We ordered 3 orders of ice-cream from grubhub. They could have called us to tell us about the order so we could have ordered somewhere else before they closed. Instead we got a message 35 minutes later that our order was canceled. When we called the place 2x, nobody picked up a phone :(. What a waste of time.
Dont love the owner. But some of the staff is a 1. Especially the few that stick around to deal with that owner. I take care of the property around there. And I will always try and help the owner out when its really dirty because its so busy. Wish they had bananas more of the time but they have them 80% of the time. And they got the ice cream right there. Im not supposed to have anything at this place but, when I like this stuff which is rarely. Im glad its here. Wheelchair accessible everything bathrooms tables its roomy enough for the handicapped. And now you can get some delicious amazing Japanese or Asian fusion Foods right next door. And I love the deer people that help the mentally challenged adults that are so much sweeter than the owner of the Dunkin Donuts
This lady was picking up donut that fell on the floor and threw it in my donut box. She thought I didn’t see it. Really Disgusting!!
Im sorry, youve started charging 10 cents per pump of sweetner swirls? You lost a customer. Ill take my business to EVERY OTHER Dunkin that does not charge this ridiculous fee.
They got my very simple order wrong. Coffee light no sugar.....they gave me sugar. They corrected it when I alerted them. My egg and ham on an english muffin had cheese when I specifically asked for no cheese. I ate it anyway since I had already bitten into it.Dinning area could use attention. Sat there for 35 minutes and no one came out to tidy up the area. Debris next to garbage receptacle on the floor, and around the tables....and noticed some light dusting is needed on the light fixtures above. Wet floor sign left out in the middle of the floor with no visible liquids around. The location manager and or the district manager should be on top of this as first impressions are everything. While the staff was busy at times since it was 10:30 a.m. they had several opportunities to break away during the down time to pay attention to the dining area. The positive was that the staff seemed very friendly and they were quick with the orders behind the counter.
This Dunkin Donut location is somewhat off the beaten path. Unless you are from around this area you don’t really see it from the Turnpike. It has a service road that runs in front of it and the back entrance which makes it a bit less inviting with the ever over flowing dumpsters is not really noticeable unless you live here or have business in the area and are going past there ie: the library, pool or CVS. But once inside even if there is a long line it always moves fast and more times than not your food is what you’ve ordered and nice and piping hot. Coffee is consistently good. Even though there are a lot of young people working there they are very polite and do know what each thing is on the menu is supposed to turn out to be. The only thing that throws them off at times is when I mention the AARP Senior Discount. They have to check with a manager. This in my opinion should be taught as part of their initial startup. Because of the excellent food and the nice people that work there I gave it 5 stars. I can’t take off for things beyond their control such as the location and garbage that hasn’t been Picked up.
They refused to honor a valid coupon because their scanner didnt work on it . Manager tried lying first, claiming it was only good on the expiration date. After I explained that Im not an idiot, she just settled into her default position - Its not my problem. Again I had to educate her on responsibility, customer service and fraud. She became very hostile and aggressive (having to be restrained by coworkers).Is this what Dunkin considers acceptable?Im still waiting to hear from them.
I really don’t recommend going here. they are extremely rude and will get your order wrong after yelling over the counter 3 times.
I was feeling really faint and under the weather this morning so I decided to try the Power Breakfast, the egg whites with spinach & turkey on multigrain bread with the iced coffee with espresso shot. Yuck, one of the worst tasting breakfasts ever! But guess what?? Now I feel great and actually feel energized so it lived up to its name, Power Breakfast 😊😊😊

Ordered a big custom ice cream cake two weeks ago for a 930 pickup, i arrived at 915 & the store door was locked,and it was pouring. I saw the employee working standing by a mop inside, who watched me knock and wave for his attention with wblack stare .. yet would not let me into the store or hear me out. He just ignored me, laughing with his friends who were hanging out inside with him. I called the store phone, heard the ring, watched him ignore it as he laughed with his friends. I stood calling different numbers from the confirmation email and website, all while from the door, until 945(really needed it for work the following morning...) The employee looked at me finally, picked up the phone and tools me i could have come to the front. There was no apology of words at all, he took his time getting it out, i asked why he hasnt let me in, he didnt answer. I asked for the manager, he was out. After improperly closing the box nearly ruining the frosting name i just left. Im not sure why it was so difficult but after this one experience i will never step foot in there again.
Bad service. I needed to use the restroom before placing my order and they would not allow me to do so. Not nice people.
I was so upset about the service I got last night at this location the guy who was working was rude and not knowledgable how to treat customer. He misbehave with me and I m about to complain tomorrow that some action must be taken about him.

Fresh coffee and healthy egg sandwich choices not to mention the rotation of limited flavors of B R ice-cream 🍦 🎂. The Doughnuts are fresh and best with a scoop of ice-cream when your free day permits.

2021-10-19LAST TIME AND NEVER AGAIN. I used to come to this location often because its close to work. I put up with the rude manager from time to time. The long waiting because store was under staff. After walking into the HOT MESS, I m officially DONE!!!!

2022-05-24Well ,the usual dunking I go to wasnt open yet,so I went to this one what a terrible experience !! Bagels werent ready and the darkroast coffee was replaced with a different blend called midnight.the girl was slow as a slug, I will never go to that particular dunkin,never again!

2022-03-04I have ordered from this place several times and they consistently mess up my orders. But today was the final straw when there was a HAIR in my food. My coworker went in person to place an order and took a video of their disgusting floor! I’m beyond horrified.

2021-12-23This location is not enforcing the mask mandate. Customers with no masks shout at other customers (lines over here!), no social distancing,talks to cashier around the side of the partition, and waits directly up against the pickup counter while talking the whole time without a mask.Employees say nothing despite this risk.

2022-01-12This is a good Dunkin location. Donuts, traditional and seasonal, are usually available and fresh. Selections become less abundant after 6pm. Egg and cheese sandwiches are made fresh and hot (all day).Drinks are prepared according to your instructions. Iced coffee, lattes, Macchiato and cappuccinos are on the menu and available. Muffins, bagels and croissants are also available here. Again, the availability of these bakery goods become less after 6pm. Baskin Robbins is located within Dunkin. Various flavors such as chocolate brownie cotton candy and caramel swirl are just a few of the flavors available. There is a refrigerator here filled with ice cream cakes and other ice cream treats. You can get a decent breakfast, coffee and tea and lite lunch selections (such as egg, cheese & bacon sandwiches and grilled cheese sandwiches) here at a fair price.

2021-09-07This one location us the ONLY location I ever have an issue with. They NEVER have sesame seed beagles -- not sure what this location has against sesame seeds or everything bagels. Its always an option on the application tho. They write sorry no sesame/everything I always get Vegetable cream cheese but lately they havent been putting it on the bagel. Im convinced this location makes what ever they feel like making because REGARDLESS of what I specifically order they give me what ever they feel like! Its pointless to use the dunkin go app because you still have to ask them to make it correctly! Whats even worse is Id have to change my entire commute in the morning for another location. They need to either fix the options provided to their location or stop using the app I would Raye this location ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
