Great sales and service people! They work closely with you to make sure things are to your satisfactory every time. Will be doing business with them in the future for sure. Joe and his sales team are amazing and very knowledgeable with the inventory and everything is thoroughly explained to your understanding, they were attentive to my needs in every way. Such an over all positive experience.
I had an excellent experience at eagle auto mall! Steve Santagata was professional and fair, making the process easy! I purchased an immaculate certified pre owned Sorento, and I absolutely LOVE it. Steve took the time to show me all the features of the car, and I never felt pressured or rushed. He communicated with me every step of the way, including a couple of emails just to check on how I was liking the car. I didnt expect the experience to be as quick and painless, but Steve and his team really pulled it off. I will absolutely be buying from them in the future.
I couldnt agree more with the last review. First, I went to buy a car and I immediately knew it was going to be a bad experience after speaking with the manager. When I finally got to a salesperson and he quoted me a price for a 2020 car, he refused to give me a price for a 2021, telling me he could not give me two quotes - as if I was doing something wrong by even asking. I bought my car at Manhattan Volvo (a wonderful experience), and recently booked an appointment online at Riverhead to service the car. I called to confirm the appointment and ask for a loaner (part of my contract) and I was told that they cannot actually take me for my appointment and that if I were to show up (because I got a text confirmation and had no reason to think my appointment was cancelled) they would turn me away. I never write reviews but I could not help myself.
I’m honestly not sure how Eagle sells cars considering how they treat their customers. I should have followed my initial instincts because right from the start I got negative vibes from the salesman who made me feel like a crazy person for wanting to get in the car BEFORE we negotiated a price although I had never seen the car before. Once we met with the saleswomen a couple days later at our appointment it’s as if she could not be bothered by our presence, not even introducing herself or asking our names. She was extremely condescending and completely unwilling to basically do anything for our business. Didn’t even bother to show us the car. Literally just stood there. I guess the dealership met their sales quota for the year and were uninterested in selling more. Literally zero attempt to even discuss paying anything but full price . The experience was the epitome of why people hate car shopping because of pompous sales teams.
If I could give zero stars I would. We are shopping for a new suv, and have test driven several cars at other dealerships. We were ready to decide between the Mazda and Kia but needed to test drive. We went to the dealership at 5 pm after work with our infant in tow. Two employees saw us walk in, neither greeted us. When we walked to the back of the sales floor to inquire about test driving both cars, we were told we cannot test drive due to covid. We had our masks on, but both sales reps said “if we let you test drive, and then you don’t take the car, we have to clean it and we are the only ones here”. We have been to Smithtown Kia, and Riverhead Toyota and Hyundai and had no issue test driving any vehicles. This dealership lost our business and we are extremely disappointed as it would have been nice to be purchase a car from a local dealer.
I just bought a 2015 Kia Forte from Benjamin Meadows. He was awesome. I had been rudely treated at the local Hyundai dealership, and ignored at the Honda Dealership. It wasnt a matter of IF I would buy a car, but when as I needed to before winter.Benjamin knows what he is selling. His calm mannerism and excellent knowledge created a very easy transaction. With the help of his manager, Joe, I was able to successfully purchase a beautiful car for myself.I would definitely look for him if you are in the market for a great car buying experience. He is smart, successful, and very patient.
My son and I had an excellent experience at the dealership. Our salesman Benjamin Meadows was professional,knowledgeable, courteous,thorough and went above and beyond and went so far as to look on a website for snow tires and rims, when my son was concerned about stock tires on the vehicle we was considering purchasing. He gave us a great price quote within minutes, and when we were ready to purchase the vehicle, he sent us to meet Jose lopez, who went through everything about out financing,detail by detail, from gap insurance to 10/100000 mile warranty, and what it really covers. He was extremely patient and thorough as well. The experience was quick and painless. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Service at this dealership is terrific. They worked with my availability to get an appointment. Service advisor David was very nice to talk to and kept me informed along the way. When my car was finished he reviewed what was done to it and had it waiting for me right outside the door for when I left.
