This is where old-school customer service meets modern technological skill. The folks here are great to work with and helped me out TREMENDOUSLY with a cell phone issue. Prices are more than fair. Highly recommended!
This store is located in Brockport. Its a great place for a local college or high school student to shop for computers, accessories and even some other electronics like TVs and stereos at a very decent price. They can also diagnose and repair computer issues. I have shopped here several times over the past 3 years and am satisfied with my purchases. Those purchases included a laptop, a computer tablet and small items like headphones. The computers usually come with a 90 day warranty though I have not had to use one yet. I will continue to shop here and I suggest you check it out as well.

Stanley was my hero. I attempted to put together a new gaming PC by myself and after 6 hours of blood, sweat and tears (legitimately), plugged it in at 4am and it wouldnt even turn on. I brought it into the shop the next day, he worked on it and had it all ready for me the following day. The prices were extremely fair, and it was done quicker than I could have hoped! Stanley didnt judge me and my poor computer skills/lack of knowledge and was super nice about explaining everything and telling me how to do it differently next time! 10/10
Bought a laptop and tablet here about a year ago now. Both were at an incredible price and both are still in great working order. Staff is always friendly and will answer any questions you have. Such a wonderful local shop!

They don’t know how to properly fix a gaming computer other than one guy there named Stanley who is great! And had to go through I 2 month process fixing my gaming computer and I ended up paying $750 and got $400 worth of parts back. Straight up stupid.....
I want to say right off the bat that I did not use their services!! I did however call to ask about getting my phone fixed and they looked up the problem and cost right on the phone for me!! It ended up being more than I wanted to spend and they completely understood. I am just super impressed and happy with how nice and understanding they really were!!!
Great. The unit I purchase was defective, which is part of the adventure with refurb. The guys were great helping me exchange the unit and test it out before I left.

Brought my laptop in and it was fixed, on the spot. Brought another laptop with a cracked screen, took less than a week for the part and repair and it came out beautifully. Reasonably priced too. I will definitely return here.
What at first seemed like it would be a $1000 forensic data recovery only cost the initial diagnosis fee plus thumb drive for all the recovered data. My daughters photos and complex digital art was SAVED! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My laptop was running extremely slow and doing some very strange things so I took it to eCaboose to get their opinion/pricing on fixing it up. Adam showed me how outdated my laptop was and because it would have cost more to fix it (if it could have been) and recommended I select a more up-to-date one. I selected one and they set to work transferring important data from my old hard drive onto the new one. I worked with Adam, Michelle, and Mike during the transition process and several issues presented themselves and we agreed that I needed to select another model. I couldnt be happier with the one Mike recommended and would highly recommend them to anyone searching for an electronic device. They followed thru with everything they said they would do and worked with me until I was completely satisfied.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Worst experience ever. I needed a new power jack for my laptop so they ordered the part, and ordered the wrong part, ordered another part and installed it. I have now made 5 trips to the store to get the jack replaced and my laptop starts smoking. I pulled the laptop apart and found the jack right above the power supply that goes to the camera is cocked and arching. Another trip to the store and they said they will have to order a new mother board. Called them about a month later and the now claim they never said that and that it is my fault and will not cover the part. Now made 7 trips to the store and my computer is in worse shape than when I took it the first time. I will NEVER use this business again, NEVER, NEVER NEVER again, I have learned my lesson. I should have known after they could not get the part right on the first trip.

Let me first to start off my saying, I have been repairing computers myself for the last 20 years and programming them for the last 30 years.Im new to the Brockport area. Im always on the lookout for a good deal, when trying to help my friends and family replace their laptops and desktops. I generally buy a good base unit... upgrade the RAM, HDD -> SSD, if a desktop I buy a decent enough graphics card like a AMD RX560, install Linux and Im done. And have very happy family members for the next 2-3 (maybe 5) years.PROS:+ The manager, Adam, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I do not see him on Saturdays.+ Their computers have Windows installed.CONS:- Some computers are a bit overpriced, but if you look them over carefully you can get good deals.--Updated: I got some older used DDR3 and it worked flawlessly and comes with a warranty. Thank you!

If you need or are looking for a new TV definatley check them out I got a 40 Samsung 4k uhd for 80 bucks after tax. Nothing wrong with it. They also have desktop and laptops well priced in there

I had my laptop screen replaced at Sunnking and it was returned to me with multiple new problems. pieces were broken or missing, the backing behind the screen looked like it had been pried open, etc. I filed a complaint and they were very courteous- asking me to bring it in again to have it repaired. On the second visit, they returned my laptop to me in working condition, but the supposedly new keyboard that they installed as a sorry, was dirty on and underneath the keys. Now, about 8 months later, the laptop screen malfunctioned. I will not take my business here again, and others should be weary as well.

Above and Beyond!We’re on a boat transversing the Erie Canal bound for Florida, using a combination of an iPad and an aged Windows computer for navigation as well as email, internet searches and the like. I walked into their Brockport retail outlet shortly after they opened at 11:00am with a “white screened” iPad and a computer that would not connect to the internet. Despite personally taking the iPad to their tech center to try (unsuccessfully) to reboot the iPad, by 5:00pm Michelle had diagnosed and solved the computer’s internet connection issue and replaced and personally delivered a fairly-priced identical refurbished iPad to us at the boat, with all of our Apps reinstalled and running perfectly. “I loved the challenge!” Michelle said, quite matter-of-factly.
Adam and Stanley always help and really know their stuff!

2022-02-13I had brought in my New 3DS XL last year because its top screen had dead pixels. And all seemed well at first, and when I got my console back it turned out that they had replaced it instead of repairing it. So I lost my digital games and the progress made on said games, as well as the Nintendo Network ID. And I was very disappointed because I then had to call Nintendo to get my Nintendo Network ID sent to the new console so I could get my games back. And now the 3DS they sent back to me is now broken, and Im very skeptical about going back there.Edit: This review has been somewhat negative so far I will say that customer service was great and the guys there were really nice.

2021-07-10Cant believe I used to get my TVs at Bestbuy. This place is way better. Plus they fixed my 1 year old 55 TV for $100.If youre in the market for a computer or TV and you dont mind refurbished gear - check them out. I feel silly paying $450 for a TV when I could have got it there for half that.

2021-09-14We recently just bought AirPods from this store and the two men in there were very nice and helpful, along with welcoming! Unfortunately after we got home we realized that the one side of the AirPods (bud) wasn’t fully working properly so we called and the owner was very nice and said come right in so we can get that straightened out and we received another pair! I would highly recommend going here for any type of electronics stuff! Thank you again!

2020-06-10My computer crashed,so I brought it to eCaboose. These guys are awesome, they told me to repair my computer, it would cost more than one they had and what it was worth. So they gave me a refurbished computer, that can do everything I want it to, for an unbelievable price. I have gone to them in the past as well, and was very pleased with their service. I have no problem referring them to anyone.
