This is the most disorganized unscrupulous auction house that Ive dealt with in a long time. Do NOT do business with them if you value communication, honesty or integrity. Never shipped an item that I paid for 2 weeks ago. They do not answer emails or calls. Sooo disrespectful and clearly unprofessional. If I ran my business like they do I would have NO CUSTOMERS.

THIEVES I gave these thieves almost $700 worth of merchandise. They mislead me on what they would accept giving me estimates that they never reached. They sold my belongings for $25 each, took $5 expenses for each item and then took 50% of the $25. They sold an oil painting, a rocking chair, expensive bovano enamel art, several Bosons and hand signed art glass. Thank g-d They didnt give away an expensive pair of antique sconces. After everything, they gave me a whopping check of $57 and change.STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUCTION PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR TREASURED ITEM AWAY.
I arranged for a phone bid and never got called. I would have paid far more than the winning bidder paid. When I called them, they didnt even bother to apologize. Terrible business, awful first impression. First and last time as a customer.
Purchased item on Jun 23rd received item on July 20th. Note to self - participating in an online East Coast Auctions, LLC auction have patience and use PayPal.
Hopeless.Won an Item at Auction. Paid straight away.Drove across two state lines to collect item and told we handed that to someone else on the weekend...They then said id have to wait till the next day for a refund.Over a month later still not a penny back.Avoid these guys like the plague.

2020-10-16I went to east coast auctions and they were very professional, helpful, really very nice. They make u feel comfortable. There NOT LIKE your regular auction places where there very pushy. There customer service is great. I left message they got right back to me. I bought something and I couldn’t be happier. East coast auctions is great I highly recommend East Coast Auctions

2020-10-15I purchased several lots from East Coast Auctions earlier this year. For a while I did not receive my merchandise. I just figured that covid was to blame and I may not recive my items. I opened a dispute with live auctioneers. And my items came in May. However I never went back to close out my dispute. I received a email from Mackenzie that East Coast Auctions was trying to get back on their feet and that there was a dispute still opened with Live Auctioneers. This was my fault as I did not close out the dispute after receiving my items. This was because I simply didnt think about it after I received my items. Mackenzie explained that he needed to clear up these disputes in order to list Auctions again. Dispite me not closing out the dispute and creating a problem for East Coast Auctions Mackenzie maintained an extremely professional demeanor. I see bad reviews online. Most sounded the way I felt back in March. I bet that most of these disputes have been resolved and just like mine the the person that created the dispute never went back to say that East Coast Auctions made good on their responsibilities. I am writing this review because I want people to know that East Coast Auctions never abandoned me. Plus many months later reached out to me in a very professional manner to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I cant wait to see what they will be auctioning off next and hope its something I will bid on. Thank you Mackenzie for being so nice and understanding.

2020-10-16I do a lot of business with East Coast Auctions, likely more than most people. I see folks here complaining about $15 or $25 disputes. I have sold well over $20,000 worth of goods through their auction house. Have there been hiccups? Of course. Guess what, we are in a pandemic. Honestly, though, either Jeremy or Mackenzie would give you the shirt off of their backs if they thought it would help the situation.As with most things in life, a little patience and a little understanding go a long way. Does every email get answered in 20 minutes? No. Do Mack and Jeremy care about their customers? Absolutely.There is an extensive retail section at the gallery with all sorts of interesting items for sale, and their monthly auctions always hold a surprise or 3. Well worth checking out. Ive also seen the cleanout services they offer, and they leave the homes in broom clean, ready to sell condition.Give the guys a chance, they will do the job right, at the right price.

2016-10-14Thank you East Coast Auctions for bringing back a piece of my childhood to me!:) when I saw the David Wells PERFECT GAME signed baseball up for auction, I simply just needed to own it. Bidding was easy through their online option and the item was everything as they described. It looks absolutely perfect on my office shelf. My experience with East Coast Auctions was comparable to the game that that baseball symbolizes... PERFECT!Im looking forward to future auctions!!!!

2015-08-04This company degrades you in emails after you purchase their items!! 3 months I tried to get my items. They will not be there when you go to pick your items up! They say they are open until 2pm but no one is there at 1:45 pm !! They let their sellers leave with items their clients pay for and then do nothing. They try and keep your money, call you a liar and only after complaining to Paypal and LiveAuctioneer will you receive a refund ! While waiting for an answer or refund they sold my other items and state again I did not pay. I buy over $2,000 dollars worth of items a year at auctions this company is horrible. I have never had a problem with any other Auction house in the US!! The response they give you are lies ! It takes them 3-5 days to answer a email and then they state you dont respond to them ?? I have and can prove everything stated in this review. Anyone can contact me and I will send you a copy of the emails & replies sent to me. BEWARE !!

2019-02-27Purchased a baseball at auction. I expected the buyers premium and reasonable amount for shipping and insurance (their charge was a little high). Did not expect a $15 additional charge for other fees that was not described in my invoice or anywhere else on the auction information. Never again.

2016-10-13Hats off to these gents! Came into my cousins house after he passed. Gave us a reasonable quote that day. Made us feel so relieved to have Jeremy & Mackenzie come over that day. They arrived on time for clean out. Everything done in one day!!!! 5 weeks later we received a check OVER the amount it cost to clean out the house!!!!! Young entrepreneurs doing great great work. I Highly recommend East Coast Auctions to handle any Estate affairs you may have.

2019-07-27Terrible communication. Took nearly a month just to ship. Did not answer phone calls or emails. Communication was only made when I had to get a 3rd party involved. Even then I was lied to why my package was late. Stated they forgot to put in the mail for 2 weeks. Yet the shipping label was only created after they sent that email. Zero chance of getting my business again.
