2022-04-23On 4-22-22 I walked in at 4:50PM need an immediate help for my computer to do a online proctored exam. What I thought would’ve been a quick 15 minute fix with my camera issue turned out to be two hours. The technician was the most patient accommodating and understanding customer service rep. My computer just wouldn’t work I couldn’t get to my passwords and everything was just falling apart. He wanted to leave at 6:30 because it’s Ramadan , didn’t leave until after 7PM because he was so invested in helping me to get my computer repaired to get my exam done. To make matters worse my daughter was stuck at the L I RR station waiting for me and was so upset. He felt so bad for me And responsible for the undue delay he didn’t charge me. I did however insist he takes something from me and he insisted that he wouldn’t. I then decide on a price and gave it to him to the side as he said to me just give me something. Thank you for your above and beyond Customer .service
