Cozy, dark bar, reasonably priced drinks and friendly/quick staff on a busy Friday night. The fireplace was amazing .
Discovered this spot when another bar had reached capacity, so happy it did. The place is warm and inviting with good background music. Theres a lovely fireplace in the back room and the bartender is amazing. Its cash only but they have an ATM on site. You should stop by and warm up.

Cute spot. Good service. Drinks were lackluster but at the price its alright. I wouldnt recommend to everyone but worth stopping by if youre in the neighborhood. Two drinks in, this is the perfect place.

I was surprised with how busy it was on a Tuesday. Hard to find a place to sit, but service is friendly and quick regardless.
Nice place for drinks. They have a nice back room and the bartender was excellent! They are a cash only bar, serving goldfish snacks and carrot cake to go with the libation of your choice!

One of my favorite bars in the neighborhood! Intimate, no-frills joint that takes you back in time with great vinyl music and a wood-fired stove. Some rotating local drafts and classic cocktails served up by a beautiful human closing you out at an antique brass cash machine. Can get a bit crowded late, but if you show up at open you can grab a cozy spot to do some reading. A date night must.

Nice, quiet fireside room in the back is a good place for a drink with a friend. In the front, it looked like there was a local crowd that hung out there a bit at the bar, which gave this place a neighborhood feel.There is a great beer and cocktail selection, and it is not overly expensive. Interesting space with good selection and nice vibe.

Dynaco has been a lovely little quiet place for me. A pint after work to unwind. Delightful. However my first experience of the bar allowing me inside was so very contrary to my view of the place. I was inside, near the fire out the back. I put a log on the fire and the bar man ran up to me and said “the the f@&k are you touching the fire” and started to be aggressive towards me.No one else was in the bar and he decided to take offence at me putting a log on the fire. Why? Shame. I’ll never go back. No longer my local dive bar. Don’t go to this bar.
One of my favorite bars. The bartenders make great drinks consistently. A fantastic date night spot too with the fireplace in the back :)

I like this place a lot. My friends an I really enjoyed the mellow quiet atmosphere. Nice place to relax a bit in the bustling city. Cash bar is a bit of a draw back but other than that no complaints here. Bartender was very welcoming and pleasant. Will definitely come back and recommend to others in the Brooklyn area.
Fantastic bar with a fire pit. It skews to the 30 something crowd. So, lots of good looking, smart folks. Such a great crowd that, when a midwest transplant bumpkin is working out their jaws and vocal chords, you can hear them over the music and easily know who deserves your disapproving glance.
Small and calm place to grab a drink and chill. The have a fireplace in the back that was kept lit and is nice to sit around and talk. They only accept cash, so make sure to bring some. The drinks are reasonably priced. I would go back.

Really great bar, very friendly. Has a very good vibe. The people here are just awesome, very diverse and fun group, this would be a great place to come with groups. It is a fun time and there is some good food nearby. I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is an amazing example of bar-days gone bye. Its a not flashy on the outside, subtle on the inside (most of the seats, and a dividing wall are made out if old speakers), cash only kind of spot. True pours of beer (FANTASTIC selection), and homemade pie make this place a five star bar.Pro Tip: on a cold night they have a wood burning fire that makes the place warm and smell amazing.
This bar is awesome! It has a really warm interior, lots of exposed wood, reclaimed and vintage furniture, and the service is excellent. Great neighborhood vibe, laid back, owner is friendly and mingles and the bar tender has good jokes....and excellent cocktails.

The bar was difficult to find. I didnt see a number on the door or a big sign. I finally saw the name of the bar on the lower right hand corner. Its a hidden gym. As you enter the bar, it looks like an ordinary bar in Bed-Stuy. When you walk to the back room, your taken to a wood cabin with a brick wall, a fireplace, and the most soothing atmosphere. Loved it!
Great local bar. It has a solid selection of craft beer, though if you are after really great beer then Glorietta Baldy is a better choice. Its beautifully decorated with old speakers. Its usually busy.
No food lemme put that out, BUT Jared was the bomb. Real kind guy (handsome too) The atmosphere is like a second home and im a tourist. Cool fireplace and just a good feel. You wont regret drinking here.
If this place didnt have a fireplace in the back room I wouldnt be giving it three stars but it does. A dirty vodka martini, whiskey, beer and one other drink were $36. Its very cheap to say the least.

Introduced to Dynaco by a friend. A very pleasant experience. Knowledgable staff, with an easy going laid back approach which belied their efficiency.Nice range of well kept craft beers, supplemented by a few imports, notably Barcelonas Estrella range. Good also to see a gluten free option available.Definitely worth a return when Im in the area.

I stopped by this place with some friends on a very cold and rainy Saturday night. Not only did they have reasonably-priced drinks, they had a fireplace and a very nice cozy vibe which was perfect given the weather.
I almost don’t want to post this review because this bar is so perfect that I want to keep it to myself. But the world needs to know: this is the best bar. You’ll feel like you’re in a hyge dreamland.

2022-06-17It’s a speak easy, meets a lodge, meets a dive. Cash only, with one of those authentic registers with that satisfying “ding!” I can imagine it to get popular at night, but it’s 6:15 on a summer Friday, it’s cool and quiet, some regulars here with their dog, and I’m sipping a $12 Manhattan and journaling. Low, cool music. Candles everywhere. Dark and romantic, but you can still see. I think I found a new neighborhood favorite.

2019-06-15A little dark but overall a good atmosphere. The bartenders were quick and kept your drink full! At $11 per cocktail, be careful how fast you consume their very stout drinks! Had to use my phone as a light to see the menu. Cash only bar!

2021-04-25Youll be hard pressed to find a better bar atmosphere than this. I often tell people that theyll feel like theyre in a 70s/80s ski lodge somewhere in the mountains the moment they step in there. The fire in the back keeps everyone warm and comfortable, adds to the romance if youre looking for a great date spot. The music is always perfect and tasteful. All of the staff are welcoming and fast with their service. Vast selection of classic cocktails. Terrific beer selection, I usually go for the Kolsch or a beautifully poured Guinness. Cash only, so come prepared for that (they also have an ATM in the back). Make sure to ask about a slice of their home made cake, made fresh by an owners wife!
