I’ve purchased a large coffee from this location every morning for the past 4-5 years. This morning, 1/22/20, at around 615AM I was standing inside at the counter for about 10 minutes and not one employee came over to take my order or even acknowledge that I was there. I was forced to walk out and take my business down the road to McDonalds. Found my new morning coffee spot...
I would rate it a 5 star, except that its Drive Through only. I understand the virus situation, but others are letting customers in. Everybody wear your mask ! And get your vaccination ! Lets do it together.

It gets worse every day that goes by. These kids dont care . Theres only a few that know what theyre doing and care about the job. Corporate should look in to that. I go there at the least 3 times a day. My have to start going to the carmel location.
Although the employees are fairly nice it takes a really long time to get youre order. They are very lax. I waited for my latte for over 5 minutes and was the only customer there. They told me so sorry no one told us to make it. Uh you see the screen dont you? Do your job. I only come to this location if Im on a time crunch since its down the road. I always go back 15 minutes out of the way to the next closest location to get better service.
Waited 15 minutes to get 3 plain bagels, plan ahead if your in a hurry. Cashiers dont know simple math. Gave her bills and received no change. When I questioned her on the change, she had an attitude and still gave back the wrong amount. Its not just Elisha, its everywhere
Used the drive through. Some days it’s fast but when people need to order 10 items while in the drive through it messes everyone up, go inside. No issues with any of my orders. Clean and nice workers.
We got four extra large hot black coffees at Rockport me.but the girl maybe didnt push covers on soc leaked on floor,then in Maybrook new York we got for extra large black hot coffees and they were tight lids and almost to the brim full my own personal truck was where the other ones leaked but I still love Dunkin donuts hot black coffee and yes we all still miss Sammy I hope shes doing well
They were pretty busy when I went in. So I had to wait a little, no biggie. I was given a small instead of a medium, even though it was on the sticker as MD medium. I didnt care enough to change it. I probably couldnt have finished a medium size any way. 🤷🏼♂️ Im sure they would have switched it out if I asked.
I normally love dunkin donuts but was very put off after I just went in and tried to pay in cash. The cashier asked if I had anything smaller since they do not accept bills bigger than $20. I did not and she said she could not complete my order.
The coffe is never made with any consistency. Sometimes its like sugar milk and the next time its dark and bitter. I used to spend a lot of money at this Dunkin every month, now I drive to Waldens Dunkin even though its further away. Today was the last time for Montgomery Dunkin. Coffee can set the mood for the day and they need to realize it!!
Do NOT waste your toke it was dirty the trash overflowing no seats no napkins doughnuts were cold and hot I emailed them to get refund or gift card and to this day I haven’t heard from them, what a joke!
BUT I ORDERED TWO CHOCOLATE GLAZE TWO JELLY A LARGE COFFEE AND ANOTHER EXTRA LARGE COUGHING AND THEN THEY SEND YOU ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE RIGHT TO GET YOUR COFFEE I LITERALLY WAITED 20 MINUTES.
Almost every time I go to dunkin to get a coffee I ask for a French vanilla cappuccino. The first 2 times I came here to the Montgomery dunkin it came out tasting very bland. No flavor at all. Then I started asking for them to make it sweet. Now today I asked for one and I said extra extra sweet and it literally tastes like it has no flavor at all. Last 5 dollars I will waste at this dunkin. 👎👎👎
Stopped in the afternoon, ordered Donuts and a cappuccino. Had to wait 7 mins for my cappuccino, which in that time watched 2 off duty employees (I assume) just go up to the side counter and walk away with coffees in under a minute and not pay for anything. Hope the managers are aware that non paying customers are being served at paying customers expense. Go to a different Dunkin if you need coffee...
Stop here multiple times a week. It is a very busy DD, based on location. In the mornings there is *always* a conga line of cars streaming from the drive through, which also blocks in and out access to the small, busy parking lot during prime rush hours.Beyond the parking lot and drive through issue, products are fresh and service is relatively quick and the workers are generally pleasant.
Ordered mobile and both my egg and cheese sandwiches were charred to a crisp. Employees need to learn to watch the oven.
I just left this Dunkin Donuts and experienced the worst service ever!! My order was completely wrong and the attitude of the employees was horrendous!! I will never come back to this Dunkin Donuts again!! Do you yourself a favor and go to another Dunkin Donuts!
This Dunkin Donuts made my day today, especially Lindsy for her welcoming smile and kindness. Im sure I surprised her with my Star Wars outfit today but she was great, welcoming smiling and made me feel super comfortable when I was very nervous. Thanks again and thank you Lindsy!!!
Line at the drive through is 10 minutes and backed up onto 208. Every. Single. Morning. Staff is rude. Orders are routinely wrong. Way too much cream/sugar/butter, etc. Food is often either out of stock or horribly stale.
Their chai tea is no longer tea but more chai spice added to water and milk. This is what the manager told me after I bought it
Not the most friendly people. Not the quickest drive thru UPDATE: much better service. Faster and better customer service. The only bad thing is trying to get in and out of that parking lot. Dont go in the morning if you are in a rush!
Fast and pleasant service. Bathrooms werent the cleanest (we were there around 1130 am), but not the worst Ive seen either. Just stopped in for a medium mocha. There was no line - was in & out in 5 mins.
I go to this location a lot and the staff are always nice. Coffees hot and they make it the way I ask so no complaints.
Pulled up at 7:59pm and told theyre closed, while serving a car ahead of us?! Terrible customer service.

