Love the customer service. I order on the app and pick up at the store. The orders are ready within minutes. I am addicted to the Chia tea iced and hot lattes. The taste is smooth and creamy.

The worst Dunkin store in the area. They never train their employees on how to make any specialized or seasonal drinks properly. If you order something like- Charlis, signature lattes, etc. they tastes different every single time. They literally just gave me regular iced coffee few times even though they charged extra for specialized drink. Yesterday I caught one of the employee working on the registry and in the kitchen at the same time without wearing any hand gloves. I only go there because its near my house. But after that incident I am never going back there.
Stopped for The Chai Latte and donuts , staff was efficient but come on your selling things to eat and drink here , least you guys can do it’s clean up the area often.
Where do I even begin? Ive gone to this place for years now, dealing with their barely passable quality food and drinks. The food I get is usually either burnt or undercooked. I only really ordered there because of the order on the go and free drink perks, but no more. Today I ordered online but when I got there it didnt go through. I tried to explain this to the guy at the register, but he didnt try to help me at all. He simply said that it didnt go through and to send it again. I exolained to him that it clearly was sent, showing him the receipt and how the money was already taken out of my account. Then he started taking orders AROUND me, completely ignoring me. They always dont care about the customers because they have a bunch of regulars. I am never ordering there again.
Updating my review as the services as improved greatly! Happy with my crunchy bacon (upon request) & their matcha lattes are delicious! Roop is also a great employee and always appreciate her kindness!*Old review below*I like their food... when cooked properly. There has been several occasions when bacon has been pink and clearly undercooked. When asked to have the bacon cooked more or separately from the other ingredients, there has always been some sort of negative backlash. They say the bacon is pre-cooked but I don’t know if pink soggy bacon is cooked...
Previously I gave this store a ok review but today I went in and after what I was served Ill never go back there again . We in the middle of a pandemic and these workers dont care about your health. They have gloves on but they jump from one thing to the next and never change their glove .. the lady was cleaning jump to cash me and then ran to make my food never changed gloves or washed her hand .. then as I was leaving another lady came out the back and ran to the register to cash out another customer with same gloves whatever she was doing in the back. . If u care about ur heath and ur love ones health do not go there to get food .. If you wouldnt eat something like that for yourself then y would u do that to someone else..
Soooo bad….I ordered a frozen hot chocolate and they made a frozen coffee.it’s fine it’s a mistake but their behavior sooo rude.

HORRIBLE! Manager has the nastiest attitude. I spend money at her location and she wants to act like shes doing me a favor by serving me my drinks. How dare she. All the staff at this location are completely unprofessional. I would never come to this location again! Service was unacceptable. And my hot chocolate wasnt Hot!
I cannot even tell you about the bad attitude the staff have. Every. Single. Time. I bought a box of donuts from this place they have been stale. Hard. This location needs to be looked at. Staff training needs to be had. Going there even when the just open up Ive still gotten rock hard, stale donuts.

The breakfast sandwiches and donuts are delicious. The coffee is good with a variety of flavors, hot or cold. They have also partnered with Baskin-Robbins, so ice-cream, ice-cream cakes, and shakes are also available. Prices are affordable. They sometimes get my order wrong.
Once in a while I visit Dunkin to see if the coffee has changed. It hasnt. The coffee seems to be not real. Its almost as if they reuse the grinds to get a second or third use. Their $2 cheese and egg breakfast special is gone in 2 bites. For an almost $5 meal you probably get a better deal someplace else or the street coffee carts.
This is overall by far the worst dunkin donuts i went to! The manager is rarely here! The staff doesnt understand english and they dont know how to make the coffee! The food has a funky disgusting taste. Their food is not fresh. The food has cleaning chemicals that they serve! Do yourself a favor either improve or your business will fail!One last thing! On a lighter side of life! If i could turn back time i could find a way to never come here again...those bad days!
The gentleman behind the counter had great customer svc. One thing that stood out was the entryway glass doors, which were noticeably dirty. Those are high touch areas and they should be periodly cleaned throughout the day; handles, glass, etc. This is important, especially during this time of Covid-19. Thanks !
This is the worst dunkin donut - the staff Noor and Sarwa they do no have customer service skills. they argue with you instead of helping. these people are not friendly. they are and disrespectful. when you correct them they talk in their own language and look at you in weird ways. i have been there many times but these two are the worst.
Do not order via Uber eats - they never get the order right or provide any napkins, condiments or utensils
I think its very strange how I got charged extra for them to cut my bagel in half.....this place is a hit or miss with coffee. Also I say thank you over and over and they say nothing. So not sure if they dont speak English or they are just rude.

