Beware if youre going to dunkin now. The teens on staff were too busy complaining to one another about other customers, in front of current customers to even get current orders right. She barely said anything to me and then gave me the wrong order.... It was really awesome.
Okay so me and my boyfriend get Dunkin’ pretty often and a lot of times it’s not made right but whatever it’s happens. But today we got our coffee and he was having a hard time drinking it. Turns out there was a paper towel inside of his drink. That’s absolutely disgusting and we won’t be coming back. How do you miss that???

Terrible location. If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would. I went there one morning and was standing in the lobby waiting for someone to address me. The employees would look at me and then walk by as if I was invisible. I stood there for about 5 minutes and said something to them and just walked out. That is an unacceptable way to treat anyone. I will take my business elsewhere where Im wanted.

Bad location, and the drinks are never made correctly. I’ve had a croissant that was toasted to the color of charcoal, and an employee tell me they don’t put expression in a latte?? A latte! However younger employees are very nice.
I am here a lot. Always friendly and my order is correct. The manager is wonderful and its my absolute favorite coffee.
I love the drive through and their fast service. Some days the line is longer then usual that just means they sell something worth waiting for. I love this Dunkin donuts.
Theyre alright, The donuts are good of course but for the price of a breakfast sandwich here I rather get it at a Deli its usually better. The Deli in Yaphank is my favorite right next to the red River. Comes with small coffee and home fries.
Only store to put the glaze on both sides of the honey dip glazed donuts. I love this store and I have ordered from all the stores in my area! This store is the best. Call them to change some donuts to Frence Crullers that are not on the list!
Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Not sure how they’re still open. They never have donuts and the drive through takes an insane amount of time. Then by the time it’s finally your turn, your order is wrong 99% of the time. Awful.
On a cold morning if you dont want to get out your car for coffee this is the place because they have a drive thru but a word of advice leave early to get in this line.If you get there after 7:15 a.m. prepare to be late. The line gets so......long at that time of morning.
Line was very long and took a long time to order and get my order coffee was cold bitter and I ordered donuts and when I got home it wasnt ones I ordered so I feel I wasted 12.60 and didnt even get what I ordered and coffee was terrible 🙃
They mostly always get my coffee right. Maybe once or twice it tastes burnt. But don’t get anything hot from here, whatever oven they use leaves the food with a metallic taste. Can’t be good for you. And I also just got two bagels with cream cheese, one literally had no cream cheese on it, and we waited on line for half an hour. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff, they’re all pretty friendly. The owners should find part time weekend help.
The food is never hot it’s always old and cold and the coffee always either has no strength or is too strong to drink . Half the time it takes them 4 minutes to take the order at the drive thru and they never tell you the total. Overall dissatisfied with the production in such a populated area , will not be returning
Turkey breakfast sandwiches were horrible. The eggs taste like mop water, the bread reminded me of dry cardboard, like dusty n stale. I will NEVER GO TO DUNKIN DOUNTS FOR FOOD EVER AGAIN!
The delivery guy doesn’t have the fault, I order a good bye breakfast for my father and they only send the bagel and drinks😕 good way to start a day😏

My order is normally correct, a couple of times I had to return my iced coffee and ask for a new one due to a horrible taste. My biggest complaint would be the constant long wait, even when there’s no line you’re stuck waiting way too long.
The drive thru took forever but they were doing their best. I ordered thru the app and it went seamlessly, very little contact, and my order was correct so I cant complain!
Went today after my daughters graduation and I was charged almost $14 for a dozen donuts. I used to work at dunkin and they were never that much. All I had was a $10 on me because lets face it...Im on a tight budget and had to opt for 1/2 dozen, but it wasnt just the price that bothered me...it was the fact that I do not speak spanish and the girl that took my order was speaking to another girl speaking spanish pointing at me and making faces. I may not speak the language but Im not stupid. Will not be returning . better off with any other locations in the area because Ive had better experience with them.
This location is the worst...I have tried many different times but it is always the same. Rude staff, never getting drink orders correct then today just picked up a simple donut that tasted like it was 4 days old. Hard, stale, and crunchy. Do your self a favor don’t go here.

Terrible selection. I get there at 8am and the two racks don’t have much to choose from. What is there is stale and their filled donuts have next to nothing in them. I went there a few times giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking they had an off day but it’s always like this. This place is a total waste and should be closed down. I will never go back again.
They make my coffee just how I like it . Drive thru is so convenient. just love it ! Gotta have my coffee to start my day .

