Not happy at all with the service. Price is way higher than other travel agency and the girl on the phone was very rude believe her name was Marjorie Sanchez. I will never call them again.

Every time I’ve made my travel arrangements with Sandra and Easy Escapes it has been a phenomenal experience. Truly the best all inclusive experiences. From the beauty of the resort and rooms, to the delicious foods and customer service care. Sandra, thank you for your mindfulness in seeking out the perfect getaway for me and the ladies. 2022-04-28Margie was great help in assisting on the planning of a trip for my parents to Spain. From airline tickets, hotel accommodations, train tickets, and local recommendations, the entire process was seamless. Even though my parents are both older, Margie put my mind at ease. Every part of the trip was taken care of, ensuring that they would have a good time without having to worry about things like how to get from the airport to the hotel. Margie was patient, kind, and professional. She made herself available for any questions or concerns they may have both before and during the trip.I have used Easy Escapes Travel for several of my own trips as well, and the company has always done a great job of pairing me with someone familiar and knowledgable with the area.

2022-06-09My wife and I recently planned a trip which would have multiple locations and legs of travel. As many of us would understand, not having been anywhere in years due to covid we realized that planning a trip like this would be very challenging. We needed help from an expert.Fast-forward, we had fortuitously made contact with Melanie at Easy Escapes Travel. Once we explained what we were looking for, Melanie clearly understood our needs and she was able to give us information that was both detailed and much of it from Melanies first-hand experiences. She guided us through the complicated covid travel rules and kept us updated as some rules changed leading up to our trip. Even when we had questions during our trip, she was available to us.We would like to thank her again and we look forward to planning our next experience with her expertise.
