Prepare to be fully ignored by staff at the pickup/ mobile order station . Every time I order ahead I have to make the line just to ask one the staff to get me my order that is already done 99% of the time, creating a longer line and longer wait times. What is the point of using the mobile app if you have to wait in line at the store. 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

Cute little chill spot for a coffee break.
Before the pandemic they were fast and the staff was very friendly. I work at a school in the area, and always went in for large orders of doughnuts and coffee for staff meeting and treats for students. But now, since I have returned to work, they are very slow, and today they screwed up my order. The guy at the drive through window never hears, and they never give you napkins. The service has really fallen off.... I wish the old staff was back.
Fresh food and friendly staff
This Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins combo makes the best milkshake hands down in the area. The donuts are typical, but the staff are the best, very friendly and exceptionally considerate. This franchisee also owns the smaller DD in Marble Hill a block away. That DD has no drive through, no parking lot either, making this an ideal rendezvous location for people heading to the Major Deegan (I-87)
Great ice cream and good service
Staff is always super nice and move quickly. Orders are on point. Area can be congested to turn out of due to construction but thats not on them.Everyone here is great.

Its dunking doughnuts, but you want to know if they make doughnuts on site ,cause if they dont, hard stale doughnuts is on the menu, but coffee ,and breakfast sandwiches always made fresh and coffee...
Customer service, was a kind of burden on the associates. Cheese was shown to bagel and bagel was shown to cheese before serving. No tissues were added. No Greetings. No thanks. Second star for bagel was warm in lieu of well done.
It is as one would expect. Adequate fare. Adequate service. Not good. Not bad. Adequate and appreciated when in a hurry.
They are very nice at this DD but Im not convinced that they actually know what theyre doing.There isnt a time where I go in there when something doesnt go wrong. Today they didnt put the syrup in my coffee. Then they didnt give me a sleeve for my cup. Then they spilled coffee all over the sides. Then when I got into my car, I luckily realized in time that the top was never put back on properly so only a small amount spilled out.Again, theyre very nice people, but its the small details that matter. Small like, not spilling hot coffee on your lap because they didnt put the lid on correctly
I go here every night before work and my order is someone always wrong. There is a communication barrier with workers and customers. They never seem to understand the basic English terms
Brief encounter with manager. She was very pleasant. She exchanged our coffees that another dunkin messed up. Young Hispanic man at the window was very rude and not helpful at all. Thanks to the manager for helping my morning be a little better!
Its only four stars because they constantly burn any hot food you get but the cashier there is amazingly cute nd helpful 💯💯
Bathrooms are dirty lots of ho.less inside asking for money coffee cold when you ask for hot. Kids working with no experience not friendly and the worse they made jokes over my mom being g disabled so bad experience we had. owner should do something about this I called they send inspector who was doing jokes and she didnt even check the bathroom wich is always dirty humm?? How is this person home??? Is it the same as they attend the place. Not worth going there but owner should do something about this matter lots of innocent kids use the dirty bathroom this could inquire in bad health and maybe sickness who to blame???? The owner.

The speaker system at the drive thru is a bit difficult to communicate through, they usually have trouble hearing me. Maybe its me. But they always get the order right and the place is fast and clean. I like it.
I saw a worker sneeze into the open ice cream bins, then a guy who must be an employee who is off duty go behind the counter and take a sample spoon and serve himself from the containers, then take a second helping with the same spoon. Dont eat here, disgusting. Dont worry the employee on duty cleaned the counter with a spray without closing the cabinets. I should have took video

When our order got mixed up, we got free food, which was really great. The bathrooms are always messy, though. It’s roomy enough here to sit down and enjoy yourself.
The employee used his hand touch the food when munchkins could not fit in the box. Not sure how about other situations. The bothroom has always not working. When the customers are asking the bathroom, some employees do not response, some just said no. If the bathroom is not working, how the employees can work there for the whole day? The service is not good either.
Horrible service. Second time the I visit this store and I wont do it again. They had ice cream sale and they tried to charge me extra because they didnt have my flavor prepackaged and they had to give it to me and I quote fresh ice cream. You know what, keep your ice cream and I take my business to another place. I dont understand why they have managers at the store if they dont know how to keep a customer happy for a difference of just $2.00 dollars. Who cares, they just lost 1 customer. I guess doesnt matter to them.
I love this place best customer service from Greily very nice and polite. Me and my family always come here and she makes sure our order is right and lets us know different varieties like pineapple topping!! didnt even know that existed. Finally someone that speaks Spanish and English.

