I am horribly disappointed and disgusted again! Over 50 min for an online order. Every green from high school late waiting over 40 min in line. The workers won’t even speak or acknowledge that you need help. They just keep charging the next inline. Not concerned at all for those who paid m. I asked for a manager there was none. I asked for a number to call to speak to the manager they gave me the store number and just let it ring for 20 min. Disgraceful. What happened to the family business that cares. Dad for John and Lupita if this is what is will be. Gonna lose a whole lot of business.
Did on the go order to avoid the line but everyone on the long line who ordered after I did got their stuff first then had to ask them for my munkins and the rest of my stuff for the box of Joe worst service I received here. Employee doing coffees was slow moving like a turtle

Bad service, very low variety of stuff.Box was dirty.The first worker ran away from us and never gave us our food, so we had to order again with another worker.Also messed up our order, and gave the wrong muffin.
This Dunkin Donuts is kosher, so there arent any meat items on the menu. But all the donuts and baked goods are available. Its also open 24 hours! Service can be a little slow and disorganized during busy periods but is the perfect place for midnight coffee runs.
3/4 times the order is completely wrong. Cant tell you how many times I contacted Corporate for refunds or adjustments. Missing items, different items, etc. Other times I wait and wait and wait and then finally inquire, and they rudely tell me they dont have what I ordered and ask what else I want to exchange for. If I just ask for a refund, they say they cant do that to mobile orders. So I again contact corporate. They also completely ignore people who ask for simple things like straws when they run out, or people who have been waiting. They really dont know how to staff properly or do anything remotely customer friendly. Problem is they will always have customers since they cater to the kosher consumer and there arent any alternatives. What a shame.
Got a box of joe! Asked for 2 extra empty small cups wanted to charge me $1.00 each…policy or not thats a freaking joke…
If you come at around 10:00am after the morning rush there will be many coffees and other breakfast items left on the take-out tray. This is because people in the 5-towns buy food from dunkin using the app and then decide they dont actually want it. If you ask the staff they will happily give it to you because its being thrown out either way. Enjoy!
They are always crowded, and slow in the mornings. Patrons dont wear masks and theres a lot of coughing and snifflig going on.

Asked for a latte and the brat behind the counter was doing nothing but giving me attitude. She assumed I wanted it cold so I had them remake it and gave them my receipt. Once I got it back, it wasnt oatmilk. So I asked for it to be remade again and got nothing but attitude from the two young workers. They need to be taught some manners. I was nothing but nice and got nothing but attitude from them. The rest of the staff was great! Just frustrating that I was the first order this morning and the last to recieve it...
Literally the worst Dunkin ever. Cash register broken, out of many items, and when they finally told me that I have to order through the app, they just sat around for 10 minutes until I reminded them I am waiting for an order. I was the only one in the store.
Out of all the Dunkin Donuts that I visit this one is number one for me. They have excellent customer service here which makes them stand out from the rest.

Waited 14 minutes & asked the young man about my order he replied we dont have oatmilk.I was never informed & was never offered another option. Waited 10 more minutes for 2 items. Got stuff for my parents...my father loves these donuts and the frozen chocolate drink. My mom loves the egg and cheese on a croissant
I had a Large iced coffee my daughter had a large caramel latte my other daughter a medium Charlie my coffee taste horrible burnt I couldnt even drink it. The latte also taste burnt and Han no caramel just the drizzle used for a garnish. My other daughters coffee also taste just as bad. We had to toss them. We were already on the road in a rush heading to an appointment and couldnt go back to exchange them. It was very disappointing being that we love dunkin so much.
If you planing going there, youll need time. Line doesnt move, horrible service, its very hard to place order. Hard to hear cashier....They really need more open cashiers....

If I can rate zero stars I would!!! Poor customer service. Asked if they made hash browns since I didn’t see them on the menu and really had the nerve to tell me that she wasn’t going to make them for me, who says that to a customer? There wasn’t much of a line to have attitude with people when ordering. When you would order she was rushing you as if she had to be somewhere. And on top of that she was having an entire conversation on her AirPods.
Customer service could be better, I was told there were no more 2 bagels for 4 dollars yet it was on the menu! when I showed it to the lady taking the order she refused and said she cant do it..Just the whole vibe felt uncomfortable, I guess honoring the 2 bagels for 4$ is only for certain customers.

