I would put zero stars if I could. The staff is so incompetent. I’ve given them 5 chances but I will never be going to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. They don’t even know advertised drink for the company, they can never get an order right and are so unqualified and under trained that they never charge the right amount or even forget to charge you at all. You have to tell them how to make your drink and even then they get it wrong. Ridiculous.
We ordered online to go. We were one of the only 2 customers in the store and there were no backup orders on the screen. The crew member, Ali, working the store saw us waiting for our order with no other customers and didnt tell us that the item we ordered was not available. No one acknowledged us, and finally after 5 minutes, I asked what was taking so long. He finally tells us he couldnt make the order because the machine wasnt working so we asked for a refund. He refused, saying that it was on our end. Online orders are received the same way in the store as a regular in-store order. There is even a printed receipt so I dont understand why he couldnt process it as a regular refund. We finally decided to get something else (even though we didnt want anything else) because we didnt want to lose the money for the items we had ordered. I started writing my review in the store as he was making the order, and one of the other crew members saw me looking at the code at the bottom of the receipt and says something in their language and motions Ali. I look up from my phone a few moments later to catch him glaring at me. Feeling uncomfortable, I asked if he was okay. He says hes okay and asked if Im okay. I told him I was fine. He continued staring so I asked why he was staring at me, and he basically repeats the same thing back. This doesnt make sense to me as he should be completing my drink, why is he watching me? As a customer, does it matter where I look? What if I wanted to make sure he doesnt tamper with my drink after the attitude he was giving me. He tells me Im clearly mad and to look at my face. I tell him of course I was unhappy, theyve offered terrible service so far. Plus, dont ever tell someone to look at their face if youre trying to de-escalate a situation. Then he goes off, yelling if I have a problem because he is replacing the order we had placed and yet, Im on my phone writing in a review.To be clear, he is replacing the order because he doesnt know how to process a refund -- he is essentially forcing us to order an item we dont even want because we cant get our money back. Our only other option would be donating the money to the store.I told him he was providing awful customer service and he gets defensive. So I asked for his name. He outright refused to give his name (for some reason, none of the employees wear name tags). He asked why I needed his name and I told him I am writing a review about my experience and since he is giving me a hard time, I wanted to make sure his name was included. He argued some more about how his customer service is not bad since he is making our lattes. In the end, he finally gives his name as Ali, and we left it at that. We took our drinks after he was done, said thanks, and left. In the end, we threw out our drinks because we do not trust how it was made.Thank you Ali for making our terrible experience at DD even worse. If this is what customer service is at this branch, everyone needs a whole lot more training. I also work in retail and as a manager, this level of customer service is appalling. If I saw any of my associates with this level of poor conflict resolution, they would immediately be removed from the floor and given a warning. The crew clearly understands the repercussions of a poor NPS score since they freaked out about me filling out the survey at the bottom of the receipt, but they dont seem to understand that good customer service is how you improve that score.
Terrible! Worse place in the area! No organization, poor product quality and laughable management! Wait for 10 minutes for an ICED TEA! Whole place cleared out and they had an attitude I was still there quietly waiting. After I bring up the issue, the manager can’t be bothered! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Good Dunkin location. Can get pretty busy as its located on a usually congested intersection, but staff is really nice and keeps it moving along as best as they can. Baked goods are perfect but some of the prepared items seem a bit too greasy - unlike the same products Ive had elsewhere. Still great for a relatively quick and convenient stop.
I made an online order and apparently the machine that makes the drink that I requested wasnt working. I asked them for a refund and he told me that he couldnt do anything since I ordered on the go and that it was in my hands and it wasnt his fault. I explained to him that I wasnt able to cancel an order once Ive submitted for pick up and he offered me other things but I did not want anything else just my money back. If someone pays for something and does not get a service for it then one would expect their money back. He told me that he would not be able to refund me the money and that I would have to come back in the morning. This provides a total inconvenience to the customer as I do not plan on coming here in the morning. I ended up having to get something else due to the fact that I didnt want to lose my money. The person I interacted with said his name was Ali; was very disrespectful and rude to my partner and myself. Even getting his name so that we could write a review about our experience was nearly impossible as he refused to give it multiple times.
If I could rate 0 I would, after tonight I will no longer go to this location. The cashier was beyond uncourteous. I entered with two coupons from the sheet they have until 3/31 He literally snatched the first coupon out my hand, then before I could order the second walked away. I had to call him back and tell him I intended to order another one. He made sigh sound. Snatch the second coupon from me. He started tapping on the register at that point I was livid because clearly that is too rush me. I asked for a receipt because I wanted to mention his name, but conveniently he throw the receipt away. Im understanding of a rough day, however when I got my orders they were wrong. I said, if you let me finish when I was trying to order instead of rushing me because of the line...then they would have been correct. Another associate apologized and offered to make them over. She tried to resolve it, but he had the nerve to come back and start complaining about me. I am an advent Dunkin Dounurs drinker and I do not appreciate the customer service experience I had tonight. I dont care how hectic a line is, you should not belittle any customer.
I went there yesterday night the coffee was nasty attitude of this guy I ask what was his name was he said Francisco. I decided that I will never go there again because his attitude was not like any other employees. I ask the manager to look toward him and make a decision.