If I could give NO STARS I would! Stay FAR away from this group of thieves. They also run a SUPER SHADY auto parts division via RIVER HEAD AUTO SALES. Once an unsuspecting consumer purchases what is supposed to be an OEM GM part, once it FINALLY arrives, the item ends up being totally useless because its missing a part that renders it unusable. Forget trying to reach them by phone or via email, they just dont answer the phone and dont respond to voice-mails, nor do they reply to emails. SCAMMERS!
I was hesitant to deal with Eagle Automall based on the online reviews, but they had the exact vehicle I wanted, so I took a chance. I am out of state so getting to the dealer is a long trip, so I needed to take care of most things via email/phone. Amanda reached out to me shortly after I expressed interest in the vehicle. She was pleasant to deal with, straightforward, and very helpful. She was upfront with price, which matched MSRP for the vehicle, they did not overprice at all. She was transparent about any other fees, which in comparison to other dealers I had spoken to, Eagle Kia fees were very low. I picked a day I could be there, and she said everything would be in place for me when I arrived. I showed up two days later, and 10 minutes after that I walked out owning my dream vehicle. There was no funny business on the contract, everything was priced exactly as we had spoken about. The finance manager explained everything clearly and openly. I could not be more impressed and satisfied with how Eagle Kia and Amanda handled this transaction!
I was in the market for a lease on a kia sportage. I called a few dealers for prices and then reached out to Eagle Kia. I spoke with Joe G. The first price Joe came back with was lower than all of them for the same vehicle. We pretty much handled everything over email. He responded to every email within minutes. His services was impeccable and the process was seamless. He was very easy to deal with. I picked up the sportage the next day and was in and out in 30 mins. The entire staff at Eagle is awesome. I highly recommend them for you auto needs.
Its been a great experience, Ben at sales was able to find the new Volvo s60 exactly the color I wanted and a even better price I was expecting; In a day they were able to get in my old lease and give me the new car. We had a problem with the financial department of Volvo in regards of my old lease but after some time and few calls Ben and Roland (the manager) were able to fix it. They truly pulled through and I can say I will get all my future cars from them
Bad customer service. Dont return calls. Aviod this place. Paid for an item here and never received it. Wont refundUpdate service manager called me back after a month said he was gonna look into it. Another month later and still nothing... 2 years later still not resolved
Buyer beware!! Liars! Visited last week interested in purchasing a 2020 kia Sportage.. Dealt with Amanda.. very nice .. we discussed price.. went back today to purchase and was given a price $2000.00 higher and the trade in price on my car was shy $ 2500.00.. manager was a rude arrogant individual.. He told me the programs changed from last week and if I could get it cheaper then thats where I should go! Im sure the owner would not be pleased to know he lost a $29,000 sale over $2000.00! Your loss!
Amazing experience here dealing with Amanda. After trying for months to find a dealer who would offer a fair deal for a new Telluride, Amanda came through with the most seamless car buying experience i have ever had. A handfull of text messages and everything was in order and ready to go when we arrived. She approaches the car buying process the way it should be handled and we couldnt be happier. Ask specifically for her you will not regret it!
I found Eagle Kia online while looking for a lease with no money down. I filled out a form requesting info and pricing. Within the hour I received a call from Benjamin Meadows the internet sales manager. He was very friendly gave me ball park figures on my 2 choices of cars Yes over the phone can you believe it. I went to another Kia dealer in the area and they would not quote me prices until I test drove the car. I visited Eagle Kia 2 days later and did get a great deal on my brand new Kia thanks to the very kind and helpful service from Benjamin Meadows. Picked up my car the next day and was given the entire run down of the what and how to by Amanda. I would recommend if you are in the market for a new car
Sales people are nice, accommodating, & in touch when needed. Guy who buffs out scratches & preps cars went above and beyond on the used car I bought. Downside: they charged me $38 for a half a tank of gas. When I filled up from near-empty three days later, it was the same, $38. Shame on Eagle Auto for taking advantage & charging that much for a half tank of gas. Shouldve just pointed me to the nearest gas station instead of price gouging & cheating me out of my money.