Just your regular dunkin doughnuts.They have a wide variety of doughnuts, munchkins, ect.If you have never been to a dunkin doughnuts before, its a coffee shop known for its amazing coffee and doughnuts.I personnally recomend any ice coffee, the vanilla frosted doughnut, and hash browns.There are alot of tables and chairs in the store so you can eat there with a bunch of your friends.The ONLY DOWNSIDE is that the parking is terrible and that the lines are usually long.

Maybe this is the worst DD ever, the place is a mess. Poor customer service. Is open 24 hours but if you visit the DD after 10:00 pm theres never donuts available, but they have the donuts in the back but the employees cant place the donuts in the racks, cause they have to wait for a Mashgiach to place the donuts in the racks, this makes no sense. The Mashgiach should clean this place cause is a mees.

Im here with my kids at least once a week. As far as quick kosher bites go, it doesnt really get cheaper than this, and the quality isnt bad. My kids love the wake up wraps. For $2 they get a tasty, filling, relatively healthy meal. I love the grilled cheese melt. At a typical kosher dairy restaurant a sourdough sandwich like that would easily be twice the price. The reason why I gave 3 stars is because the lines are often very long and slow moving, since theres often only one register open even during busy times, and for some reason drinks take forever, longer than food. Ive waited 10+ minutes for coffee and/or coolada (slushee) before.
Normally i would 5 stars but it took 20 min to get my On-The-Go order between all the bickering and foul language coming from the 2 people behind the counter
God Bless this establishment! Everything was hot, ready, and surprisingly well made. Better experience than Ive had at other DD locations from east to west all around the country. It was 4 am and because I had to get up to move my car from the parking space I had at my hotel (no parking 3am to 6am Monday Wednesday and Friday for whatever reason that is) I ventured out to start my day with a cup of coffee. Well all the gas stations in the area are small and some only have booths and pump your gas for you so there isnt any convenience items to speak of at these locations. So then I looked at Google maps to see what may have been open at the time. Well I went to 2 different McDonalds locations that it said were open 24 hours only to be turned away when I pulled up to the drive thru. So then I just started driving around the city. Drove along a parkway beside the JFK Airport for quite a ways. I started to see lights again of businesses up ahead so I kept driving towards them until I came upon this establishment and quickly pulled into the parking lot and placed my order sitting in my car through the DD app on my phone. I then mapped out my journey back to the hotel as I had no idea where I was or any clue how I got there in the first place but kudos to the employees working that morning because I didnt sit in the car long before I went inside to check on the progression of my order. It was a $17 and some change order with a variety of extras and options. Well I looked around and didnt see any bags waiting right off so I was just going to stand to the side and wait till the sweet lady behind the counter let out a can I help you. I probably looked confused and out of sorts with the days events so far so I said yea I had placed an order on your app so Im here to pick it up. I told her my name and she said oh its right there at the end of the counter. You got the brownie batter and all that stuff right. I said yea thats me. She said well yea its right there and hes working on your machiatto now. I was amazed that everything in those bags were correct, neatly placed, and prepared at an astonishing pace. Everything in my order was delicious and it was the best experience Ive ever had at any DDs location across the country and Ive been to a lot of them. So thanks to the employees working that morning and to the establishment for being open at that hour for brightening my day before the light got snuffed out again by my not having my parking place when I returned to my hotel and the only available one was being occupied by NYPD!!!
This place is usually pretty good, but today I waited 30 minutes for my frozen coffee (which someone made and then left sitting in the machine for 15 minutes) and two sandwiches. The guy making drinks kept making orders he had already finished and then tossing them out when he realized it was already done.
TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!! I tried to place an order online, but couldnt. I realized when I got there, they were in disarray because they had a large order. I placed my order for a hot drink at the cashier; I received a cold drink, and I made it clear because I saw him pick up a plastic cup. He gave me a cold drink in a paper cup!@TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!
First an last time stopping at this dunkin donuts. There was an older woman scratching her head and she had no gloves on. I told her no thank you ,an had another employee take care of me. Then she had an attitude. Overall service terrible and cleanliness 👎

