This location is awful. I placed my order at 7 in the morning before the store opened at 12 in the afternoon I was told by the manager Judith (who was very rude and quite condescending) that the driver wouldnt be back until about 3 and that my package would get there when it gets there. The store has closed and I have not been informed as to whether the delivery has been made either way the delivery is late late or theyre not going to deliver it until tomorrow completely unacceptable and disgusting never do business here!
Ordered two weeks in advance. The order was not ready on time, which being Valentine’s Day I did expect. But then the order was an hour late and wrong. I had to go back to get it corrected. The girl dident write down the corrections for what I wanted and messed up the order again.Just a hassle really
Placed a Father’s Day order more than 24hrs in advance. According to website, on “busy holidays” order may not come before 5pm which is understandable. I called at 445pm to inquire about my order since the status was never updated. The rep was very polite and told me I should receive it within an hour. Fist forward to 830pm and it still has no arrived. The store is now closed and Father’s Day is about over. My status has never been changed to shipped or delivered. It still says “our store received your order”. Needless to say I am highly disappointed. This arrangement cost me over $75 and I was not even able to gift it as we intended. Poor customer handling. Will never use this location again.
Employees should be better trained in customer service showed up to have an arrangement made for my daughters birthday and the women that was working on aug 28 Tuesday was no help at all. Seemed as if my husband and I were nothing not even a fly on the wall asked questions and she simply shoved a catalogue in our face no words at all. Decided to drive to the grand ave edible arrangements were I was treated excellent and made my purchase there. Never recommended Astoria edible arrangements!
I purchased a LivingSocial deal late last night as a gift for my mothers birthday. I was very impressed with the great customer service and the fast turnaround. By this morning my voucher was ready, I was able to give them a call, make my order and have it sent same day to my parents. I wish I could remember the nice young ladys name who helped me, not once, but twice because she was very helpful and knowledgeable. My mother got her arrangement only a few hours after I made my order and she immediately called to tell me how beautiful and delicious it was. This was my first time ordering from Edible Arrangements, but it is certainly not my last.
It’s Mother’s Day. My whole order was wrong I got the show mom your love bundle it look nothing like the photo. Didn’t receive the geometric thing and the lady told me they ran out of the Rocky Mountain mind you I was there at 10am for my pick up. How you gonna run out when I placed my order in advance then try to replace it with something like a balloon? Lol... these orders are suppose to be ready and everyone should know exactly what goes with what. People who were there at 9 and 10 where getting orders last when others who are suppose to get it later were getting there’s first. As well how come I saw some other later get her chocolate when her order was at 12noon. This is ridiculous. Learn to be more organize for special occasions.
I received an arrangement from my boyfriend, and was surprised to see two regular balloons when he had told me he ordered a balloon that sings. I understand that they replaced the balloon with other balloons because they didn’t have any left, however, people need to be notified before they do a replacement! You cannot just switch the balloons and think that it’s okay without a confirmation. We called to ask for a refund, even if I had to bring the balloons back and the lady who spoke on the phone was extremely rude to the both of us. Not sure if we will ever place orders here again. Utterly unhappy.
Unless you enjoy moldy, rotten fruit, dont order from this location. Ordered a large assortment, well over $100, and it arrived with moldy berries and rotten grapes. After playing phone tag with a very nice store associate, (because the manager is NEVER available), I finally received a call back 5 days after my complaint. Their way of resolving my receipt of a rotten arrangement: a store credit for 12 strawberries. When I explained that I wanted a refund, I was told We dont send out moldy strawberries, so were not going to give you a refund. I had to contact the corporate office to get my issue resolved. The corporate reps have been fantastic, but this location needs a new manager.
Wow! Jerika (sp.) was especially helpful over the phone. She took my order down and went through every single detail with me at least 3x. She even called the driver and confirmed the delivery time for my edible arrangement. Exceptional customer service and care when it comes to taking the order. Thank you and we will definitely be ordering from this location again.
Very bad the service paid for a large bouquet and I went to pick it up and it was not ready that mine had sold it to someone else who had to wait 30 minutes and after waiting they gave me a bouquet with a different base. wing of the photo that I bought and they told me it was that they had finished those bases that they have to say when they pick up the order by phone and the lady who treated me super grosers with a sad attitude as oh wait or return the money and their gestures were very uncomfortable other than I do not speak English very well and I sbeti discriminated for that truth the very worst service to the client they gave me a bouquet that was not false advertising
The Dear mom bundle cost me $170 with the bouquet and box and shipping. It seems like they don’t have a proper way of doing deliveries because I called to ask for a specific time for delivery and they just told me between 12 and 5 which isn’t helpful if you want to go out. When I receive the order I only got the bouquet and balloon and the $50 box with chocolate strawberries wasn’t there.We called and they told us they would deliver it before 5 and it never arrived. When we called back we were on hold for 12 minutes and we never got a response back. Also the picture of the bouquet looked so much bigger on the websites than what we actually received. Not worth it, look elsewhere!!! I felt robbed and ripped off!!! You can do this at home for a cheaper price!!