Was looking to buy a new car since we already bought 4 cars from them in the past. When I found a car I was interested in, I asked to test drive it. Once the salesman and manager heard that I planned to return the next day to purchase the car, I was told “there is no point in letting you test drive today if we aren’t signing anything today”. I was turned away at the dealer and threatened with a price increase as the first of the month was approaching. Will never be returning to Eagle. The treatment at the dealership was ridiculous. As far as service goes, they try to upsell you with things your car doesn’t need to try and make you spend more. I have turned down multiple services that were not necessary, and after getting a second opinion from another(more honest) mechanic, it seems as though Eagle’s service department was trying to take advantage of me. Eagle has lost my business for good.
Had a great experience getting all the answers for the car I wanted and getting approved. Ben was super knowledge and patient answering my question for both the car details and financing. Its not always easy to get a good car buying experience, but no complaints here, so 5 stars!
We bought a used Kia sorento from this dealershipOn 11/17/12. Our salesman Tony was great and we have no issues with him. Bill in the finance department is an outright liar. When asked what the total cost of the car would be with the warranty we were told $24,xxx and the monthly payments were right about what I expected them to be at that price. We signed the paperwork, and Ill admit we took Bill at his word and didnt fully look at the price breakdown for the car/warranty. Upon returning home and fully going over the paper work I see the real cost of the vehicle was almost $26,xxx. The dealership was closed at that point so we called on Sunday and left a message for bill. Bill called back on Monday and seems to remember every detail about our conversation except for when we asked what the total price of the car would be. Weve called and left multiple messages for the manager Joe to call us back and havent heard anything since speaking to bill on 11/19. If you choose to do business with eagle auto mall be sure you fully read everything your signing and dont take their word for it. As for me I will be sure to let everyone know to avoid this place when looking for a new or used vehicle.
Im am utterly shocked at some of the negative reviews I have seen here. Im wondering if there are trolls at work because I have been dealing with Eagle Kia and Eagle Chevrolet for the past 6 years. Not only are they fair and accommodating, but friendly and honest. No high pressure sales. Even recommended purchasing a less expensive vehicle than I had wanted because the less expensive one was a safer choice for my daughter! The service centers are great and dont try to talk me into unnecessary work. I have purchased three vehicles from them in 6 years and they are my go to dealer of choice for new and used! Strongly recommended you do the same.
I took my kia in for free recall servise to eagle kia dealership. Car was in very good condition. After hour and half they have called me , service was done and when I drove away I realized there was airbag sign on the dashboard (car was brought in for free airbag recall service) car wheel was acting wired , and horn was out.. Right away I went back and talked to their representative. Conversation had no sense , cause he blamed me that my car when I brought in had those problems already. I know when car gets in , before service you evaluate car and let customer sign up the paper in what condition their car is. There was paperwork done just only after service . I am going to take it further , and let them to take responsibility in the way they should! The worst place I have ever been! P.S. It is. nice to hear that you are working to improve your service and you regret what happened! That means you are responsible for damages on my car. Yesterday your representative has been told by Judge pay me for damage eagle kia service couse to my car and he refused to do so. Will you reimburse the amount of money you have been told? I would like to see ,what you mean ,when you say you are trying to improve your service in action! .
Robert delivered my vehicle after he discovered and rectified a misrepresentation by my insurance company. While performing his proper diligence, he identified the companys misstated VIN number and worked to deliver the vehicle on time. He patiently explained to me the vehicles features and followed up with phone calls to assure my satisfaction. Hes a great asset for the Eagle brand.