Hit & miss with this DD. Some days they are right on with their service & coffee, others they are slow & coffee is just ok. They also do NOT make their donuts on-site, it is sent to them so its not always fresh.
Walked in to pick up my frozen coffee and I saw a couple with no masks on. Sneezing and coughing without covering their mouths. Smh
The uoung lafy that helped me was very nice and helpful! However, I bought 4 Hot Chocolates only to get home and find one was leaking the entire time!!! Yes, big mess! Apparently when it was put into the holder the bottom was crushed!!!!
Understaffed and slow even during off peak hours. Took 10 minutes just to get a coffee. Staff is friendly and do their best but unable to keep up with workload. Ongoing for some time now but yesterday was the worst.
Service is too slow. Made it to the window after 25 minutes and my 6 donuts weren’t boxed.
It was terrible service, I was very disappointed with the energy when walking in. It felt like as a customer, I was annoying. Most of the employees had a bad attitude. And there was sugar all over the top of my coffee when I ordered just cream.
This dunkin is only open at the drive thru which 90% of the time the line is backed up onto the highway and about a 30 minute wait time

It’s dunkin coffee. Sometimes it’s more milk than coffee and way too sweet. I guess it depends on who makes it, not really consistent. Wish they can work on that

Coffee tastes like literal dirt mixed with ALOT of water. Donuts/munchkins are sometimes hard. They need to retrain everyone there. Managers also. Or lower their prices because its definitely not worth half the price they charge for anything there.

2022-07-07Staff is miserable and always screws up the order. Even if you order donuts for example a Boston cream though you say they dont got it but they do. If you cant make a coffee right I dont know where you should work. But the sheep want their Dunkin donuts. They will take it wrong or right.

2022-01-15The girl st the drive through was very rude no good morning, didnt say one word through the whole transaction. Took my card ,handed back,gave me my order.i said good morning, thankyou. She said nothing. Terrible customer service. She should not be allowed to work the window or deal with customers!!On the food side, tried the new omelette bites, bacon cheddar. Not a fan. Wont get then again

2021-11-06I have been to this DD probably more than any other DD over the years. Before Covid, I always went inside for my order. The drive through window line was normally long and sometimes blocked the parking area, and entrance/exit.. As such I found it much easier and quicker to use the in store option. I liked it better anyway since it allowed for the interaction with the employees rather than the much colder person at the window trying to get you out of the way for the next car.I found that the staff was mostly friendly and courteous. Mistakes did happen, but they normally corrected them quickly.But it was a pleasant experience to order inside.Then they went to drive through only. The normally long lines now made it hard to even get in and out of this DD. A lot of times cars blocked the road altogether. So I didnt stop in as much anymore. I found the experience to be more of a robotic assembly line approach .I think they might have opened the in store option again, but Im not sure. I have now been programed to only drive though when the line allows. I guess too many times parking only to find the door locked and not getting coffee because of the drive through line has soured me a little on this DD.
