Recieved it for my birthday and it reeked of cigarettes. :( Called to let this location know and they didnt seem to care.----I had to come back to edit my comment. I just opened it after receiving my arrangement less then 15 minutes ago and the bananas are brown and the other fruit is not that fresh. I was so excited, but now I have to say Im quite disappointed!Ive receive edible arrangements for years on my birthday so I know how great they have the potential to be. Again if you dont want your arrangement to smell of smoke or if you want fresh fruit go somewhere else! :)
Great customer service and the order of chocolate covered strawberries were perfectly decorated and delicious! My order was also ready on time.
They are always willing to help, the service is warm and friendly and my orders have always arrived on time and exactly the way I requested.
Did not get what I paid for!!!! When I called the female hung up and would not pick up. Do not order from this location!!!

2022-06-16I don’t usually write reviews but I I felt that I had such outstanding service from Anthony at store #1187 -Edible Arrangements on the Upper West Side that I wanted to post something.Instead of flower arrangements which are usually a waste, I ordered large Peace and Dove arrangements. They were gorgeous with the chocolate covered pineapple and strawberries. The guests raved.We are so appreciative. Many thanks.

2021-05-08Ordered an arrangement for my wife to be delivered on Mothers Day.These geniuses delivered it a day early and told her they were too backed up to deliver it on Mothers Day.They did not consult me and made this decision alone. Had they told me this I would have canceled the order and handled it with another company that can handle standard holiday volume.Their initial solution before I basically forced them to refund me was to go back and retrieve the arrangement from my wife and then deliver her a new one on the correct day.Real classy.

2021-08-01DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I REPEAT- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!Heres the long and short of it...Ordered Bouquet and Balloon Bundle for Mothers Day for my mother. She received the order without the balloon. Wouldnt have known it had she not sent a picture with her holding just the bouquet of flowers ( which looked old and already wilted, might I add). Called to inquire about missing balloons and I was told that they had ran out of balloons!!!! No one EVER reached out to me to inform me that there was no bundle . They had plenty of time to contact me. Edible Arrangements was just going to take my money and RUN!!! They would rather intentionally deliver the wrong order than risk a cancellation. They engaged in deceptive, unethical practices by delivering the order despite it being the WRONG order and NOT what I ordered!! I requested a refund for balloons and called corporate to make a formal complaint about this business poor and unethical practices. They stated that there was nothing they could do. This is not the response I was looking for from corporate. There is ALWAYS something you can do to make things right when a customer is reaching out to make a formal complaint about one of your franchises. Nevertheless, I will NO LONGER PATRONIZE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AND WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

2017-04-21Parked @ the bus stop, in & out in under a minute. Purchased this bowl of pre cut fruits for $3.00 flat. fresh fruit great taste and in Manhattan for the price you cant go wrong.

2021-03-28Worst delivery experience. Delivery man decided to scream at me and tell me that he’s been waiting outside for a long time and that I don’t answer my phone. I never received a single call. He buzzed the apartment and I let him into the building immediately. Yelled that he came from downtown but I didn’t place the order? Not to mention I could understand about 4 words that he was saying. Extremely rude and unprofessional and don’t understand what kind of people this place is hiring. Learn from the other reviews.

2021-02-15One of the worse experiences I had with at this location. Placed a order one day before valentines 💝 day. Place never delivered. Also receive a email stating that it was delivered. Try to call numerous times and no answer. So you know how my day turn out. All i.can say.is.good luck.

2020-05-07Ebony customer service was wonderful, extremely professional. Ebony took my order and helped assist with a even better idea to add to my arrangement, lets just say my wife was very happy. I would only place my orders through her.

2020-06-04Very disappointed.I placed my order via online with the delivery option. That process was quick and easy.However, I had to call the 96 street and 3rd avenue location several times for the status or estimated time of arrival. I was originally told the arrangement will arrive between 2:00 and 3:00 PM but it arrived after.Unless you are picking your order up, I would not recommend this location.

2019-07-12I am in Canada and select this particular store after much research. I sent an arrangement to my best friend in New York. I received two calls regarding the delivery. Edible Arrangements (this specific location) got everything correct (the company to accept the package were incompetent). The two calls involved alerting me to the situation and updates. I was able to get onto my best friend to receive her surprise. I am happy I selected your store. I didnt catch the name of the young lady this morning, but special thanks to you and the driver for your patience. You made her week and I felt taken care of.
