BEWARE! We are an auto transporter that ECar brokered a load to transport for them. We had a very poor experience not getting paid on time for a load in the past and ECar only sending half the payment, but we put that aside.After a terrible experience booking the load, being put on hold while a lady yells at a dispatcher telling him he’s incorrect, we finally get the load and one of the cars is not even available, we were promised full payment by one of their employees Joel. “Don’t worry, you will get full payment this is my load we will take care of you.”Fast forward a few weeks, ECar is late on paying the load. We get paid for the half, and received an email from Amanda saying they will not pay us for the load that Joel promised. So we waste a trip, promised up and down everything will be ok just to get lied to.To other transporters - make sure you read their fine print on their agreements. They don’t allow you to haul any other car other than their cars on your trailer or you are subject to a $500 fine or non-payment. Even when you do get the load and one gets cancelled, you’re stuck hauling with only their cars. This is a manipulative trap, shouldn’t stand in this industry. Now even when you do get the load, you are forced to use their broken and inefficient BOL app (or else you again get a fine or nonpayment), then even when you deliver it on time you have to chase them for proper payment which in our case we never even received.This company is disorganized, full of false promises and overall terrible to deal with. We will never work with them again and neither should you. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!