This ones pretty simple when talking about Dunkin, you know what youre in for as far as what they serve. Please TAKE NOTE......if you visit between the hours of 1:30 & 3 on a weekday, be prepared for maybe a 5-8min wait. Theres an elementary school on the side street and its usually packed with parents waiting to pick up their kids. Other than that, the staff is okay....not friendly but not cold either. Kinda in between, going with the flow of their day. The location is always clean as well.
Just confused I went to one DD and ordered the avocado toast and got two slices with avocado in-between. Went to this DD I got one slice of toast with 🥑 on it! So am I supposed get 2 slices or one. If its only one then its not worth the almost $4 it coast!

Very nasty people.Bought. Bunch of items. I asked the little skinny guy behind counter to use the bathroom, said no, they dont have one.I seen with my own eyes, he gave bathroom keys to another customer.This is how queens duncan dinuts treat customer.
Their donuts always taste like they been sitting around awhile. I bought two donuts and the woman was annoyed that I wanted to return stale glazed donuts..... I dont believe they are made there as this venue is too small to be that equiped.
The staff here don’t pay attention to their customers and care more about having conversations with themselves than the customers . I had to explain several times what I want to one of the cashiers and she paid no attention to what I was saying and did her own thing . The customer service here is unsatisfactory and will not be getting my business again anytime soon . There are many other Dunkin’ Donuts in my area and I encourage everyone to go elsewhere .
They told me when the fresh batch of donuts will b out so I waited a few minutes which was cool, but there was no chairs. It was around 10pm Im assumed it was bcuz the homeless would camp there throughout the night. 🤷♂️
Not sure where some of these pictures came from ....never saw muffins or donuts served on China plates. The staff are unfriendly here. My big complaint is that their donuts are not always fresh. They are definitely NOT made on the premises
Overall the service here is good. Most of the gals behind the counter are friendly & efficient. The regular coffee is fresh but the decaf often is not (this is true at most Dunkin Donuts locations Ive frequented). Their breakfast sandwiches & wraps are always fresh. They also have a good selection of donuts. Additional tables & chairs would be a plus. Do not plan on always eating in on weekdays between 2:30 & 3 p.m. -- way too many school kids of varying ages & their parents stay here. On another note, Eti, the manager, is very professional & accommodating. For example, the other morning I purchased several gift cards at the store & took them home without carefully examining while there. That evening I discovered that there was a problem with one of the cards. When I went back the next day & spoke to Eti about it, she immediately remedied the situation! This Dunkin Donuts is one of my favorite locations.
To I went to dunking D, this is not the first time!!! The lady Gives me warm coffee, l asked can she please make it more hot, instead of just do it she said its because of the milk. And everytime

Poor customer service...I waited on line for more then 5 minutes to get services... There were only to workers in the store and there was no one on line.. no one asked me if they could help me. The only reason I actually bought something was because I wanted to see how long they actually took to service me. I purchased a 1/2 dozen box of donuts while I was here. The donuts tasted horrid. It was stale like it had been left out for days. I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

As a regular to this location I find that the staff is friendly and services the service is generally pretty quick. The store is usually clean and there are usually seats free even though its not a huge location.
I ordered a caramel mochiatto and they charge extra for the caramel..to me thats stealing

Everybody loves dunkin donuts! This location does not ha e a drive thru, however there is a small parking lot. The staff are friendly and the donuts are fresh!

