experience and I will never go back so dont bother calling me now. Have a nice day!
Rude and slow employees, including the managers. I had to repeat my order like 4 times. First the cashier didnt know how to use the register and then I waited almost 15 minutes for my drink. They still made it wrong.Uniforms were not proper. No hairnets, no name tags and every one have nail paint on.
The line for the cars was long not a problem only ordering one drink, after 12 minutes in the line I just order I see a couple cars pull up and walk in about 6 people they set my drink at the closed window serve the 6 people then hand me my now melting drink so after about 25 minutes I got my one drink
Espresso machine is always broken. I asked for a bagel with strawberry cream cheese on the side and they gave me a bagel with regular cream cheese on it and then strawberry on the side. Asked for a flavored coffee with no extra sugar and almond milk and they added sugar anyway. Really the worst Dunkin Ive been to.
WOW. Experienced my SECOND case of travel mug discrimination here. Recently, they wouldnt fill my stainless steel tumbler (which isnt branded in any way) because it wasnt a Dunkin Donuts branded mug. Its unfortunate for both of us because I actually liked the dark roast from this location and they probably liked getting money from my wallet once in a while. Well, I guess in the end it wasnt meant to be. Im 100% sure I can find other coffee shops who wont discriminate against my coffee cup style choices.
It took them over 30 minutes to make two croissants with butter and eggs on the side and they still managed to mess up the order. I work in a restaurant dealing with breakfast foods and those types of sandwiches shouldnt take longer than 3 mins to make. Poor customer service
2 cars ahead of me, waited 15 minutes to place an order then had to repeat it 3 times because she kept getting it wrong, got to window waited for them to stop talking and laughing and guess what? Got my coffee wrong. On top of that they acted like I was bothering them, not friendly at all. Think Ill drive to vestal from now on.The last couple months the service in JC has sucked!
Ordered a latte and expecting a boost? Too bad. It might be decaf. Will they tell you? Hell no. Have fun getting those hash browns early in the morning too because the warming oven is filthy. Just caked with cooked on grease. Oh and did you order your coffee with cream? Well today you got milk. Because the manager thinks youre a moron and owners dont care if they have enough product to meet our high demands. Theyre too busy pocketing as much of the profit as possible to care if you get what you ordered. Screw this location.
This Dunkin Donuts is decent. Unfortunately the Dunkin Donuts in this area do not hire enough people that goes for all the ones in the triple Cities area. It is a problem because you wait forever for a coffee. I understand they are busy but you need to hire enough staff have enough registers to be able to handle the business.
My wife ordered an apple cider. Two minutes later they realized they didnt have apple cider. It took 3 employees 5 minutes to argue about it and confirm they do not have cider. When she asked for her money back, another worker , in a very demeaning voice, said why?!? (Because we didnt get the cider we paid for maybe??) After a few more minutes she got her money back and we ate our cold sandwiches. Cheese wasnt even melted. Never offered anything else to drink, or anything for the inconvenience or waste of our time. Staff was rude!
This Dunkin’ donuts is probably one of the worst locations in the entire broome county. My first impressions of the location is confusing. The parking lot is horrible for the location with no clear direction of where the line forms. The line for the drive through tends wrap around is 3 different ways blocking traffic.The average wait time that i occur at this location is about 10mins from the time you get in line to getting out of line with coffee. This location tends to be slow to react in a very busy area. Also keep an eye out for the impatient people wizing around you trying to park and go inside.
No matter where you go inside or drive-thru they take so long. Then they didnt honor the coupon that was sent to me in the mail saying the expiration date was printed wrong on the coupon which was November 15th. Not my fault, you should still honor it. Thats false advertisement!
All Ive got to say Im not much of a coffee drinker. I stopped here for the second time in about 6 months. I had a ham egg and cheese bagel sandwich, and its terrible. The last time I had a breakfast sandwich at Dunkin Donuts it was very bad also. There is no taste to the egg its fake, theres very little cheese, and the bagel was just playing very dry and not even toasted very much. Youre much better off going to McDonalds or Burger King to spend half the money.
While I was standing there 5 people had ordered coolattas. Not one drink had whipped cream. The guy behind the counter was nice and put it on for them but said it would be .25 cents more. No other Dunkin charges and they put it on without being asked. Plus I had to wait for the correction to be made to get my coffee. And you could hear the staff complain about it. I called corporate to let them know and they will contact the store to make sure they are following policy.
Absolutely horrible... No customer service skills, slow, and the girl working the window just snatched my card out of my hand without a word.... I have been to dunkin doughnuts all over and this was BY FAR the worst store. This was not the first bad experience at this store either...
Not only was I not the only person in line but my order was wrong and when I called about it I was given major amounts of attitude. Cos not marked as ordered nor prepped as ordered. I have been running on Dunkin for years with the same card refilled. ..worst service ever
I HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT THIS DD. I LIVE AROUND THE CORNER AND HAVE TO TRAVEL FURTHER TO GET A CORRECT ORDER AND NOT TO BE HELD UP IN DRIVE THRU FOR MORE THEN 15 MINS. AND THEN DONT EVEN GET WHAT I ORDERED. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GIVE THE EMPLOYEES A CHANCE TO CHANGE MY OPINION. UNFORTUNATELY MY OPINION HAS NOT CHANGE, WENT THERE ABOUT 20 MINS AGO ON MY LUNCH BREAK DUE TO THE FACT I HAD TO STOP HOME AND THIS IS THE CLOSEST DD TO MY HOUSE THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY. WELL NOT TO MY SURPRISE I DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED. ORDERED A CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH AND GOT 2 DONUTS INSTEAD. GUESS 4$ DOLLARS FOR DONUTS IS SUPPOSE TO BE OK WITH THE CUSTOMER . IF I HAD THE TIME I WOULD HAVE GONE INSIDE TO EXPRESS MY FRUSTRATION BUT LIKE I SAID I WAS ON MY LUNCH BREAK FROM WORK (30 MINS). I DO HOPE THE OVER SEEING EYES OF THIS DD ON REYNOLDS RD SEES THIS REVIEW AND IS WILLING TO ADDRESS IT. IT IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE THAT PEOPLE WANT A PAY CHECK BUT DONT TAKE THERE JOB SERIOUSLY . ALL I WANTED WAS SOME LUNCH AND NOW I AM WASTING MY ENERGY ON THIS REVIEW.

