Inside the store is fine ... but a little small.The parking lot is very small - getting in and out can be rough.The staff is professional and courteous - but not exceptionally warm. (Maybe it would be different if I went in more often.)I will say this - I asked for a large iced coffee LIGHT with skim. It was LIGHT with skim. (Most places hand me something that looks like mud.) So they get a point for actually listening and delivering a high-quality beverage.Larger parking lot, a bit more seating inside, staff thats just a touch more warm/friendly - this could be a 5-star DD location.
Donut was stale, ordered a sweet bacon sandwich. Guy that was making it ,itch his head with gloves on his hands. That he was making my sandwich with. A Girl stopped it and made him change his gloves but it’s too late . I don’t want to eat that i don’t know what he had done before. 🤢🤮mind you I work in healthcare and that to me is just nasty. I should’ve gotten a refund back.

Coffee and food items we ordered were ok, service was a little rude. A Male employee was at the register and when I ordered, and when I asked about sizes, because they didnt have cups displayed he was annoyed for some reason.

Refused to sell me 2 gift cards because they dont know how to load it. Total BS. They dont know left from right. Dirty place as well. How do you open 24 hrs place and have staff that has no idea what she is doing. And she argued with a client in front of me over a color of a drink. She didnt a difference between strawberry and raspberry. Rude.11pm.
I just ordered a single scoop and got Charged for a single scoop but got a kiddy scoop instead. Mind you I’m very pregnant and it wasn’t enough to satisfy a craving. This is the only time this has happened to me at a baskin robbin. Mind you the lady at the drive thru had us repeat the order 3 times.
GIVING ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I CANT GIVE ZERO STARSAfter asking for a double scoop ice cream and telling the employee what flavors I wanted he proceeded to prepare two single scoop cups then he insisted that I pay for them. When I asked him to just combine the two scoops into a single cup he said that I was being cheap and insisted that there is no difference in price because if I “knew how to do math” I would know the difference is just sales tax (for reference the price difference is $6.38 vs $4.19). After me and another customer tried explaining to him that he made the order wrong and he told me I didn’t understand what I wanted, I just told him I didn’t want the single scoops and that I would like to place an order for a separate double scoop cup. At this point he grabbed the two single scoop ice cream cups he prepared off the counter and said “Now you don’t get to buy ice cream!” and rudely asked “are you even going to pay for the drink you got?” I paid for the drink so that I could get a receipt and let Dunkin’ Donuts corporate know how incredibly low the standard for customer care is at this location.
Last time I went here I ordered a latte. When I got my latte it had huge white chunks floating in it- milk was curdled. The employee tried telling me the latte was SUPPOSED to have white chunks floating in it!!! Today tried again. My iced tea that was supposed to be extra sweet had NO sugar at all and my toasted English muffin with a little bit of butter wasnt toasted and had a ton of butter. On top of that no one ever answers the phone if you try to call. Disgusting.

I went for coffee for me and 2 other people. There were 4 employees behind the counter, only one was helping customers. The line was backed up to the door. I had to ask for a cup holder for the coffees. I asked for napkins and the server only gave me one.
Sadly this Dunkin Donuts location has been going down in quality over the past few years. Its now hit bottom.I bought a half dozen different donuts only to find when I got home that every single donut was hard and unedible. They were bought about 5:00pm so it was not as if it was the end of the night and they were sitting all day and night.I tried to call them to report it, but they never picked up. I brought them back the next day and traded them in for the same kind and although they were better, they still were a little stale.You are better off going North on Rt. 110 to the DD on the west side just across from the mall, or go South on Rt. 110 to the best DD around, just across the street from Farmingdale college on the east side of Rt. 110.
States they close at 10. Went at 940. Extremely nasty. Wouldn’t even acknowledge I was there and refused to make coffee. Shouldn’t state open till 10
Stop here often, after work. On the go ordering is available and my coffee is always ready when I arrive! Terrific service!

Quite decent but gets very crowded at times, nothing wrong overtly with this D.D. as it is visible and more pleasing than most! You will find a more appeasing selection and customer service seems to like to cater to your ordering, ok cater interesting word huh!

This store is not open 24 hours.I just stopped there at 3:15 am. Locked up tighter than a drum. This the reason for the one star. I have no idea how good their product is.
This is one of the worst DDs you can go to. I use the mobile app so I can run in & grab my coffee. I have to give this particular DD 20 mins to get my iced coffee ready & most of the time, I still have to wait.

By far one of the worst coffee I had in Dunkin and donuts. The coffee was coffee grounds the used before or they put very little coffee for the entire pot.

2021-12-06Finally had enough! Sometimes the hot food is barely warm sometimes still cold. Today, well look. I am a frequent customer and always tip. How do you put this in a bag and think it is ok?

2021-09-01This is the actual 20th time this month this has happened. I go every morning before work. I get the same thing every morning. They forget the bacon every morning. I’ve been checking before i leave so i can go back in and get it right (that’s quite literally not my job) and some days I’m in a rush and get to my office and boom it’s wrong. Get it together can you guys not read babe? So annoying. I really will never go back after this now. I’ve given them endless chances and this was the final straw. There’s worse things in life i know, but i pay extra for bacon every morning and quite literally never receive it

2022-05-30I’ve been coming here at least four times a week for three years, and I will say that there have been enough mistakes to count on one hand. The ladies (and 2 guys) are always super nice, even when they get the awful customers of Melville. Items are ready fast, location is prime, and everyone is always happy to see me.

2022-02-28Not sure why this DD would ever get a low review. Coffee is always fresh and hot. Theres a big turnover so always fresh donuts too. Same employees have been here for at least 5 years and theyre hardworking. Fast and polite.

2018-03-24This Dunkin Donuts is easy to see right off of Route 110 in Melville servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms but it was out of order on Sunday February 25th 2018. Market prices for their items. This also is a Baskin Robbins. They were playing Hip Hop with profanity on Sunday morning with a lot of children in the store. Otherwise I would have given 3 stars.

2017-11-28Fresh donuts which is a major surprise for NYC DDs. Still cannot find a DD that tastes like Michigan and the coffee tends to be watered down or burnt. BUT this location is typically better than those city locations.

2020-04-29I ordered a dozen from online with specific donuts. I received donuts that I didnt order. Out of 12 only 4 were eaten because I did not like the options that were put into the box. I specifically checked the option to contact me if they didnt have what I asked for. I would have went with 6 or canceled my order. Thank you for helping me waste my money😑 . And you lost a customer 👎🏾

2020-10-17Great Dunkin. They didnt mess up the order at all and the coffee was made really well. Only thing that wasnt great was the long line but that isnt so much on the establishment as its just the misfortune of being the only Dunkin in the area.