This location is ok. The interior of the store is clean. There never really seems to be a huge crowd, but I usually stop by in the early morning or late at night. It is a 24hrs store which is great, but I give them 3 stars because the coffee is hit or miss. Sometimes they make it good and sometimes they dont. (And I am referring to a coffee regular with cream and sugar! As simple as it gets!) The drive thru line moves pretty quick, but if there are more than 3 cars, I dont wait anyway. Lol Food is nothing to rave about. Same old stuffIf you want options. Theres a Starbucks across the street outside the mini mall.
Worse dunkin’ donuts ever! guys really don’t go here. It’s gross and manger was even grosser. I saw him picking his nose while making food. Really just walked out. Also saw him yelling at customers like come on man. The worst establishment i’ve been too. Definitely not going back.
The food is good the customer service is terrible. The African American aLady with the scarf and the long fake nails at the drive thru window is very loud and rude , no smiles no good morning or thank you . Doesn’t hurt to be nice.
If you like Dunkin Donuts you will like this store. Its sunny and has lots of seats. The place just completed a rehab and has a slightly smaller seating area than before because there now is another refrigerator stand with items to grab. WiFi is available.
Tried ringing multiple times to place an order, always dead air on line after 1 ring. Poor (non-existent!) customer service for a start...
I not a fan of donut shop food, but Dunkin Donuts coffee kicks ass over Starbucks. This location is nice. It is pleasent, has a bathroom and seating inside, and out with umbrellas, whic I dont remember seeing at other locations. If you want to sit somewhere and have a cup of coffee or something, thisll work.
Dont ding car in driveway if cautious driver walk in. Help with calories also
I know someone who applied to this location for a job and was denied because she wore the hijab (the head covering that muslIm women wear) even though she had all the qualifications. She also has worked for many other companies including other Dunkins who have all never denied her of her right of wearing the hijab.This is a discrimination of religion. This manager needs to be removed from his position. People should not be treated unfairly just because of their religion. If they are able to do the work correctly why must they be denied the chance just because of what they choose to believe especially in a country where freedom of religion is an important piece of the countrys foundation.
Needs better parking
The pumpkin Spice latte and coffee donut are the bees knees. I love the variety and new products being added. Im going back to try out the Burrito bowl next time.
Love how easy is to access the Major Deegan Expressway but I hate the time picking up my order that I placed using the DD app.
The drive thru is convenient; however, the communication between the intercom can be annoying. They have a Baskin Robbins as well which gives you plenty to choose from. The donuts are usually fresh and Ive been there at different times of the day.

The best selection of donuts in the Bronx, or in NYC in general. Almost never a long line, but even then, it moves quickly. Also has a nice outdoor seating area under umbrellas, in addition to the large (and very clean) indoor seating area.
Open 24 hours which is great for me as I waiter events in NYC and need a cup of Joe on my way home. Also has a public bathroom if you ask.
They always trying to sell me the stale donuts, especially the one on 116th street by Lexington . Late night with his crusty finger nails. No thank you. Or the one on Lexington between 125 th street and 126 street. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy anything from any Dinkins Donuts.

DONT USE THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE UP DRIVE UP TO THE SIDEWALK SO THEY CAN MEET THE MANAGERS RULE O F GETTING YOUR PURCHASE WITHIN 90 SECONDS. SINCE IT WILL TAKE SOMETIME LONGER, THEY MAKE YOU MOVE EVEN IF NO ONE IS BEHIND YOU. THEY DONT GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO READ THE MENU. THEY WANT YOU TO ORDER AND GET GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AND GET THE HELL OUT. GO TO TO BERGER KING INSTEAD. THEY SERVE YOU WITH A SMILE.

This is disscasting , bad servise , i try to buy some donuts, the cashier asked me ID when i tried to pay by debit card, i had fill myself uncomfortable around the peole who was the line, ahead of me costomer he paid by card cashier didnt asked him. This is was totaly racism to me because im not white. Shame to this location.

I have very bad experience here in this restaurant I have been regular customer for long time I have parked my car for sometime they towed my car whole day wasted for meAnother incident I have ordered the crosanto Egg & cheese with no bacon but they have given with bacon it’s not visible outside I have taken one gulp then I relieased it’s bacon inside I felt very bad because it’s my religions thing
They do shady stuff asked for a maple bacon sandwich and got all regular bacon with one slice of maple bacon all other dds i been to give all maple bacon. and they dont make there hash browns fresh. they have them semi pre-cooked in a warming oven which leaves them under cooked and soggy. i understand that it a fast food chain but i feel they dont wven uphold minimum requirements.....
The coffee is good the food is great but customer service is lousy. No greeting or thank you. Think that we should be thankful for them being there.

This place has a restroom which is rare for DD to have one so that is a huge plus. Nice staff & great service.
They work with illegal car towing company called IPK Automotive. They charge you extra money than NYC regulations and (Ive been charged 272$ vs. 125$ regulations limits) take only cash and refuse to issue a receipt. Even worse, they broke in my car and left a mess while I was away.
The team was on their game that day. Fast, fresh and friendly even at 6am.

2022-01-19Upon arrival the manager in a blue shirt was yelling at the staff repeatedly with the window open and for a person who works in food I found this to be very unprofessional especially just visiting to get a cup of coffee the staff always treat me with respect and always have a smile on their faces when they greet me even when getting yelled at. For some reason this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this manager being rude and coming for his staff in this manner I do hope something is done about his attitude towards his staff because this is not something I wish to see again.

2022-06-23Went today to buy breakfast, got an Ice caramel Latte and order an everything bagel bacon, egg & Chz but I only got butter and bacon on my bagel, Im calling this location and I get no one to answer my call. Why arent your workers paying attention on how their making the orders, I need a credit or a refund on my sandwich since is not what I asked for and I cant make it now to get my correct order.

2021-09-19This place has the rudest manager. He is so freaking argumentative with customers. He raised his voice because I ask him about the service of the bathroom. I was trying to address to him that if I purchase something at the store, the bathroom should be available to paying customer. In what world is he living because every other establishment that service customers have the bathroom available for paying customer. He kept yelling and arguing with me about the bathroom being close due to the PANDEMIC. I feel the the reason the bathroom is close is due to the fact that they DON’T want to pay the cleaning service. If you are open for business and paying customer the bathroom should be available for them.

2021-10-11I’m coming 9 years to Dunking Donuts and I’m always drinking espresso 3 times a day. When I’m ordering my drink, I always say to put a little bit like half and they always put on top and it’s not supposed to be on the top because the espresso has to be half coffee if it’s not too then you can drink it.
