Usually pretty slow inside because the drive through gets dominated constantly
Every single time I come to this Dunkin Donuts its like the worse experience ever. One time this girl over the headset gave me an attitude because she didnt hear me say 4 cream the first time, and then today I had a couple come in before me and idk what they ordered but I stood there for five minutes before just leaving. The guy at the counter just disappeared. I suggest people just take the extra few minutes and go to the one on Burrstone Rd they are so much better. Never going back to this one. And its not just because I didnt have my morning coffee yet.
Im not one to complain about anything but it must be said that this location is consistently THE WORST!!! The wait time is horrible, the customer service is horrible and twice now, Ive had to take my coffee to another location to get it right! The only reason I ever go here is because it on my way to work but I will go out of my way to another store! Its absolutely one of the worst experiences Ive ever had!
The First employee walked away after helping the person in front of me. A Girl w headset asked if I needed help after a few more minutes. The sad part, my Coffee is Luke warm....... Wasted time and money😒
The staff is not aware of the products they sell, if you go inside for service they will not wait on you at all. You are better off driving to a different location. Dunkin donuts is good, this location is not.

Stopped for a small coffee and chocolate glaze donut. Coffee was BARELY Luke warm and BITTER. Tried to call to let manager know what they just served me and NO ANSWER. Never again will I go there 👎🏽
I have always had good luck at this dunkin donuts. They know what i get when they hear my voice at the drive-thru.
Worst customer service ever. My order is wrong every time, EVERY TIME. No one in that establishment knows what in the world they are doing-even the manager.
Service through the drive thru is fast but going inside the service is a lot slower, but they always get my order right .
They were fast, accurate and made my coffee just the way I ordered it.
Went to get a frozen coffee and the employee (some guy) was extremely rude yelling WHAT SIZE as were trying to tell him what we want.
I go here before work everyday and they get my coffee right and done within a few minutes
Employees are rude. This one that yaps like a chihuahua has a bad smell and doesnt know what shes doing

2022-06-15I ordered a large iced coffee with French vanilla flavoring and it wasnt ever stirred qnd stilled had sugar on the bottom of the cup and had no flavoring at all. Stood in line for 10 minutes before i was waited on and took forever to make it.

2020-12-26How come the person who takes the order never tells the other person that’s making it.. how it was requested ? I rarely receive what I asked for correctly. By the time I remove 1/2 the ice I didn’t want in the first place.. I’m only left with 1/2 a cup of iced coffee.

2016-06-17Went in and ordered a simple flatbread sandwich directly off the menu. Not only was what I got not even remotely close to what I ordered, but it was made in a way I had never seen this sandwich made before and on top of that was not warm in the slightest. I go to Dunkin all the time and order the exact same thing. This store and its staff however seems to have a problem understanding the simplest of orders. I have heard terrible things about this particular location and I can tell you with 100% certainty that they are all true. The worst food and service I have ever experienced with this chain by far. I will never visit this location again and I actively urge anyone else to avoid it as well. All in all, incredibly disappointed coming from a long time customer.

2019-07-23Usually service is great here and I always normally go here every morning for a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and a medium Cosmic Pineapple Coolata. This morning I stopped in to get my normal bagel and a small strawberry coolata with whipped cream. I got the coolata with no issues, but I got two chocolate covered donuts (I think they were boston creme but not sure?) instead of my bagel. I was running late to work and didnt check the bag until I sat at my desk to see these two donuts and no bagel. I called the store three different times and each time I got hung up on. I normally have no issues, but today made me think twice about going there anymore