2022-06-30On May 20th, I purchased a tomato pesto grilled cheese. Only to discover the DD Associate left a paper from the cheese (assumed) in the sandwich - see picture for details. Contacted DD customer service immediately and they claimed that the manager would reach out, but never did - Im still waiting. This could have been a chocking hazard, but apparently DD doesnt take it seriously.

2022-01-11Normally my go to Dunkin. But today I was super disappointed. I went there with someone, and they were talking to me about the menu. Their mask had slipped under their nose while talking (mask is probably too small). The second that happened a male employee came running over and yelled about it and then had mumbled something. Didnt really hear it because I was trying to get the whole mask thing situated. Not a big deal. After that we decided on what we wanted and stepped up to the counter. The lady behind the counter said she could take our order at the pickup spot. (She was super nice). The same male employee yelled and said I already told them that with a bunch of attitude. Kind of uncalled for. As we head over to the pick up window same male employee was standing their with no mask on. Completely pulled down. Second male employee also had his mask pulled down. How ironic. Then said male employee took a phone call. He clearly was not a manager and when people called about applying for a job he told them they were not hiring which wasnt true according to the other employees. Male employee responded with, well I dont want anyone taking my hours.TL:DRMale employee there yells about people not wearing masks properly (which I typically do but occasionally they slip off) and cannot wear one himself. He also gives misinformation to people and admits he does and laughs about it.

2022-02-09Wife we through Tuesday. Nothing but trouble. Ovens not working. Staff rude. No refund offered in store. Told the app had to do it. Just poor service. I would prefer my money refunded and not free food like some try to buy your sympathy with. Nope just my money please. You were paid for a service and didnt provide one.

2022-03-06This is exactly what happened.I am a type 1 diabetic, for 19 years.i am 24. I went to one dunkin on main st in binghamton, they refused help without money I didnt have on me. I was refused water that i desperately needed due to insulin pump malfunction. (That is illegal) I was on limited time. The new manager Jacob gave me a cup of water as I needed it for a medical emergency. Where ANOTHER CHAIN I WAS DENIED. If dunkin refused to help me, I could have sued heavily with them to pay my hospital bill and for the suffering that only we experience. But Jacob, just potentially saved me from a 911 call by simply listening to reason and logic and gave mw water until i got my ride home to fix the situation.Good people still exist.

2019-12-29I avoid this Dunkin because they consistently mess up orders but was in a hurry today and decided to give them another shot. Asked for cream cheese on the side (which I always do, at the endwell location I normally go to they never mess up), instead they put it on the bagels and barely put any on! Do yourself a favor & just go to best bagels, youd get better coffee & food at a gas station than this Dunkin.
