Worst service by far ! I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. The employees are very rude, I tried placing an order for my colleague’s birthday, not only did they give us an incredibly hard time but the employee that assisted me told us THE ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST, yet I’ve visited her house plenty of times! The entire experience was not only frustrating but exhausting.Their behavior is not very kosher; in the end my colleague was devastated since she never received her special gift! Edible Arrangements seriously needs to look into this location because they’re are just bad business overall!!
I received something at my job that I did not approve of and did not sign for! Called store multiple times in a desperate attempt to get the item either canceled or held for pick up but driver refused to respond. Inappropriate delivery service because I (the alleged recipient) was not required to sign off on the delivery and therefore I had no way to refuse. Companies like this should not have the right to send personal items to somebodys workplace without...1) acknowledgement/consent of the recipient2) option for the recipient (the actual recipient and not some random person) to refuse the item being deliveredThe store even refused to have the decency to refund the money for the item that needed to be thrown away over this. Im very upset over this and as a result of this company and will be reporting this matter to Edible Arrangements Main Office and/or National Headquarters.
Welp, I lost $15 in delivery fees because someone “didn’t answer the door”. How is that possible that edible arrangements - a large company, delivers something in the middle of the day while ppl are at work then I lose $15 that I paid for delivery and the person who was receiving the delivery now has to drive and pick it up. This is ridiculous. When I called in to see if there would be maybe extra fruit or something added to the order because they didn’t deliver it- the rep at this store said “ well no because someone didn’t answer the door you lost the fee you paid for delivery”. Smh. Unprofessional. Never again ordering edible arrangements I’ll stick with Sharri’s Berry’s.
Very disappointing! I came in to get a box of chocolate covered strawberries. The man that was working there at the time did not seem to care that I had walked in. He just walked out and was standing by the window with a drink. The place smelled like so much chemicals. I immediately walked out. I couldn’t stand the strong disgusting smell from this store.
This location is the worst by far. I called into the corporate office to report them. I purchased an arrangement that cost 60 dollars. I made a phone order and used my credit card to pay for the fruit arrangement. There was a hair in my arrangement. I purchased this particular item for a cancer patient. After driving 3 hours to the hospital with the arrangement upon arrival we opened the arrangement and after only eating 2 sticks that contained fruit there was a hair wrapped into the fruit. I called the store the very next day just to inform them of my situation I was not looking for compensation. The associate that picked up connected me to a manager. The manager was rude and very disrespectful. He basically called me a liar. He wanted me to have brought the fruit back to him. Are you serious. After fibdibg the hair we dumped the basket in the garbage with the vase and all. Than I got a call from the corporate office stating that I will get a replacement arrangement. This was after the first complaint. I thought my problems were solved . I got to the store to pick up my arrangement and the and me a box of chocolate covered strawberries. Which is valued at 20 dollars. I demanded to see the manager in person. When he came out from the back he said he can not refund me nor replace my ediable arrangement. This manager is an almost bald guy who is giant. He looks Iike he needs to eat some if not all of the fruits that are in the store. A new years resolution for him should be to loose wait.He wanted the arrangement that I threw out in the hospital which is 3 hours away. Than he had the nerve to tell me he reviewed the cameras and the girl who made my arrangement had a hair net on. That girl that was there the day of pick up did nor have a hair net on. I called corporate again I want my mind back at this point. I will be reporting this to the better business Bureau. Do not go to this store.
A parent had an arrangement delivered for teacher appreciation which was SO nice. Unfortunately, we started eating the fruit and found a few pieces with MOLD. So, of course were not going to eat it! I called the store (because I didnt want the parent to feel bad) and they essentially said I was lying and probably didnt store it in the refrigerator. As if we dont know that fruit has to be refrigerated! They are disgusting! OLD FRUIT. Call EASTCHESTER!!!

WELL, LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, I MAKE THESE ARRANGEMENTS ALL OF THE TIME. YOUR PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BUSINESS. YOU ARE ROBBING PEOPLE. I SAW AN ARRANGEMENT ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR 399.00 DOLLARS. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND. THAT COSTS ABOUT 50 TO BUY AND YOU ARE CHARGING THAT. I COULD SEE CHARGING 100.00 BECAUSE OF YOUR TIME, BUT CMON THAT IS RIDICULOUS. YOU LOST MY BUSINESS, THATS BECAUSE I MAKE THEM FOR MY FAMILY HOLIDAYS, AND I KNOW HOW MUCH THEY COST.