2022-05-01As a business partner of Gotham Supplements, a business located diagonally across the street from this location, I am profusely disappointed in the service I received today. I have been supporting this location for the past two years 5x a week, but lately the terrible has been horrendous. Today, one of the workers who usually works at the cash register walked away from me when she saw me and went behind a door. When I asked the other gentleman who usually works the register to please help me, he kept his back towards me and said to give him a minute as he continued to use his phone. Then I finally get the young lady to help me at the register and then the employee who was on his phone walks over to hand me the receipt. Then the same young lady who is at the register proceeds to make my order... While there are three other employees nowhere to be found on the floor. Then when I ask for the manager, hes busy downstairs in the basement. This experience was so disappointing and a bit disheartening. Thats no way to treat customers. Good food, but terrible employees as a whole.

2022-06-22A lot of the ice cream flavors were mislabeled, and they didnt have my kids favorite flavor. They did not have enough clean spoons, because they gave me one that I watched them wash. I guess at least they washed it? I would definitely avoid this place if you have food allergies. Plus, there are always insistent panhandlers here.

2022-06-19The staff is unhelpful and liars. Knowingly charged me for the wrongs items and denied me a refund. They kept trying to ignore me as I asked for the refund and saying there was no manager. After getting the video with the employee lying twice and admitting to the mistake they gave me a refund. A second staff member said they didnt have the item. My gf went in and order the same item and was able to get it.

2020-02-16This dunkin location is convenient--right next to the SE exit of the 145th street subway station. It looks different from when I visited in past years. Theres no bathroom here although there used to be one behind the counter where you now place your order. I usually order the $2 special and take it to go.

2020-08-16Just visited this location two days ago & Ill never go back. I placed my order for 1 iced mocha latte & waited over 25 minutes for it. The gentleman behind me got his coffee immediately & left but he too, thought this is the worst dunkin donuts! I asked the manager why am I waiting almost 30 minutes for one cup of coffee? The young lady that works in there is the slowest coffee barista & does it with an attitude! He told me that shes filling online orders, which makes it acceptable to make me wait so long. I told him, he should pitch in to assist her, when its busy. He didnt want to hear that! He didnt apologize for the delay, just kept making excuses & I go to this place all the time. Well, not anymore! Ill be getting my exercise & going down the hill from now on. If youre looking for a quick cup of coffee & good customer service, this isnt it. Good luck.

2019-09-08I have been to this location multiple times. The place looks nice and the afternoon folks are pretty decent, but the overnight staff knows virtually nothing about the shop at all. I have witnessed customers instructing employees on how to do rather simple things, my roommate had to use visual cues to get his Sausage, egg and Cheese on a Croissant. They dont know anything about the ice creams. I asked after my absolute favorite flavor, Gold Medal Ribbon, and they said they had never heard of it. Its a classic and posted on their board! It isnt always horrid. If you take it slow and do things one step at a time, you can end up with what you order. Just be sure to double check everything.