There is a nasty and rude lady that works her name is sumi A . I went to buy coffee and a donut and she was very rude to me. I ask for some ice and she wanted to charge me. I purchase a ice coffee. I ask to speak to the manager and she refuse to tell me her name.

I have been in this location 3 time and all 3 times,there is only one person doing eveything. This mean a long waiting period especially weekends.

Parking is available not so busy location but you have to make sure you let the person work there repeat your order.

2020-12-21Stopped here bright and early on my way to work. Was excited to see that the muffins Id ordered were fresh and warm. Pulled them apart, however, to find that they were disgustingly undercooked. Ive received cold egg wake-up wraps from this location, too, and stale donuts on other occasions. Totally unbelievable. Where is the quality control? Ive never had this problem at other Dunkin locations, so it must be poor management or training. This location needs better oversight. I wont be coming here again.

2022-05-24Update: this D&D has bad bad coffee now, their coffee is watered down. Not sure if its their machine but its pretty bad, changing ratings as i contacted corporate the owner and nothing has changed. Dont waste your money here. D&D has a big problem, they are not consistent with their lattes in the NYC area. I noticed outside of NY, coffee is definitely stronger. Not sure if maybe the machines can be rigged to dispense less coffee for better profits but they lost my business i was a heavy latte drinker at this particular D&D.

2022-01-18Service was quick, the location has parking and the indoors are clean. It normally has seating but they removed it because of the pandemic I assume. Not a bad idea since cases are rising again. There is a counter along the windows where you can stand and rest your food though, if you want.

2021-12-25Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could, I would give them a zero but that’s not possible. As I was waiting for my drink on Christmas, there were no other customers and I was in a rush. The cashier was trying to figure out how to work the register as I was trying to pay, and she was learning right then and there. Instead of being there for 10 minutes, I was there for almost an hour with this horrible service towards me and my friend. They also forgot various items and proceeded to make it only after I reminded them at the end of this whole long, tiresome, encounter. I will never go there again, and nobody else should.

2020-02-01Simple but effective coffee shop. Has everything a typical Dunken Donuts has. Staff was nice. Roomy sitting area with not too many chairs. Parking lot is odd shape and can get very very tight and crowded real fast. Overall very ok donut shop.

2017-11-22I enjoy DD coffee and its goodies. But I have to say that this DAD lacks customer service. About 90% of the time the staff gets my order wrong. I live less than 3 min away and dont visit as much. Its a shame.Now today I went in and got some iced coffee and a croissant. Service was decent, but... Look at the picture. Do you notice the metal piece in the croissant?!? Im glad I noticed before I finished my breakfast. 😡

2022-04-034/2/22 UPDATE PT 2 They have hired more people which is great for everyone, customers and employees. Still should check your orders before leaving as they sometimes still forget things or give you the wrong thing, but they will fix it quickly so its not a huge deal.2/26/20 UPDATE Waited about 10 minutes for a drink from the case because they only have a total of 2 people, no manager on site, working- 1 on the register, 1 making orders. The guy making the orders needs help, so the woman on the register leaves to help. Placed an order via the app too and of course stuff is missing. This place seriously needs to get its act together. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. YOU ARE UNDERSTAFFED. ALSO THE WOMAN ON THE REGISTER HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE; IF YOU DONT LIKE DEALING WITH PEOPLE, DONT WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY.Very slow so youll be waiting awhile, even if you order on the app before going in. Coffee is watered down and orders are wrong half the time. Food is a little stale or old tasting at this location and the woman who seems to always be on the register when I go in, usually has an attitude.

2018-04-26The issue that I continuously run into is that my order is usually off. Most time it’s the taste of the beverage such as the lemonade being extremely concentrated or that when I request for something specific such as almond milk and they don’t put it in.
