2021-11-18I rented a machine from them and I had to switch because was to small the driver came 30 minutes late. But he didn’t wait 10 minutes ta take the other machine, so they let me 2 machines one my job site I called them and told them so they can came and pick up both machines next day and they scheduled for the small 12 Am and the big one between 3 and 5But they didn’t take the small one and they said they couldn’t take the big one also so I had to leave them in the street and pay people to take care of the machines because they said it’s my responsibilityI had to call them 50 times and they put you in short voicemailThis it’s ridiculous this it’s unacceptable I will try to rent somewhere else now and after

2013-08-14DO NOT RENT ANYTHING THERE!I rented a scissor lift today for few hours.Everything went well until their driver came to pickup the lift.He drove the lift out with full speed damaging door sill.Earlier that day I drove in and out couple times (slowly) and door sill was fine.I spoke to Chris and Anthony and they told me that the concrete under that door sill was faulty and that I should contact my contractor! RIDICULOUS!I thought they are rental company not concrete specialists!They refuse to fix the sill!