What can we say? We had found a car on line and went to the dealership in great neck. Only to be told we had to put insurance on the car before we could test drive it OR get a final price? WTH? So totally discouraged on our way home I called a worldly friend who said his friend TOM, a new general manager, had just moved out to eagle. Within minutes we were on the phone and had all the info we needed to purchase a car! ALL ON THE DRIVE BACK! We went Saturday to pick up the car and everything was ready! Including a big red bow! The payments were extremely reasonable considering my son has some credit issues and we did splurge for the extended warranty. Thank you The King( lol, not Elvis! )in the payment dept! Because the last car he bought from an not so reputable car dealer was what caused his credit issues. It was a creep of a jeep!Amanda we so willing to help us she even gave us her cell phone to send over the info because we were in the car. Amanda even stayed late to make sure we had everything we needed when we picked up the car! One thing I didnt know was that they had such a large selection of cars! So now as my daughter is next in line for a car I know excactly where we will be going! Eagle Kia of Riverhead was a great experience in buying a new vehicle. I was in the market for a vehicle and visited DOZENS of dealerships and looked at many different brands of vehicles. When I finally visited Eagle Kia, I met my salesman Andrew Platis. Andrew was a breath of fresh air. After meeting so many salespeople at other dealerships, I was really turned off by the high pressure sales tactics or the fact that you go completely ignored. It was one extreme or the other. I was also turned off by almost every dealership that I visited because all they did was bash the competition in terms of make and model or the dealership itself. Andrew took the high road and did nothing but praise other makes of vehicles and dealerships. It was so nice to speak to someone who was so positive. Over the course of several days, Andrew let me test drive several vehicles and was always there to answer any question and address any concerns I had. Not once did I get the usual you should leave a deposit today line from Andrew. He was also very accommodating to my two young boys and that meant a lot to me. He also encouraged my wife and I to look at any car we wanted to and to tear them apart if needed to help find the right vehicle for us. In the end, if I did not meet Andrew, I would have walked away from the buying process right now and tried again in the spring. I could not recommend Andrew enough. From beginning to end, Eagle Kia and Andrew were great. I could not be happier with my 2015 Kia Soul + and have zero regrets. Thank you to Eagle Kia and especially Andrew Platis for a great buying experience!
Easy and enjoyable experience. Buying a car should be highlight and at Eagle it was. No stress, good price, finance manager (Jeff) was not pushy or rude like most are, in fact he was easy going, honest, and personable. Dont have any second thoughts buying a car from Eagle.
After a tire blowout less than 700 miles into my new 2015 Optima, I looked for my spare tire only to find it didnt exist. I called Roadside Assistance & they couldnt get straight what towing company was coming to get me. It was estimated that it would take less than an hr; it took nearly 3. Though this was Kia corporates issue, I was already ticked off when Riverhead Kia (Eagle Auto Mall) basically said they werent obligated to help me because I didnt purchase the vehicle here. I bought it in Conn., but live here. Even if I bought it at another dealer or moved, I should still get quality service. The car is so new it didnt even have plates on it, youd think they would have put them on? No. They did the absolute bare minimum. They even admitted on the phone they didnt understand why I didnt have inspection on it yet, but did they ask me if I wanted it done? NO. Simply put: This dealer doesnt know what quality customer service is. Dont bother going.
I went in with a fairly long standing problem with my Kia Sedona. Andrew, with support of the mechanics that back him, did a great job of diagnosing the problem and getting me back on the road again. Andrew communicated well and clearly, and did what he said he would do. I hope to be back, but not too soon.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER!!!I recently turned in a lease early and was told I only had 3 payments left so they built that into new lease. On more than one occasion i said I was pretty certain I had 4 remaining but they said they would check and still came back with 3. Now I get a bill from old lease for one payment remaining + disposition fee for a total of over $1100. I went in to discuss this with the sales manager and he said I was the one who was supposed to tell them how many payments left (even though he said he checked) which I am pretty sure I did by mentioning the 4 payments. Was very dismissive and didnt want anything to do with me and blamed it on me.Dont waist your time on this dealer as I should have listened to my father as he also got screwed by them.I am not one to complain either but this is not right and want to make sure no else suffers the same fate.
Ive been a customer over 6 years. Great staff. Sales people and mangement, especially Mr Joe Gandhi and Amanda, are committed to put you in the car you want. They lead you through every step of the process and take care of you as if you were related to them. Would definitely continue to do business with them.

