I made a mobile order for delivery and they gave me the wrong drink. I requested the Pink drink and I received something purple that didnt taste that good. I ordered a total of 5 drinks. The frozen coffee was melted as well.
This is my go-to dunkin location, it is right around the street from when my friend lives but every time Ive gone if the line is to the road it moves FAST! Always friendly staff, have never had one order messed up, and my frozen caramel coffee is always on point! Couldnt ask for better service!! Today I also ordered donuts and a croissant sandwich, which is not a norm for me, the donuts were delicious could taste the freshness, and the sandwich was amazing!! Thank you again to the Washington St. Dunkin Team!!!

Very fast service in spite of how crazy busy they were. Americano and sausage/egg/cheese croissant were delicious.

Myself and the wife are often sliding through the drive through to get ourselves a chai tea. The tea is absolutely amazing but more importantly Kyle who works the drive through is the best customer service employee in all of Watertown. We have never had a day where he wasn’t 100 percent professional and seemingly the nicest most caring guy around. Having a guy like Kyle at the drive through honestly changes peoples day for the better! So thanks Kyle! Keep up the amazing attitude!
The line is almost always to the street and there mic is so bad everytime Ive gone through the drive through they couldnt hear me, maybe I was talking to loud or sum but there donuts are usually fresh and yummy.
Went thru drive thru on Washington St, I asked for my English muffin toasted twice as we all know even one time results in hot bread basically. Well I get home and indeed I had extra hot bread. How hard is it to Toast bread?. Ill drive further moving forward, I dont have this problem when I travel 5 miles in the opposite direction at the other location..
Hashbrowns were extremely cold like they were cooked a half hour prior but the rest of my meal was good. Line ran fast even though it was very long
No wait. Food & drink were both good.Prices seem to be going up as older items are replaced with newer ones, but that seems to be happening everywhere.

Got to Dunkin donuts on a busy Thursday. There was about three cars in front of me in the Drive-Thru from the time I place my order and got my coffee I was there less than 10 minutes very fast coffee tasted great
Came to dunkin twice since I moved here. first time Josh and Kyle in drive thru was very pleasant and actually cared about my day my drink was accidentally made wrong but was fix with no questions asked and was nice about it. Second time was today. I came around 430 and how busy they get they still are very good: Shane Was a little nervous and quiet while taking orders. She also made my drink and it was on point even tho she didn’t think she did a good job. While I sat in the lobby finishing my meal I notice there only always 3 in at night and they seem very stress out due to maybe kids messing up the lobby or just being 3 during a busy day idk but I give them props cause I could never be able to do it under staff and no time to just breathe.

They are the best DD in the area. They are friendly and always get my order right. I will purposefully avoid the other DDs and drive to this one even if its out of my way just bc they are supremely better than the others. Good work!And actually, this location is the only reason I even still bring my business to DD at all because all the other locations in Jefferson county are so poorly run!5 stars to this location.
The drive thru line moved very quickly and Erica C took our order and was very friendly. She gave me a good suggestion for my drink :)

Not really happy with my drink.....I ordered a frozen chai tea and it tastes like they mixed coffee in it! I didnt taste it until i got home or i wpu5ld have returned it. The Dunkin shop is way on the other side of town, dont feel like driving 20 minutes to return it. Wont be stopping at that Dunkin again as its not the .1st time they have messed up the order! !
Associates are typically very friendly and happy to get your order right in. Wait times can bee a bit much even when they are not super busy, thats the only issue I have.
Apperanly no one knows how a phone call works I would give no stars if that was an option. continuously how someone hang up on me when I just wanted to know if they still had brown donuts.

This place has been on a whinning streak for almost 2 years now! Amazing teamwork and pretty fast with orders. Lines go by fast and most importantly, THEY MAKE THE DRINKS RIGHT. I used to work at dunkin and I still cant fathom when my coffe tastes like..coffee flavored water...Luckily I do not get that here. Theres this nice kid there, he is top notch. I will have to go back and get a receipt to do a survey. I know those mean more than this.Donuts are fresh and i rarely see flys inside ghe store.Keep up the great work!
Bathrooms were disgusting, strawberry colleta tasted horrible as well.employees might wanna check the bathrooms every 2 hrs for the amount of people in and out. Toilet and sink were gross

I think they may have been having an off day. I was in just after 12. None of the tables had been wiped down. Line was not moving because the woman 2 people in front of me was signing her life away to get the second half of her chai latte. She was only giving a half a cup at the drive-thru thru.Positive - They have free WiFi. The medium latte was on sale for $1 99, a nice treat at that price,
I work at a nursing home and the people at the Dunkin near where I work are awesome. They joke around with myself and my coworkers when we go in there and are just very pleasant making our experience a good one ...and we are there almost everyday.
I love this Dunkin. I am a regular and most of the people know exactly what I want when I walk in. The employees are very friendly. Most of the time it is fast and efficient. Clean place as well.

