2022-05-16A case of terrible vertigo was completely cured at this wonderful hospital. They are thorough, professional, and kind and we cant say enough about them. Five stars to Santosh Krishnamoorthy, PT, DPT, MSPhysical Therapist/Clinical Instructor in theVestibular Rehabilitation Department at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. He is simply the BEST.

2021-04-09Great experience today. I came in for a VNG I called early ND confirmed my appointment, only to get there and have the front desk tell me it wasnt for today, but for May. Front desk was very accommodating, speaking to Kathy who tried to move around patients to be able to fit me in for today with very little wait time. Greatly appreciated!

2021-10-07I have had nothing but patience and dependable follow up on my hearing aids purchases here by the same experienced woman. I am so grateful to Elizabeth. Senior moment, forgot her last name!

2020-08-25I have been a patient at this facility on and off for a couple of years. While the practitioners are very good, dealing with the office is a nightmare. Very long waits on hold, then speaking to someone who gets cut off - multiple phone calls to find out if a test was faxed. Also every time I went the receptionist said I had no copay and then I was billed later. There is a weird attitude towards patients - tired old me has to stand on line for quite a while to check in and check out. No way to communicate via portal. So I will try to avoid getting any health care from them in future.

2019-10-18I got my hearing aid with them, it took a little bit longer than expected, but thats not their fault. Communication is horrible, they leave you on hold for at least 10 minutes just to transfer you somewhere else that never picks up, so you have to leave a message to MAYBE hear back from them. The ladies that work in the front desk are extremely rude.(Not all of them, but the majority) It feels like they hate doing their job. I leave 2 stars due the extremely rude attitude of the people in the front desk. The audiologist was amazing Megan

2020-08-02My doctor is wonderful but I have left messages at the front desk and “refill line”. My pharmacy has faxed several times. I have yet to Hager any response about my request for a refill. It has been a week.