I went to my local Dunkin Donuts (203 Mastic Beach Rd, Mastic Beach 11951), it’s a very busy location. I go there multiple times a week and they have not had any coolata flavors available. The customer service is great but there is an obvious neglect regarding restocking at their location. Coolata’s have been unavailable for a couple of weeks now.
Me: Hi can’t I have 50 munchkins and then another 25 please ..Her:. sure ..Me:. how do you know there’s actually 75 in there ??Her: I just guess but I always put more in there .Me: owe okay cool - just looks really low ??Her: There is more than what you paid for in there .Okay .. so I go home and I never do this but of course I counted ... momma always knows ... 41 in the 50 munchkin box and only 22 in the 25 munchkin box.Rude incompetent staff - never gets anything right . Drive thru girl is NEVER nice - I will NEVER go there again !!!
Pretty good quality, clean and the employees empathize with people who have to wait long times to get their food. Sometimes theyll even give you extra for the wait

I stopped by with my daughters to get a bite to eat. It’s only 8:02am and they are out of plain bagels which is our favorite it’s the second time this happens. Guess I have to take my girls to the other location.
I get the Frozen chocolate drink w/whip cream & chocolate sauce. The guy at window was very nice and they seem to have some better folks in there lately.
Just went through the drive through and it took 25 minutes which is terrible... for 2 donuts! Will never be going there again
Everytime ive been here ive waited at the speaker where i shpuld be ordering for ten minutes. When i finally do order i wait again at the drive through window more, worste part is the order is never right .staff is completly incompetent and rude to top it off ..inside service is no better.
I order a dozen donut but when I got home and open the box one of the donut was eaten. Before you order check inside box.

Donuts suck. They chimp out on icing. And i got a drink the other day and yhe milk was stale! Still no one has gotten back to me on this issue. I spent a lot of money on drinks and everyone of them the milk was stale

Get a large ice coffee no ice ..yes no ice and also get a ice mocalatte no ice yes no ice they charge me extra because I want no ice ...I get it that I am getting a bit more of the particular drink but omg how tacky can you get .. go to a place where there is no extra charge if you don’t want ice ..

2022-04-10Stopped in to use the bathroom. No door knob on the door on inside of bathroom!!!! I did not try to close it because I knew I wouldnt be able to get out, but even with the door leaning, I got trapped!! Scariest thing ever. I ultimately was able to get the door open after 10 minutes of being trapped!!!Something told me to bring my cell phone so I could have called 911 or the people working there, but anyone that wouldnt put in out of order sign on a door like that, is not to be trusted. I went to the register to tell the woman working and she was as cavalier as could be! To put somebody in a dangerous situation like that in absolute terror during these perilous times is inexcusable and disgusting.

2022-02-26The store was not crowded & the service was fast. My only complaint was the cashier & the manager (I think) could not answer questions about my DD gift card which was loaded with a sufficient amount of $$. I was trying to avoid paying cash, since I really didnt have much & had to search & search my purse for the $4 I needed to buy my coffee.

2021-10-31Need to have better people working there,one that will follow the order correctly. My drink was horrible. I never have any other issues with any other dd, just this one. There are 4 other stores in the surrounding neighborhood and never do I have a problem with any other ones. The drinks are expensive to begin with but when you spend the money and dont get what you ordered is pretty aggravating. The drive thru is bad also. If they cant get anyone to work there then the manager should be there not these young kids who have no clue what they are doing. The only reason you got one star is because I cant post without a star.

2021-12-06We have 3 other dunkins In the area... I use them all.. However this particular one is always the worst... I always do a mobile order and its never ever ready.... its always a simple order too its always either black coffee or hot chocolate nothing crazy and I always have to wait forever... everyone there ignores you too until u say something.... the drive thru... counter all get helped but mobile still waits... I get it their busy and Ive worked retail but the service is so bad... today I waited 27 mins for 3 hot chocolates and a coffee absolutely absurd. Im done at this point I will use the other one who can actually service their customers right.

2022-03-17I tried to go in on Wednesday March 16th at 8pm. The door is locked, but the website and the door says they close at 9pm. This is a issue they need to update. Whomever works on this day obviously feels they can close when they dont want to services people anymore.

2021-09-26Love dunkin absolutely hate this location, coffees are ALWAYS wrong and I was going multiple times a day the know my voice but there never right thats why the line is always 20 cars deep they have to keep remaking them 1 week ago I went 3 times one day to have the same coffee remade and the put the paper from the straws in my cup! I ended up throwing up also because my mom get oatmilk and I get regular or im supposed to and they mixed the two together. Its faster and more convenient at this point to make my own ice coffees at home!

2021-07-13This location is conveniently located on Mastic Rd. They always get my Drive Thru orders correct. The only issue I encounter here is sometimes you are waiting awhile at the speaker to place your order. If you are not in a rush, this place works.
