The wait line was out the door while the worker behind the counter eating a bagel instead of making beverage orders... I ordered hibiscus iced tea no sugar... A very small anf tight store..serving a wide community, especially staff snd clients of 2 major hospitals. Staff is friendly and efficient but its very uncomfortable during early mornings and afternoons due to the lack of space...area where straw, stirrers and napkin are put out, need to be clean regularly, only one person can occupy this area at a time...I think they need a larger store...even behind the counter looks clustered
I love this location! The guy who works there makes every drink perfectly the way I ask for it. Even when its not him everything is done so well.
These people need to learn the proper way to make the drinks . The caramel was only at the bottom of my drink . Plus staffs are very rude and unprofessional... never getting my money again .
They have a very fast customer service experience, they’re actually organized better than a lot of other small or crowded Dunkin shops... you enter the shop, place your order, slide to the left to pay and pick up your order.. I don’t understand why a lot of their other locations cannot adapt to help their customers keep going.
This morning went in for donuts, waited in line, NO MASK SAW INDIAN LADY SNEEZE ALL OVER FRESH DONUTS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I CONFRONTED THE MANAGER, HE SAID YES WE ARE SUPPOSED TO WEAR MASK I FORGOT TO PUT ONE ON. AND EVERYONE ELSE DID TOO? NASTY!
Oct 30 2020 ordered 2 cheese bagel there was barely any cheese . I think the cheese portion that supposed to be used for one bagel was used for two .it is not the first time that it happened many Dunkin’ Donuts locations do that to save cheese I guess. After u bring it home you are stuck with it even if you do not like itIt was a Suppose to be a no contact delivery Not a no cheese .
The place is great and would continue to be not DISGUSTING, NASTY, AND UNHYGENIC..if they would prohibit this drug abuser that defecateS and urinateS just outside of the establishment, cleaning herself with her HAND NOT PAPER!then goes in and grabbing the door to ask for money from the patrons, even in front of their security cameras. Yet just because she buys from them, WITH the solicited money, they dont throw her out. Well keep that customer but you lost this customer and department...
The only thing I can only say anything positive about are some of the servers and the manager. However, everything else about this Dunkin sends me right to Starbucks and thats a 10 minute ride on mass transit. This Dunkin has no amenities, such as electricity to (re)charge your mobile devices even though theres free WiFi. Other locations (read in non-minority neighborhoods) have these amenities as well as the aforementioned Starbucks. Sad in this day and age...
It was the best Dunkin Donuts I have went to but some of the people that work were a bit rude.
The young lady was very rude, and she used a Spanish derogatory term “Moreno” her statement was “Stupido Moreno” She was saying this to the server who was taking my order. I felt very disrespected and she was out of line for even using that term and even more wrong for using it in the presence of your only customer in the store, WHO HAPPENS TO BE BLACK!!
Just A Doughnut Shop...Across The Street From A Hospital....Very Busy.....Doughnuts Are Always Fresh.
This spot should not be listed as 24 hours because they always close the doors on weekends after a certain time. It has happened more than once, at different times of the night. The guy stood behind the counter saying that the shop while all the lights were on and no visible reason for the store being closed was noticed. This has happened multiple times after I submitted a mobile order and had my money taken.
This by far has got to be the worst ever...service slow as hell not to mention the beggars hanging outside and the employees are allowing it not very clean as well but its the only coffee spot in the area.
The breakfast sandwich was good. I dont care for the Atmosphere. There are questionable characters inside and beggars outside. I didnt feel safe. Also, its too small and its cold whenever the door opens.

I ordered a medium latte, the service was slow and when they finally made it they gave it to the wrong customer without checking the receipt. She drunk out of it so I had to wait another five minutes for them to make another one

Busy location because its situated across the medical center but very good at processing orders quickly and accurately most of the time for a high volume store.I visit here often since theres little else in the area.
The cashier wanted me to purchase large latte coffee in order to get free donut from my completed survey. Also she didnt want to use the codes I provided from the survey.
Lines arent too long, staff is fast and friendly. Lost 1 star becuase of limited seating. Other than that, good place for coffee.

I work in a nearby hospital on the overnight shift,and on more than one occasion this place has been closed; as recently as today at 12:52 a.m. it was closed, and I attempted to call, but no answer. Very disappointing.

2021-09-29I usually stop by here on my way to work around 3:30pm. This dunkin is always dirty. The counter is full of napkins and the garbage is full. The customer service is so so. They move very slow and seem to cater to people they know. I have been there a few times and I cant say that I have been a happy camper. They always get my order wrong and never make my drink the way I ask.

2021-06-18An appropriate place for a Dunkin Donuts! In the heart of the local hospitals plus the outdoor shopping strip also, beside a park. The service here has treated me well, and the staff has always been super friendly. I had informed one employee of a place downtown to get crystals and gems (called Namaste Bookshop); it was a pleasure to connect with the locals! The coffee is good and definitely hits the spot. They have been super efficient and fast in my experience purchasing from there. Also, they do not take more then 3 people at a time, and have a little window on the outside for when our orders are ready-amazing!
