Although service was great their drive through has a five inch deep pothole at the end that popped my tire. Of course there wasnt a manager on duty, and trying to get ahold of someone to fix this is impossible. $20 worth of coffee was not i repeat NOT WORTH the $100 tire on my car. Best to avoid if you have a smaller vehicle.
The employee at the drive through here was so upbeat and polite. Was refreshing to interact with another individual that still shows respectful kindness to strangers. Our beverages were on point! Her smile earned her a tip because positive service deserves appreciation!

The food was fast and good, but the customer service was indifferent. They barely looked you in the face, didnt thank you, or smile. They were rude to the customers in drive thru and talked badly about them loud enough for those inside to hear them.
My favorite Dunkin is the Penn Yan Dunkin. I really enjoy supporting local and the staff have been really kind to my sister, who swings by almost daily.
The breakfast tots were burnt. The doughnuts I wanted were out of stock? Ok. But the bagel was not cooked at all. What doughnuts I did get were very delicious 😋 When I go to DDs Im sticking with doughnuts.
I ordered through the drive thru coffees and a glazed donut. They didnt give me one of the coffees and gave me jelly filled donut holes instead. I guess they just give you what they feel like giving you. Not frie fly staff either, no smiles, no have a n Im certain day, or thank you for stopping. What happened to friendly customer service?
Depending on staff that is on its efficient and friendly. They are good about remembering faces and there personal orders!
If I could give 0 stars i would - these guys consistently get my order wrong. On top of that both listed number for the business are inactive. The most recent was today when I asked for two bagels w/creme cheese... they didnt toast it!!! What a chewy disappointment. The owner/manager needs to fire those who take shortcuts ALL THE TIME!!! Rehire people that actually take pride in their job. I dont want my money back, I just want to trust that my order will be right more than 10 percent of the time.
Terrible in penn yan. Bagles were in bag not wrapped, had to apply own cream cheese...not easy when looking for a quick drive threw meal.

Im charged differently for my coffee based on whomever is cashier, and if they decide to charge me for whipped cream and drizzle on my frozen coffee. As far as I knew it came with my coffee. No one ever explained to me that it was an additional cost. Why is it that places charge more when you put on something extra, but they dont subtract when we take something off?!😕
If I order a cranberry refresher and i want lemonade in it and you refuse cause you dont do it anymore thats gonna lose u a lot of business .just sayin!update went outside penn yan to other Dunkins ordered refresher with lemonade and had no issue ,so i guess penn yan Dunkin is just being asshats !
So I mostly just go to the drive through but when I do there is this guy that always has an upbeat attitude and makes me feel happy right away.
Yesterday one of the ambulance crew went to Dunkin for breakfast and left without checking his order. After he realized the order he went back with the receipt and showed it to the manager. The manager yelled at the crew and said they needed to check their orders before they leave usually and the female worker slammed the window shut in the crew’s face. The video is going viral on Facebook if anyone wants to see it.I’d go elsewhere for coffee. OakHill has better coffee and lot better service and management.
Cold brew was great, but ended up getting sick for a week after I had it. Wasnt anything they did, just REALLLLY strong coffee. If you get the jitters stay away from the cold brew. Got 4 stars because the lady who took my order was rude because I never go to Dunkin and I asked if they had almond milk as a substitute. 😐
Rude employees. Took my order incorrectly. Said well, I can pour it over ice, thats about all I can do Like it takes too much effort to make an ice coffee. Both girls at window had terrible attitude. Handed me food and didnt say anything about thanks, or have a good day. Clearly they dont like their jobs. I feel for anybody that works with them. Toxic environment with stuck up, emotional girls.
I love Dunkin donuts, we stopped in for a donut and espresso and the machine was down, very disappointed! Its hard to find espresso in a small town and Dunkin is always a sure shot! So instead ordered dark roast coffee, it was luke warm (probably sat around for awhile?) They fixed it very quickly, couldnt see if they warmed it up or had a different pot already brewed, but they definitely didnt Brew a fresh pot. This visit was not my best experience at a chain that is usually on top of things, and at my go to location, they wouldnt have charged for the donut.
I love the hot chocolate option since I dont drink coffee. The donuts are always fresh and there is a nice variety of donuts and muffins. My favorite is the apple fritter. I love the chairs and tables, it is always a great place to sit and chat.
At this store on a Friday evening at dinner time, the store had barely any donuts or bagels in the racks. Needs more trash cans. Otherwise I would have to say this store was cleaner than average and very attentive. Some of my donuts were hard and stale.
They always mess up my orders, and their phone number isnt correct on the website or mobile app. Today, my sugar free vanilla iced coffee with 8 splenda has no vanilla flavoring and no splenda at all. I cant even drink it.
Absolutely unimpressed, the man doing my order was extremely rude and didnt know what I was even talking about. I simply ordered a frozen mocha coffee and he didnt understand what I even meant and kept talking back very rudely. Never going to this dunkin again.
Drive thru orders are never given as u ordered, even when the sticker that has the order right on it is on the cup. Less ice means that the cup shouldnt be filled 3/4 full and liquid sugar means liquid, not granulated that wont dissolve in my iced coffee
Judy and her staff are amazing. Everyone is SO personable and efficient. They really live up to the every-order-right promise. Top-notch team that manages to check all the boxes: friendly, genuine, quick, accurate. Best Dunkin in the Finger Lakes.