Embarrassed I even bought the car from them, should have listened to other reviewers.Not only is their customer service department unhelpful and rude, but I had my car in for servicing the same issue a number of times and they refuse to fix it at no charge. Was told this problem never happens, however I notice all over the web it occurs quite often and they should pay for it.Should have left during the first meeting with the nasty financial department -Avoid this dealership

AVOID THIS PLACE !!! Twice I had appointments with their mechanic Dennis and twice I was sent away. Why make an appointment if you dont intend to keep it. It was a long drive and a complete waste of time. Could have picked up the phone and cancelled but didnt have the courtesy to do so. Twice ! I will never go back there again.
So I bought a 2016 Honda Fit from them and it took a week and a day so I can pick it up. Had to wait on my banks wire transfer to go through since I went with my own loan. When I picked up the car I assumed it was detailed thoroughly since it smelled great and the outside looked good. I took it home and ran some errands and enjoyed my new purchase. I popped the hood only to find it to be dusty and with dead leaves. I notified them so it can be resolved before I gave a negative review. They were able to take the car quickly for a cleaning. I waited probably an hour. I drove the car home trusting I can go home and give 5 stars only to pop the hood and still see leaves. Ive bought used cars before and have never had a car given to me without detailing being done with strict standards. Aashray, you are great. Your team needs a QC check. No I will not be going back. Im not taking more time out of my day for something that shouldve been done right on day 1.Update: So I had to bump my 3 stars to 2. Although my experience with Aashray was just fine, I come to find out that they also did not return my front passenger floor mat. I saw it was missing when I was cleaning the car. Maybe the people in maintenance hate their job. Who knows.
Worst dealership ever. They sold me a car with a faulty transmission, and the extended warranty they forced on me did not cover the problem. They refused to fix my transmission even though I was in their service department was a nonfunctioning car, knowing that I would be driving children in this car. I and it up paying almost $4000 to fix the transmission. These people dont care. Dont buy here.
I was simply coerced into buying a used kia spectra5. I made a cash deposit for the car, when i spoke to the finance guy he informed me of a high interest rate that in turn made me want to back out of the deal, i informed the maneger who is a indian mam (terrible guy) he told me that if i cancelled my deposit wouldnt be returned and that im a small fish..i thought i had no option and the maneger wasnt budging i purchased the vehicle for a astronomical 9,000 dollars close to the msrp of the car.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Out of state potential buyer. I talked to a salesman on the phone and let him know that I was coming up on a Saturday. Long story short, bogus terms, no haggling, personal checks required for out of state purchase which werent mentioned on the phone AND ONLY PERSONAL CHECKS. No money order, or credit card numbers, hidden fees to the listed price... to abbreviate: SHADY. Shady as hell. Even the locals have reported horror stories while in conversation. Oh, and after I left their town, they called to Negotiate... No thanks.
If you are only reading the positive reviews, maybe those people lucked into a good day at Eagle Auto Mall, but our experience was much more along the lines of the poor reviews, and we know others personally who had bad experiences. We tried several other cars and dealers in Riverhead, and it is night and day. The others put everything in writing, negotiated in good faith, were responsive, and explained everything clearly.Eagles staff (the Client Specialist Don Johnson) were disinterested or opaque about fees and costs, would only put things in writing if you asked (more than once), had us sign a deposit form that said they would not reimburse the deposit (so cross that section out before signing), had much higher loan rates than anyone else, tried to talk us into a high rate, turned away other financing even when we had told them we were doing so, and in the end refused to sell us the car while lying that they had agreed to sell it to us. The last straw was the manager (Joe Gandhi) screaming at us.Something is wrong with this dealership, its management, and its staff. Go somewhere else for a quite pleasant experience!
This review is for the Service Department. I have not bought a car from them, but have been servicing my Mazda with them for the last 2.5 years and have had a great experience so far. Really nice and trustworthy people that genuinely want to help you. Cant say the same about the dealership I use for my wifes car.
