Amazing hands down! And outstanding customer service. I own a barber in Saratoga Springs Tru Cutz BarberShop. I had an event in just a few days but I really needed some shirts made up right away and they had my back and delivered on time. I couldn’t be happier thanks E&A Custom’s. Keep up the great work. We really appreciate all your help. Check this place out I recommend giving them 2 weeks in advance to help you with all I’ve your needs.
Very poor communication ,sent our design and what we wanted to them and over 3 weeks later nothing was done with it until we called and complained as ashley never was there to talk to nor returned phone calls once we let one of the staff know how unhappy we were and that we wanted our signs worked on and even after putting a deposit down still heard nothing and my husband was told that an email receipt and the lay out would be sent over to us that same day and still nothing was received ashley finally returned our call and stated she would send over the design layout within the next half hour never received anything from her still nothing by the next morning so I called and asked for our deposit back she said she would refund us our money which we did receive our refund but very poor customer service and that she didnt understand why we werent receiving her emails yet she had my exact email address and Ive received emails from everyone else except nothing from e and a customs something seems very sketchy to me ashley even said that she sent an text message with the refund request to my husbands phone and we never received anything very terrible customer service and will never try doing business with them again and I will never refer someone to them either .
These guys always do great work and at the price is the best Ive been quoted. They have done everything from my company shirts and truck decals. Very happy with their service and will continue to us again. Thanks guys.

2018-10-30The staff at E & A customs have been really awesome to work with! We started using them for t-shirts about 6 months ago, and it has quickly evolved into a lot more than that! They really do offer personalized and customizable EVERYTHING!First off, they took my basic logo design and gave it a nice artistic touch, to help it better speak to what we specialize in. Then, they special ordered the type of polo shirt I was looking to have embroidered, and they recently did the same for our hooded sweatshirts.When I asked them to print some business cards for me (which they also helped me design), they recommended the UV ink for them, which I had never heard of. It’s a glossy, raised ink, and it really makes our cards stand out! Check out the pictures to see how much cooler our otherwise plain business cards look.I’ve also had them make yard signs for us, and they’re currently working on brochures. I can’t wait to see how great those come out! They once again helped me with the design on those.Adam is a truly talented designer, and he understands just how important the tiny details are to me. I am a painter after all, so I notice when things look off. It’s pretty funny how he already knows the things I’m going to have him adjust before I even look at the initial proof.These guys are great at what they do, and for the amount of different services they offer, why go anywhere else? The prices are totally fair, and they’ll put your name/logo/pictures on whatever you can think of!

2017-06-14Very good customer service and reasonable price. Designer Adam listened to what I wanted and was very patient with providing several different options for me to choose from. Happily made a beautiful Fathers Day t shirt for my hubby and I believe he is gonna love it. I would never expect any place to give so much attention and care to a customer who was only getting one shirt.