Dry bagel with egg cheese and bacon. No condiments? Coffee tastes burnt and donuts do not compare to Tim Hortons taste day old not fresh.
The food and drink were fine but the customer service lacks in a big way the lady who made my food just threw it on the counter as the bag tipped over and yelled what it was I tried to greet her and say ty have a good day and she just.looked at me and turned back around to talk to another worker rude and that is my point as a customer

If you go during the evening hours its a hit or miss. Expect your hot drink to not even be warm. Its ridiculous. Its not difficult to keep a hot brewed pot ready.

Very snotty attitude from ken the shift leader coffee was made totally wrong and he was all but forgiving and made me feel like i was troubling him to at least make a iced coffee in the flavor i asked for instead of a different one faithful dunkin coffee drinker but wont ever go back to this location when ken is working and this is not the first time this has happened

This Dunkin can be an extremely busy store being across from the schools and near the hospital, however they move quickly and provide great customer service. Of all the stores in Watertown, this store rates the best!

I power walked to Dunkin do its for a caramel iced coffee only to be told they were out of the age ingredient to make it so I wasted a trip there for nothing I was given a free coolatta it it wasnt even close to what I wanted very disappointed

My experience is always pleasant!The staff are always friendly even when overwhelmed due to staff shortages. I like this particular dunkin donuts because the food and drinks are always fresh and served with a smile. Nice place to sit and talk over coffee with friends.

2022-03-30We have been coming here since 2020, we love the place and appreciate the service. We have not had any problems with the service, my children are allergic to eggs and milk so we always ask for them change their gloves and they have no problem doing it.Do I recommend the place, yes i do, do we have an issues at all, maybe just the location.

2021-12-30Stopped to grab coffee. Service was real slow at the drive thru. I went to use the rest room it was disgusting. Trash was over flowing and on the floor. smelled like urine and you could tell it hadnt been cleaned In a while. Ended up walking out and went to a different location. I understand things can get busy but keeping things clean should be one of the top priorities!

2022-03-18This review is specifically for this Dunkin and may not reflect on the company as a whole.Dunkin has some of the best coffee in town, with some good doughnuts and good wifi. The wait times will very depending on a number of factors here.If you go Monday through Friday, be warned that before 8 and after 2 it WILL be packed. The close proximity to the school means that the kids from Case, and the High School will pack the building up to the point of wall to wall crowding. The service also takes a hit during this time, as the employees understandably get frustrated with the sheer number of people all clamoring for coffee and doughnuts..Perhaps the best time during the week to go is while school is in session, or to wait till school is closed for vacation. Either way, if you plan it right, the customer service is splendid when you arent competition with the kids and the teens. When the store isnt harboring hundreds of teens, it is a great little coffee shop where you can chill with a coffee and use the WiFi to catch up on the news, or read a good book in peace and quiet.Update 03/2022: Now that we are heading into a new post lockdown world I felt that an update regarding digital orders was, well, in order, as everything I wrote before still holds true.Digital orders are easy, but they are left in a shelf on the counter. Not too big a deal, that is pretty standard after all. But Id just be careful to keep an eye out for your food or drink just in case, doubly so during the rush. I never had any issue but there isnt anything that would prevent someone from picking up your order beyond the honor system.

2021-05-27This location used to be great during the morning rush, however since a change in staff it has become the location to avoid. They work at the pace of snails and even On the go orders seem to take 20mins or more most days. Do yourself a favor and hit up a different DD.

2021-11-12Ordered ice coffee and 90 percent was ice I showed the girl and she looked at me like I had 10heads then I said call mgt he fixed it his reply was next next time ask for less ice I said I have ordered in the past and never ice 90 percent of time I dont get the part of ask for less ice next time. Not sure where his mgt skills are.

2021-06-15They always get my order rights. They’ve never once messed up my order ever! The staff changes a lot bc it’s a high school job I think. The service is very VERY slow but they never make mistakes so I’m ok with waiting. Don’t go when you’re pressed for time. The staff are young and very new due to high turn over. This means they need lots of time to figure out what they’re doing.