Not impressed!! When the owner waits on you he goes out of his way to speak very fast with his Indian accent & then treats you like youre an idiot if you cannot understand him. Had him repeat himself (4) times & still could not understand him. When you try to use a coupon he makes you feel like you are taking food out of his childrens mouth. Nowhere near the welcome, treat yourself, you deserve it type of experience I was hoping for.
Excellent!! Server was very friendly, and verified my order because some of the coffee has specific directions. Donut selection racks were completely full, and everything looked very fresh.
I visit this location frequently and they always have exceptional service! The staff are so friendly, quick with service, and make awesome coffee! Absolutely one of the best Dunkin Donuts in the region!
Possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. First day they put splenda in my iced coffee when I asked for sugar. Some people are really allergic to that stuff. Not paying attention to an order could make someone really sick. Second day they argued with me about the amount of ice in an iced coffee. No other Dunkin Donuts I have been to in my life would argue about that. Absolutely ridiculous!!! This place is an embarrassment to the Dunkin Donuts name....

Hi. I love dunkin donuts in Penn Yan and go often . Today August 25th I went here and the supervisor or boss was nasty and was yelling at one employee. It was very unprofessional. When an employee asked them to take it into another room. They did go but the whole place could still hear everything. I think the employee was fired. But I think that supervisor should also be talked to. Thank you.
I called to ck to see if money was found after I had left and the heavy accent Indian nationality could not understand me and I couldnt understand him. When I asked him if money was turned in tonight, he said that I can pay by cash or credit card. I finally gave up and will never go there again. Use to take my elderly mother there as we grew up at keuka lake. Now that she is gone, and the person cant understand english behind the counter, there really isnt any reason to go back as very little customer service here. How do they pass inspection.
The last two times i have gone there they have gotten my order wrong.....not impressed.

If you enjoyed being yelled at in the drive thru where they tell you that you can’t pick the donuts in your dozen and “Don’t you worry” about it” what donuts they have. Third horrible experience at this location prompted this review.
The only time they get the order right is when i go there at 4:30 am. All other times my order gets messed up. Same guy messes it up every time. Clearly thats not the job for him.

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato! It was horrible... so I asked them nicely to fix it and it was worse so I just kept it and will not go back there!
The night server can be very rude, and I have stopped going as much.I try to avoid the night shift. Thete are others who wont go at all because of the rude treatment.For me to voice a complaint is very rare.
Our order was wrong and to get a refund I would have had to stand in the line again. My son liked the hot chocolate but the coffee was so so.
Open 24/7 and appreciate that it is always open on Christmas too! Nice to have name brand coffee in PY, and Dunkin just happens to be my favorite.

2022-06-10We walked in with a large order for a bridal party and had a lot of specialty drink orders. No questions as the orders were rattled off. Usually we would expect to wait a little while for the drinks to be done, but within 2 minutes we had all 8 drinks ready. And they even asked if there is anything more we needed anything else! Amazing and speedy service!

2022-01-21Any time I get anything from this Dunkin, my order is almost always wrong, no matter how simple the order. Save yourself the hassle and get your coffee elsewhere.Updated to add: ordered a hot chocolate with coconut. Asked if that’s what it was at the window. Was assured that it was. Got to work, and it was black coffee.

2022-02-06Had the most pleasant experience this morning while picking mobile orders for my friends and me. The staff was so friendly, and they made sure that we had everything in our order, and even offered to give us donuts. He was the sweetest man, and it made my day to be treated so nicely and with respect. Good job, Penn Yan Dunkin!

2021-12-31Accepting orders on the app, taking customers money and not mentioning anywhere during purchase that you are required to wear a mask to be able to pick up the purchased item is straight up illegal. There is nothing in the contract of ordering on the app that says the customer has to meet the requirements of wearing a mask. Because of this it means you guys are straight up breaking the contract with the customer, and holding the customers money without giving the product that is already paid for. This is 100% Illegal. I recommend changing your app before you get a lawsuit. You can legally refuse service to a customer for not wearing a mask, but if you already accepted their money , did not give them a warning about a required mask during pickup, you are then breaking the law since you are refusing to serve after already accepting the money.

2021-11-23They dont know how to make there matcha drinks here. Extremely foamy on the top. Only had 2 sips and not even half full. Update Just got it fixed. They fixed it without hesitation. Thank you

2020-07-27Today on 07/27/20 just before 6pm got a sandwich got home and started eating it when something wasn’t right. Looked in my sandwich n they left a pice of paper in it!!! DEFINITELY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!!!!

2021-12-06Used to be my go to place, but in the last year and a half, quality has gone greatly downhill. The drinks are almost always messed up. I can order the same drink 3 times in a row and they dont even taste remotely the same. I never know what Im going to get.

2021-08-10Best if you can beat the morning rush, but the coffee is awesome and the original food selections are unique; they punch above their weight (they can hold theie own with Starbucks or any other upscale foodie spot!)

2021-05-13Honestly they were doing good for awhile after a period of time of being so off with their coffees, but this week has been terrible. I’ve wasted so much money on coffee I can’t drink because it’s so gross. Wish they’d get their act together because when they do it right, it’s good.
