I opened my insurance policy with Benny Ledesma at this local State farm office. Benny was able to help me understand my insurance policy and provide excellent rates. Highly recommend if you are looking to save money and have great coverage!!!

She is very affected and does not mind to go out of her way to help any one. Today I had a bad experience with Joanna corolen. I walked in the office and asked her for help in finding my car. I recently been a bad accident. The passion for the job was not there. As a customer experiencing something tragic you would think the person helping you will help you out and make your feel comfortable about the process that will happen. I first met Edgars office when I moved to the area four years ago, and Ive had nothing but positive experiences with them since (two years living in White Plains & two years in Harlem).Were moving to an apartment in Brooklyn this weekend and I needed to update my renters insurance on short notice to meet our new landlords requirements.Even over the phone, Diana and Richard were super helpful in sending me copies of the declarations page and updating the address on the policy. Richard even reached out directly afterwards and was able to increase my coverage limits while keeping the same price.I havent had to file a claim yet (knock on wood!) so I cant comment on that part of the process, but everything else has been wonderful.

To simply phrase it, this brokerage is crooks. They will double stack a policy such as auto and renters and tell you you’re saving money but in actuality you end up paying more. I would not recommend doing business with them in any form and would consider calling State Farm’s national hotline to get a quote. He is a shady insurance broker.

2022-04-18I just wanted to come here and share my experience with everyone. Today I walked in to my insurance very stress and worry after what had happen with the car accident I had yesterday. I was helped by Johanna and she helped me out with all the paper work I needed. She made everything easy as there was so much information to be filled. I was helped with the report and thankfully everything got done and I got all my questions answer. I left the insurance calm and very satisfied as I felt very well represented. I would definitely recommend Edgar Almanzar State Farm insurance agent. I’ve been with them for almost 5 years and they have provided me with the best customer service. I needed them today and they deliver. I would like to give a shout out to Johanna Hernandez for helping me out and it is thanks to her that I feel much better after I left. I would definitely recommend her as she’s very helpful person.