2022-06-29I called this location to get an ETA for delivery because this was my first time ordering Edible Arrangements, the person working at this location was very rude and had an attitude. Also did not want to give me any information about my order. I went to pick up my order instead of getting it delivered like I wanted to. I must admit going inside of the store was a decent experience, my order was delicious and fresh.

A Latino girl with the worst attitude ever, she was puffing in my face and rolling her eyes only because I asked her to show me an actual box.Please if you dont want to do your job dont take the opportunity from someone who needs it and willing to do an excellent job at it.

2022-02-15Placed an order for my wife for Valentine’s Day aka today 02/14/2022 and they said the order was out at 10am it is now 7:56pm and we still haven’t received the order, checked the reviews on here just now to see if there was a 1-800 number I could call and I called all the numbers under the reviews left under the negative comments and still haven’t spoken to anyone. I called about this order atleast 20 times today was told by 2 different people they would get in contact with the driver who’s route my delivery was on and they both left me on hold for 25 minutes a piece and never clicked back over to let me know what was going on. This is a horrible place to Order an arrangement from, I could have literally driven from New Jersey picked up an order at the store and took it to my wife’s job in NY and driven back to our home in Jersey. Waste of time, waste of money, complete waste of business & I will be contacting your corporate office about this. FOUR THUMBS DOWN! WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I WOULD HAVE RATHER ORDERED MY WIFE SOMETHING ON UBER EATS OR GRUB HUB AND SHE WOULDVE GOTTEN IT. YOU GUYS COMPLETELY RUINED MY VALENTINES DAY SURPRISE. Oh and my email still says “out for delivery” and the time is now 8:03pm as if people don’t need to get sleep for work in the morning.

2022-02-16My boyfriend bought a Valentines Day package and never received it, they are unfulfilled and irresponsible, they make those who hire them look bad, zero recommendations, we went and they returned the money but they did not offer an apology, after they were unfulfilled.

2021-08-01Called the store all day to no avail. Order was supposed to be delivered today and I received no feedback. Called the main customer service number and they told me if the order wasnt delivered by 7pm eastern time then to call back. Well customer service closes at 7pm. If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. You cant even get anyone on the phone. It was extremely important that this order was delivered today and the fact that I couldnt even get an update all day or an answer on the phone is completely unacceptable and terrible customer service skills. Will never order from this location or the company again!!!

2020-11-23I was looking for an affordable gift that would surprise my favorite cousin.The search was complicated by the fact that he is hard to please and his income dwarfs mine. I ordered from Edible Arrangements which delivery the very next day, and my cousin was surprised and thrilled. Like I said, hes not easy to please. Thanks so much Edible Arrangements. I will order from you again.