Buyer beware, just had a horrific conversation with the sales manager Joe Ghandi.I asked for my deposit back which was defined emphatically by the salesman as refundable. Joe informed me that I would not be getting my deposit back because I negotiated a discounted remote starter. I did not sign any paperwork and I provided the deposit over the phone. I decided not to buy the car and Joe told me that because I negotiated the starter they were keeping my deposit. He also erroneously said I signed an agreement and during the conversation recanted that and apologized that he was wrong about the signature. I reminded him that without a signed agreement there was no deal but he was adamant about the nonrefundable $500 deposit. We had a conversation, provided a deposit, and they assessed our trade in and we never saw or signed anything.Please be aware of this unethical scheme. No contract and they keep your money. Beware!!!!Check out the automated impersonal negative review responses from Eagle. Even their responses are indifferent. Filing a claim with the NYS attorney general about their refusing to refund a refundable deposit.
Purchased three cars here over the years and each has been a great experience. Good prices, very professional salespeople, no high pressure. Beautiful showroom, huge inventory!The service department is outstanding. The waiting area is nicer than my Lexus dealers waiting room. Service is always done right the first time and the prices are reasonable.Highly recommended. Best dealership around!

Bought my car here several years ago and used them for all service. While you can find a cheaper gas station mechanic, they have always been honest about repairs and excellent about providing free loaners. Staff is friendly and bends over to help out. My only gripe is that they dont wash your car, but they do give a coupon for a free car wash.
Searched high and low for the Kia I wanted and they had exactly what I was looking for at Eagle Auto Mall Kia. Aashray Gandhi in sales was one of the best young sales persons I have dealt with over 30 years of leasing and buying vehicles. He and the finance team at Eagle are real class acts. Will be doing my vehicle business for many years to come. Highly recommended! Go see them and their offerings for yourself!
Charise and Joe were great again!I just bought my second Sorento from them today and the transaction was smooth and STRESS FREE. Charise is a sweetheart of a salesperson and Joe is an expert in his field. They worked a deal that made everyone, especially me and my wife, very happy! Eagle is my go to Kia Dealer from now on.
Couldn’t get service to answer phone or call back. Finally get a answer just labor brakes on a ram $250 dollars for front $240 for backs n I must repeat this is just labor not brakes and rotors. now that’s just rip of prices. Beware to any person affiliating their selves with eagles service.
This is an anonymous review because honestly I’m scared of retaliation from the general manager named joe. He is the most unpleasant person I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve already taken my business elsewhere. It’s a shame that people like him are allowed to be in positions of authority. I own my own construction company and I’m always buying , selling and leasing cars for my formans but I would sooner let them walk then buy a car from your dealership. I will be spreading the word about avoiding your place like the plague. You have lost a great customer and I guarantee you will lose a lot more just because of him.
Do you want an auto dealer where you feel comfortable with the salespeople and general manager and that you are getting a fair deal then you should try Eagle Auto Mall in Riverhead. Their attitude towards you is to make you happy and get you the car that you want and can afford. They sell several different brands of cars so there is one that should be able to satisfy every customer.There service department is staffed with people who take care of you and your car when you bring it in for service. I walked around was greeted with a half of a greeting. Walked around opened car doors, looked inside cars looked at exteriors of cars. Went outside to new inventory ALONW. I never felt like anyone wanted to sell me a carInfact I left saying to myself how do they sell cars thereNo one shook my hand no one showcased any vehicle no offer to show me a vehicle !!!they showed no interest in finding out why I was there.
Waste of my time! I scheduled an appointment for a recall component 7 days in advance. They didnt have the part when I arrived!? They managed to send me a reminder email, but never checked to see if they have the part. I told them that I need a new tire sensor and most likely a new sensor for the transmission. All they did was turned off the warning lights and told me to come back when the lights will be on. Really!!! The codes will be saying the same thing. I guess changing sensors and checking if the parts are available is too much for them to handle at this service department. I will go to fix the problems where people actually want to work.