2022-03-10It’s always something with this place. First, there’s never no one to greet you when you walk in. Secondly, I went in there early on a Sunday and was told by a young lady I could not place a order due to them needing what strawberries they had for pre orders. Huh, you’re a company that specializes in fruits how could you not have any for new orders. It made no sense to me, what else that didn’t make sense to me was the fact when I got home I was able to order online, how if they didn’t have any for new orders?That’s not even my issue my issue is as a business I was told NO. Not try back later, tomorrow or “ma’am the next closet one to us is xyz if you want to try them” Just straight up NO.Now here I am trying this place again for my sons birthday March 9th around 1:30pm I ordered a smoothie and what a hassle. I pointed the smoothie out to a woman maybe twice, said the name of it maybe 3 times and she had no idea what I was talking about. “Sweetheart, Im pointing it out to you what are you confused about” Then to top it off when she finally got it together she couldn’t get the smoothie to blend. I asked her if she put liquid in it because I make enough smoothies at home to know. She made some comment then continued to try until she had to call for the manager (Im assuming) it was a big tall guy who seem annoyed because he had to come from the back. All he did was belittle her because she didn’t put this liquid stuff in it I believe to have read called agave. He puts it in to try to prove something to her but couldn’t get it to work himself smh. Moral of the story I spent 20-25mins wanting a smoothie that I didnt get because “the blender” wasn’t working. You mean to tell me you have one blender in this place smh.I understand things happen but be apologetic for wasting my time. I guess I got my apology when I was told “it’s not working, I’ll have to refund you”. As if they were doing me a favor. Be apologetic, maybe offer something different or direct your customers to the nearest edible arrangements when problems like this arise.

2022-02-03Worst customer service ever. Do not order for delivery!! Driver was very rude, he yelled at my mom on the phone the whole entire time and he was extremely impatient. When I called to complain the manager said his driver was very professional and that he has a lot of deliveries. I understand the stress of the job but it’s not ok to be rude to your customers. The manager was just as rude to me as this driver was to my mom. I would NEVER EVER order from here again!!!!!!

2018-11-14I been order 4 times with this place always make me much love to order from them again . I ordered this gift for my stuff at my job they loved the box with dipped cake pumpkin and the strawberry swizzle and also caramel apple box . i will recommend this place again and again

2019-05-15I been many places at edible arrangements .my first time to be at edible arrangements in Yonkers , clean place, fast service and great customer service they welcome you . i ordered strawberry dipped box i asked girl in front desk how long will take , she said 5 to 7 minutes by the time took my info and i paid for it my box was ready . i will recommend to come back after i saw the service from different edibles store

2018-12-01I REPLACE ORDER FOR CONGRATULATION ARRANGEMENT CALLED PRECIOUS ARRIVAL BOUQUET .THEN I JUST RECEIVED CALLED FROM THE MANGER STORE TELL ME THIS ARRANGEMENT NOT AVAILABLE ANY MORE I SAID TO HIM I LIKE THAT ARRANGEMENT HE SAID I WILL MAKE THE ARRANGEMENT WHAT YOU SELECT BUT I DON`T HAVE THE CONTAINER ANY MORE BUT THE FRUIT WILL BE THE SAME WITH DIFFERENT CONTAINER I SAID OK HE SENT ME THE PICTURE TO SEE IF I LIKE , THEN MY DELIVERY WAS ARRIVED EARLY AFTER 40 MINUTES I ORDERED . I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY SISTER SAID ITS SO SWEET AND LOOK NICE . THANK YOU TO EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT IN YONKERS AND ALSO TO THE MANGER WHO HELPED ME TO REPLACE MY ARRANGEMENT WITH NICE LOOK . 2020-06-21I’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements numerous times and have never had problems like I’ve had with this store. The manager is a young man with a accent who is very disrespectful and not helpful. I ordered the 6 personal cheesecakes with chocolate dipped fruit on top for Father’s Day. My father received his order with his cheesecakes torn apart and pushed all to one side in pieces. Almost as if someone dropped the box, picked it back up, and delivered it. When speaking to the manager he advised me that he really could not help me because he has no drivers to pick up my fathers order and replace it and that he is also too busy with his other orders. He even gave me his personal telephone number and I sent him pictures of the box and the presentation and he told me, ‘give me my items back, then I’ll refund you.’ He also tried to explain to me that he wouldn’t be able to get the ‘refunded’ items back to me until 6/22/2020, Father’s Day is only one day and it is on 6/21/2020. He has not apologized and his excuse was that New York roads are bumpy and have potholes, therefore it’s only right that my items come out of the slots and basically a mess.I understand business get busy on holidays as such but this is the business industry. People pay for these treats and it’s very upsetting to receive them in a disgruntled manner and have no one be able to help them because they are too busy to care about your experience. This is NOT a good location to order from. Save your money and choose another location in the Yonkers area.

2020-05-08The service was fantastic. Not only were the strawberries very fresh, but the presentation was beautiful. Also, my Mom was called in advance to see if she would be there for delivery, and the individual who delivered them was courteous and polite.Will definitely use them again!! Thank you.

2021-01-19Place an order this morning over the phone person I spoke to was very pleasant and professional. My Delicious Daisy Dipped Strawberry arrangement was very fresh and a huge hit. I will be ordering again from this store. Thank you,