Located in a central Iocation for the five towns and Far Rockaway, this Kosher Dunkin Doughnuts is unique in the fact that every item in the establishment is kosher. This is a bog deal as it makes this location the ideal place to catch a quick snack at a reasonable price.Family favorites are the croissants 🥐 and the Hashbrowns...We ith more drink options then one could care for, this DDs has something for everyone...
Love it and one of my questions to ask after death is why didnt my favorite dunkin have a drive through. They do occasionally slightly er an order so just check the recipt if u care
Clean establishment and friendly staff, but ridiculously slow. My coffee is never sweet, and I get more than 6 sugars. The food comes before the drink because the ladies on drinks are slow and cater to the on the go pick up orders... Needs to pick up pace and will be perfect.

Loved the two for one deals but the place was very messy. The staff was great but I guess the mess was because it was pretty busy. The drink I had came quickly and tasted great. My donut was very fresh. I felt it was a bit pricey I miss the days when you could buy a dozen donuts for less than 10 dollars
I was greeted and had my order prepared by an employee named Terrell I believe was his name. OUTSTANDING MAN!!! extremely professional. There was a bit of an flying ant issue at the moment, and when I went to order some donuts, he kindly stated that he could not sell me what was out on display, but went to the back and got me freshly made donuts. This dunkin donuts has won my loyalty. Job well done!

I went inside at around 2 a.m. and this guy was really really nice to me it was really cool to have such an outgoing employee of Dunkin Donuts being very friendly and being so polite to customers. I had the wake-up wraps and glazed donuts with an iced coffee- good consistent flavor. 😀👍

Often short staffed and unorganized. Some, not all, employees have knowledge of menu items and how they are made. (I do not know if that is standard) My suggestion: get there early if you have some place to be!

She let line grow while she was assisting with the coffee making at the second counter which already had 2 people working that section. She was not very friendly or accommodating. Maybe the station where the donuts are ordered is not for her. I noticed she only started to operate that way when the line was loading up with people of color....hmmm!?
Quality here has gone completely downhill. Their espresso machines are always broken, their iced coffes are 75% ice, and they take forever compared to other Dunkins. Will not be coming back.

Praise God! Praise God! It was such a huge blessing ordering from Dunkin’ Donuts in Lawrence. So Rare and so precious that she is. Kasarah W. was such a kind and warm hearted employee. I’ll go as far as to even call her ‘Nala’. St. Matthew 10:42 KJV “And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward”. That goes for male and female. Truly a giving and very caring women. She is truly a blessing to this world. I mean that! I was treated like a prince. Kasarah, ‘Nala’ made sure I received all that I ordered and more. Wow; I was speechless, and taken by surprise! I never experience this before from a total stranger. Proverbs 11:25 KJV “The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself.” Nala has such a strong: strong work ethic from what I saw. You Go girl! I pray she receives the employee of the century award! I’m still thinking about how I was treated still to this day. I thank God! All good is of God! Took 15 minutes to get an iced coffee and some munchkins. Only one person on the register on a Saturday morning- that doesnt sound prepared to me. Coffee came out good but next time I want coffee, I will be passing this location for sure.

Placed an order for one of my clients and that went well. Had breakfast myself and while the 2 egg breakfast wraps for very good, the heated cinnamon roll was extremely oily. Would still return, but will stick with the donuts.

Just at this store. Asked for bathroom but the lady just lock the door infront of me. The bathroom was working well coz the guy cleaned 5 min ago. But the lady lock the door saying its not working. The store was quite busy but that doesnt mean they have to close the restroom. I think that was rude.
I gave 3 stars because they had me waiting for quite some time and my coffee was dark when I asked for light . I was DISAPPOINTED this time there . I have been going there for years because I like the fact that they do all their baking on the premises and I am able to get the apple n spice donuts that are for some strange reason difficult to get at other dunkin donuts shops . Which I cant understand since its like apple pie and apple pie is American ! Even there they make very few of them per day . They should make more than they do .

I can throw these donuts like cricket across rockaway take. They have nasty looking employees at night with no customer relations. They would pack 6 to 10 donuts pushing them in a bag to save boxes.the donuts dont have any taste.it taste like fake food like seriously.it changed tremendously never again.