Bunch of Crooks , Dan the finance manger over there promise me to get approved for KIA Optima , even he saw my credit , he asked me for $1500 down payment , i gave him the money, 2 days later i called in and i learned my deal was decline, then i asked for money back , since then i keep fighting to get my money to be refunded but everyday i hear different story, bunch of scammers

We recently purchased a vehicle at Eagle Auto Mall. We came from Connecticut with no prior dealings with or recommendations about this dealership. To our great surprise, the deal was extremely fair and as advertised. Bill Dowling, our sales representative, made every accommodation to ensure we were satisfied. Jeff Rotunno ensured that our financing was optimal and clearly explained our options without pressuring us to purchase add ons we did not need. Our deposits and out of state registration were handled flawlessly by the dealership. I recommend this dealership highly. Thank you.
Unfortunately, one star was the lowest I could go here, folks. I had the misfortune of having to deal with this service department on Oct 10, 2016. My Key was lost in Montauk during a weekend excursion (I live in NYC) and after calling Mazda Easy Care/Roadside assistance, we determined that the easiest solution was to have new keys made at the nearest Mazda (2 hours from our location😱) Both EasyCare reps and myself AND my boyfriend called Eagle Riverhead Mazda prior to arranging. $275 tow to their service department to CONFIRM that they had the keys available to program. Need I go on? We arrive, they unapologetically inform me that the inventory was incorrect and there were NO keys to make for me. I explained to them that I confirmed twice, as did Mazda roadside, had spent big bucks for a tow truck here AND I was still very far from home. No solutions. Indifferent, incompetent service...the female employee bordered on nasty. Their advice: maybe you should get towed to another dealership REALLY?!?! Next suggestion: Rent a car, drive back to NYC and retrieve your other key REALLY?? I would have done that at 7AM, had I known that you guys were so incompetent and didnt know how to count keys! I have been fighting with EasyCare and Mazda customer service since that day, filing claims and such, requesting reimbursement for the tow and trying to get someone to claim a little responsibility. All fingers pointed to Eagle saying that their franchise was at fault for dropping the ball. I was advised to go BACK to Eagle and demand a refund for the tow, however, I wont subject myself again to that discombobulated service dept. and be spoken to like a third class citizen. For the record, Wantagh Mazda is the BEST and only dealership that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They treat their customers like gold and everyone is on a first name basis. AVOID Eagle Mazda at all costs. They clearly dont value the loyal Mazda customer. Im so disappointed and never thought that Mazda and crappy customer service would be paired in the same train of thought.
I am extremely disappointed to say the least in my recent experience at Mazda. After going over the paperwork to lease a 2016 CX5, the paperwork which contained the understanding of the payments of the CX5 as well as the understanding of the Mazda dealership buying me out of my lease, I was LIED to. On top of that, when I arrived to pick up the CX5 and sign the paperwork, there were added fees tacked on to the total amount that finance department had NO explanation for and all of the paperwork had been pre-dated with the wrong date as well as my registration being dated incorrectly. So at this point in time, I have been driving around with a faulty registration. Aside from all of that, my BIGGEST concern is that the remaining payments on my Acura were NEVER taken care of and they dont know what happened to the paperwork. The GM refuses to do anything about it because he would be losing money. I don’t understand how this is considered an acceptable way to run a business. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed and I will NOT be returning to this dealership in the future. PLEASE BE AWARE!
Simply the best for new and pre-owned cars. In my experience, Eagle has a great team. Joe Gandhi, made sure that my sale went smooth, made sure my questions were answered, and that my knowledge was complete about the car. They really went above & beyond to make me and my wife feel at home, so I have no reservations about ever having to go there should a problem arise. Horrible, scam artists. If you don’t want to have a big headache or have to deal with staff who are incapable of doing basic math than DONT SHOP HERE. Very unapologetic for any issues caused by them. Just a horrible disgusting way to run a business. Almost all my paperwork was incorrectly dated. They were adding numbers to my bill that should have been taken away. Then when I’m on the phone with my insurance company they felt the need to tell them to stop trying to solicit to me, which they weren’t. They were answering my questions. Over all very unprofessional!!!
