This was a great find! I had bumper and fender damage. I visited Will and his staff to get an estimate. The estimate was a great and below what I initially wanted to spend. Will gave me a 3 day turn around and he kept his word! The work they did was phenomenal! Looked like a brand new car after the repairs, paint and polish! I definetely recommend their services!

I’ve brought my Honda Civic there since 2005 and it’s running perfect through multiple accidents (great body work) and lifelong maintenance. I now bring my Honda Passport there. Great shop.
I dont understand people saying their price is fair. They charged my dad 190 for changing brake pads saying OEM pads cost $100+. Ford website sell them for 60, and even a premium version about 80. If you want to save money, DIY or go elsewhere.
Owner of the shop seems like an honest guy, really rate for a car mechanic in NYC. Before going there went to other shop for a state inspection, they tried to rip me off for unnecessary rotary disc replacement for $600. No such a nonsense at ET shop.

Will the owner is our go to guy. He is very honest, reasonably priced and does a great job. He literally is there all the time which to me displays his very strong work ethic. He fixed my side mirror literally in minutes and did a great job on my mercedes gls bumper that I banged up pretty bad against a fire hydrant! The Mercedes dealership and the other shops quoted me literally triple the price. I recommend him to all my friends and relatives.
I have been a customer for over 10 years. Will is my mechanic and I trust him w my life! He will never cheat me or try to push unnecessary jobs. If he cant do the work, hell tell me where to go and how much it should cost. My whole family comes here; incl. my sister who drives from MA (four hours away!) to get anything and everything done here!

This is my goto auto mechanic shop. As a car enthusiast, its great to find an independent shop that is as passionate about cars as yourself. Great quality work by mechanics that have years of experience on multiple makes and models. Prices are reasonable, wont cost you an arm and leg like most car dealer service departments. But dont expect, bagels/refreshments and an 5 star waiting lounge. The shop gets super busy as the day progresses so bring your car early.
Very fair and trustworthy repair shop. I brought my older Toyota Camry in due to a oil leak. They were very quick to notice that my valve cover was leaking. They were able to order the parts and have it replaced in a matter of hours the following day. Will and Chi are very knowledgeable and I expect their shop to stay around for a very long time.
I think I found my new mechanic! Came here because I needed to replace my bumper that my wife messed up. Was referred here from a friend who gets his work done here for his 911 Porsche.They quoted me an estimate and charged exactly what I was quoted. I got estimates at 2 other places that Ive been to before but Will quoted me half the price the others quoted. No BS and straight to the point. They did a great job and I am very satisfied.
My car needs annual state inspection but it has check engine light on. I called them in advance to make appt but the lady told me just go there and theyll help. I arrived at around 8:45 this morning and William told me theyll check my car within 2 hours. So I left my car there. I came back at about 11:00 but theres nothing was done at all. William told me they could not get it done today and I should drive back some other day. In a word, it cost me half day for nothing! Why couldnt they tell me in the first place so I can save this whole morning? Its unprofessional and bad customer service. I wont go there again, never!

Totally rap! 10 dollars for changing a key battery! Which is usually 3 dollars at dealers place. They must do not have enough clients! Yes i asked before i hand over the key, but the guy did not tell me before he took the battery out of the package! And becomes no return sale.

The best damned auto shop I ever dealt with in my life. Im 63. They repair anything and everything on your car, from tune-ups to body work. Their prices are fair and the service is prompt. Highly recommended. They are the not just the best auto shop in Flushing, they are best in the county. King Street is a small diagonal street off College Point Boulevard just south of Northern Blvd. Which means the shop is walking distance to bus and subway and railroad. You cant find better, they are tech-savy, experienced mechanics who treat their customers on the square. I dont know who this complaining guy is below. He aint talking about the ETAuto I go to.

Saw this shop on google with high ratings and affordable prices, I went to this shop at noon today and they startled me with a price of $4000. Later I went to another nearby store for $1200. Isnt the difference too big! They dont run a car repair shop, they run an axe shop. You can no longer see ratings.
The people here are very nice, the prices are very fair, they don’t deceive customers, they are honest, and the car will be repaired here in the future.

2021-09-21Looks brand new after the repair job. My Honda was vandalized, front & back windshields smashed, Antena removed, hood scratched, and driver side door frame dented. After looking into multiple shops, I went with ET auto because of a referral and reviews. William was kind enough to give me a initial estimate off photos and conversation. He gave me a break down and explanation of what was needed. He kept communication during whole repair process. When the job was done the car looked like it was never damaged. Thanks to ET auto team for a quality job🙏. See photos as reference of before and after.

2021-03-05You cant find a more honest body shop than here. Prices are decent, and Will, the owner, was very responsive to communication. I was happy with the job this place did, and I dont think I could have asked for anything else. I got a fast, no BS estimate, and got my car back in two weeks. If you think that took a long time, just wait till you see the pictures of the damage to my car by a fallen tree limb.If you need your car fixed fast, fixed right, and without the hassle, dont hesitate to come here. Just come early cause parking in a pain, but thats any where in Flushing!

2022-02-17I had an amazing experience here at ET Auto Group. I am very picky with who I let work on my car and they were able to meet all car adjustment needs. I have Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio and they were able to perform all the maintenance I need smoothly. Its very important to me to keep me and my family safe and I trust them the most! 2021-12-02Great professional auto shop, with fluent English speakers and excellent customer service. Went in for some maintenance, check engine light, as well as a flat tire. Turns out the check engine light came with a bunch of problems that they thoroughly walked me though and gave me my options without being pushy. They even threw some services in for free which was dope. Would recommend and will return.

I had visited three other well-reviewed body shops in the Flushing area and got their estimates. This one in terms of speed and cost, won hands down. And Wills friendly and straightforward manner made this process as smooth as it could be. Whenever life happens, Ill be back.
