Visited the Commack Office for my appointment after receiving a free evaluation postcard in the Spring. Was curious about being evaluated, convinced that I had a blockage. I had blamed those pesky masks for the difficulty I was having in hearing some soft-spoken co-workers and am glad I visited and met Nadine for my evaluation. She was so professional, patient with my nervousness and explained the various steps of the evaluation. So glad I took advantage of the offer to visit the Ear Works office.

The staff at Ear Works is pleasant, professional and kind. Very importantly, they wear masks and happen to be vaccinated!! A safe, accommodating place to go!

They tried to quick sell me hearing aids at $2000.00 more than I could purchase them elsewhere. Then they refused to provide me with a prescription unless I bought from them. These price gouging outfits are the reason the FDA is going to allow over the counter hearing aid sales in 2022.

There are many audiologist some very good , however none can compare to the Ear Works team From the reception area to the equipment to the highly trained educated an understanding audiologist . Cost is secondary when it comes to your hearing. Ear Works is as cost conscious as any other audiologist in the field Ear works is by far the best for incredible care and service.

Convenient appointment times, and I was seen right on time. Nadine was my audiologist; she was professional and took the time to answer all my questions. It was a great experience and I learned a lot. Thank you!

Had a GREAT appointment with Dr. Nadine Sanfratello. She took time out of her schedule to help me with some adjustments to my hearing aids and seems to have managed to fix the issue. And Im not even her patient! She was pleasant and professional and seemed to know exactly what to do. Ive had serious hearing issues since I was a kid and have been seeing audiologists for 40 years so I have a lot of experience with them. So, if you are in need of a hearing aid or need audiology tests Ear Works is for you. I went to the location on Jericho - which is hidden in an office in the back of the building, and they dont seem to have a street sign, but dont let that stop you. Friendly, professional staff and a nice clean office - you cant go wrong. Ask for Dr. Sanfratello, shes great!