The Worst! The reputation is well earned.I attempted to test drive an MX-5 Miata and was given the 3rd degree by Amanda. She initially seemed very nice but the minute we approached a Miata she said that Miatas are very collectible and buyers dont want to purchase cars with any miles on them?? (Note: Mazda has sold over a million Miatas in 25 years so where she came up with this collectible argument is beyond me) I told her that I had a Porsche 911 and I was interested in maybe getting a different kind of car like a Miata and whenever I went to the Porsche dealer they would let me test drive pretty much whatever I wanted. Amanda was perplexed by this but remained unfazed. She was not going to let me drive this car. Then she stonewalled me and said that she would only let me test drive a car if I knew exactly what trim level I wanted????I drove away and went to another Mazda dealer 20 miles away and I was test driving a Miata within 10 minutes of getting there.If you think she was qualifying my ability to purchase the car, I am 46 years old and drove in with a 2016 Porsche Cayenne.This place will never have my business and is a primary reason why I bought a Cayenne and not a new Volvo SUV. Eagle is the only Volvo dealer in the area and I cannot fathom relying on them for dealer level service.

2022-01-20If I could give less than a star I would. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a car dealership. I was prepared to buy one of their cars that day however they refused to let me drive the car unless I agreed to buy the car before hand including negotiating the price. How are you supposed to agree on a price of a car that youve never even driven? The sales associate was argumentative and clearly didnt want to sell a car that day. I called up to speak to a sales manager after this horrible experience thinking that it must have been that one sales associate and no one ever got back to me. This place is a disgrace and I wouldnt want to see how slimey they would be when buying a car based on how horrible they were from the very beginning. Go to any other dealership to buy your car, for your own sanity. (I was also told that they dont let anyone drive their cars prior to agreement, so call and check if you do decide to test this dealership because they were either lying to me or lying to you...and I wouldnt trust after such shenanigans)In response to the reply for the dealer. I made the phone call from work where my phone lines are recorded... so I know exactly what price was offered to me over the phone. But you dont know how much I was willing to pay because there was no negotiation, you wouldnt let me test drive the vehicle prior to talking about price. Why would I consider going over a price that was offered to me by a member of your team if I cant even drive the car beforehand to see if I like it.... and then no one even contacted me after I reached out to a manager directly. So again ive had a horrible experience. Ive already purchased a vehicle from a different dealer with none of the same issues. Theres a reason you have so many cars in stock and its because of your customer service. Just look at all of the other horrible reviews.

I waited to do my review, as I also wanted to drive my car to review that as well. We got the Kia Seltos and could not have been happier with our choice! 2022-05-24Very unprofessional. I didn’t even step foot into the dealer. I called up to schedule an appointment and some salesperson named Joe got on and was very dismissive and condescending after I quoted him a very fair price. I went to another dealer out west and was actually able to purchase a Kia at a lesser price than the one I quoted this dealer. This experience is walking proof that you really have to do your research on dealerships and not necessarily pick a dealership closest to your home because it’s convenient.

2022-06-15So, I posted under CP, complaining about Eagle KIA adding 3k on above MSRP. Their response was telling me everyone does it and that is why I called them, looking for better price. Well, Eagle KIA, you are wrong. I bought a 2022 Hyundai Elantra from Franklin Sussex Hyundai at MSRP minus $500 for Veteran status. I was looking for the Forte because it is the same car, but I think it looks a lot better. No other reason than that.So Eagle KIA, your sparky response earned you another one star Google rating.... 😤

2021-09-28Just purchased another vehicle from Eagle Auto Mall; this time for my daughter. Joe Ghandi , Ben Meadows, and Cherise made the process a seamless experience. My daughter was able to trade in her current vehicle and purchase a certified, pre owned SUV to prepare for the winter months ahead. After test driving a few vehicles, and with the help and extensive knowledge of Joe and Ben, she was able to make the best financial, and long term decision. The entire process took just a few short phone calls after test driving a few different makes/models. The registration, financing, insurance was all prepared, and thoroughly explained to her.