Typical Dunkin Donuts. It was empty when i came and i was helped right away. It helps that there is a parking lot. Had a donut and it was fresh and my Latte was good. Dunkin donuts problem is that their coffee is not consistent throughout its franchisees. Some places will have a good strong tasting Latte while other will have a watered down latte. Machines should be calibrated more often.

Love this Dunkin its location 5towns if you are in this area its easy to fine I will usually stop here early in the morning for coffee on my way to work great location, this location is very well attended with customers, it specializes in the Jewish culture, of preparing tea, coffee, Donuts, and bagels great atmosphere very friendly love it highly recommend.

This is a coffee and doughnut shop. I feel that it is on the expensive side, unless you have a coupon or there is a special sale going on. I met my friend here for coffee and bagels. It was fun cause we sat there chatting and no one made us leave. They have sandwiches and a large variety of doughnuts, muffins, croissants, rolls, and more. Lots of complimentary parking. The staff was nice but I have been here, when the staff was mediocre.

Its a very good location however it can get too busy and the staff just gets overwhelmed. They also run out of items every so often.
From the sweet doughnuts to the smile on our servers face this was just a pleasant experience. We got fresh hot coffee and a piping hot late along with a deliciously delectable yellow cream filled Boston Cream doughnut. The coffee was what you come to expect from dunkin donuts and the doughnut was fresh and soft withe the chocolate slightly melted on top. The late was piping hot and freshly brewed with a carmel drizzle on top. Simply and plainly, Deliciousness.

Its your average Dunkin Donuts, mostly. Their coffee service is a bit slow, especially in the mornings, but aside from that its pretty good.
Ordered ahead, they were swamped and it was taking 30-45 minutes to make order so i canceled but they didnt know how to refund me my money

2022-01-16Todays service is as horrible. The previous day I went for a latte and the service as above and beyond. This day a young lady and gentleman served me on top of the long wait time of 15 minutes they had added no whipped cream or any sugar inside my latte. You’d think this is just a petty post but another thing on top of that is that I waited patiently outside for my order in 19 degree weather because I didn’t have my mask. The people that worked there the day before were excellent but today was just downright bad. Someone needs to discipline these baristas in some way.TL;DRWaited 15 minutes for drink and they got it wrong

2022-04-24Saturday night shift beware! Most incompetent and laziest staff I have ever encountered. Made a very simple order of bagels and hash browns. After placing my order, I joined a large crowd of people waiting to receive their orders. A half hour later still waiting. There were about 6 staff members working the kitchen, literally wandering around taking their time to spread cream cheese and tuna on bagels that looked like they were out for hours. 30 minutes later, still no order. Finally a staff member announced to the large crowd there were no more bagels. AFTER A HALF HOUR. Tried placing a refund and we had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Never encountered such incompetence.

2022-05-22Interesting place as its a kosher Dunkin Doughnuts. The only thing is they are meant to have kosher versions of bacon and sausage (non animal substitution), which are in most of the items on the menu, but for some reason are out of stock as for May 2022.

2021-05-11I ordered on the mobile app this morning and the ENTIRE order was wrong. Not to mention, when i went in to pick up my order, the worker was extremely rude and lacked human decency. Is this supposed to be apple juice? It is literally rotting from the inside, the fact that this was even served to me, is beyond me. I would never recommend this location to anyone. overall it was a terrible experience and I will be disputing this charge.

2022-06-23This Dunkin Donuts is excellent for its variety it always has what you need the parking is sufficient and the people are polite the only problem is they could use more stuff because they get backlogged and lines start to form which is no good if youre just getting a few cups of coffee to go they should separate the lines and just have a line for picking up coffee

Order an iced coffee the first time it was wrong because the cashier was too busy on the phone to listen the order ! the guy change the coffee and it tasted disgusting AGAIN was not what I ordered.... I asked the spanish lady to change it for me she said we are not allowed to remake it again Im sorry! really bad customer service

2022-01-18EVERY TIME I get coffee from this Dunking my coffee is always dark and bitter and taste like Tylenol. Employees are very nasty and very lazy, I asked for a bagel and one of the workers told me they have no more when the shelves were stocked. If you want for food and good coffee I highly suggest you go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Valley Stream not this one.
