2021-05-01Mary and Kenny are awesome! Ive gotten a state inspection ($37) and oil change ($80 synthetic for CRV) here now. They are very straight to the point and honest which I appreciate. I included extra in the total for a tip for the oil change and she told me and tried to give it back until I told her it was a tip.I asked them to take a look at the tire pressure light since its been on. They checked the tire pressure (think its just a manual button for my slightly older CRV compared to the newer ones), and it hasnt shown up anymore now. Thank you!Fairly busy on the weekends so call beforehand to see if they can take you!

2021-01-02Recently took care of a faulty knock sensor/wire harness chewed up due to mice in the engine compartment. Staff was friendly and made sure I was taken care of and even installed an electronic mice deterrent for me without even asking! Great service/fair prices! Will definitely be back for routine maintenance!

2019-08-11Had them do the alignment and balance new tires. Because I had steering shake at high speed, thought it would fix the issue. First time there, didn’t know that they didn’t do alignments, the guy drove somewhere to get it done. The work didn’t fix my issue. I finally replace new tie rod and new rotor and brake pad. That didn’t fix it. Now it turns out that the wheels were not correctly balanced. I gave two star for them working hard. I would not stop here in the future.

2019-01-10I love coming here to get my car fixed. If I lived closer I would come for general maintenance. The dealer told me a repair would cost me $1400 to pass inspection. I said screw that and brought my car to Mary. They didn’t try to rip me off like the dealer and now my car is fine(and it didn’t cost anywhere near $1400). Hizzah!

2018-02-06This is the best auto repair shop ever. It is a real gem in Elmhurst. I went there to get my rear bumper fixed with a very decent price (they even sold me some valve caps almost for free!!!). Also, theres a tire pressure warning light issue. Mary told me to bring the car back and I just got the light fixed without paying ANYTHING. Kenny is very knowledgeable, patient, professional and really care for his customers. Ill definitely introduce this to my friends and my students to this place.

2017-06-03I was traveling from boston to new york and went to this auto repair to check why my engine light keeps lighting. The worker there used a machine to check for no more than FIVE minutes and told me a sensor in my car sometimes not work.This MAY be reason，and they wanted to replace it for me. I told them I wanted to go home and do maintenance and checking in a delaler. They were unhappy and wanted to charge me $30 for the FIVE MINUTES check without a formal receipt. They didnt tell me this check is $30 before doing it. When I didnt want to pay for this ridiculous high charge，they drove another car to block the drive way and I can never drive out of their yard！！！Finally，I had to pay $20 to leave. NEVER go there，OR you may have to pay whatever they charge you to leave.

2017-07-25Had a problem with my AC and they were able to diagnose and repair it all within reasonable time! Service was excellent! I highly recommend this place. Look no further, come here and you will not be disappointed.
