The cold and uninviting atmosphere was matched by the cold food and uninviting attitude of our waitress. If I could give 0 stars, I would.Everyone’s food arrived cold. Rice was clearly left over from a previous day. They tried to get around not having one of the dishes we ordered by adding some of the ingredients to a very different dish and claiming it was what we ordered.Waitress kept rubbing her nose while taking our order. Disgusting. There were people so drunk they were practically falling off their stools at the bar at 1 in the afternoon but still being served more drinks. Irresponsible.Food is too expensive to be such a low quality experience.
Terrible place! Not family oriented at all! The waitress was rude and careless. She forgot about our order and when we asked for it she disappeared. She spent most of her time flirting with the guys that were drinking than actually serving. The food was terrible as well, the rice was burnt, th ceviche we ordered was all vinegar instead of lime. First time reviewing a restaurant and this place definitely deserves 0 stars. We spent $200 (I would’ve left no tip if I could have) in food that was not even worth $10.
The service was good. But the food...I got a churrasco that was salty AF, mom had in encebollado which had tuna that was clearly from a can, dad had sopa de bolon de verde wasnt really great. Up to you guys. Waited an hour for the food. Wait time was fairly long in my opinion.
Worst new years event of my life.Buffet took an hour to restock for about 200 people and only about 25 people got their food every hour, insane wait time would never wish to comeback for an event ever again and anybody reading this should not come to any event this place offers.
Waitress forgot about us.... and my raspberry juice was 90% water. The event on the second floor was crazy too. Payed $30 for the tickets and then was forced to spend $80 minimum on drinks just to get a table... people where so drunk by the time I left, and it wasnt even over there was two more artist left. Tried to use the bathroom but that was disgusting as well (mad I didnt take a picture).
Been here just one time and was rushed out from eating and drinking because a live band was about to perform and the employees were asking for $20 from each person from my table in order to stay. My tab was already well over $100 but we were told if we didnt pay $20 per person me must leave
I really want to eat ceviche today. So I ordered a ceviche with plantain chips (assuming is homemade) I got a tropical max plantain chips bag instead. After all I enjoyed more the chips than the actual ceviche. The shrimps were over cook and unclean, onions were old. Im sorry but I DO NOT recommended this place to anyone.
This start is about delivery only from their workers I been ordering lunch many times to this place but they don’t come on time Once they took more than 3-1/2 hours to make a delivery for a simple lunchTo get worse the last time I ordered they didn’t even show up and saying by phone they are 5 mins awayThe delivery people from this place start to suck about it
Terrible attention, there is nothing left of the restaurant to go to eat with the family, now it is a canteen, they have preference for the gentlemen who go to watch football matches, where they pass by insulting regardless of whether children are present, they turn up the volume too much and turn off lights. How awkward to eat like this. Too bad the food is very good but the place is not good.
My wife and I wanted to have a nice time and decided to go to this restaurant. The people who attended us were fast but you could tell that they were past drinks. So we decided to order take out. Then they had the nerve to overcharge us and when we got home and sat down to eat. We realized that we didnt get everything we ordered. In short, they charge too much for the lousy service.PS: They made the ceviche with French dressing! Horrible!
Bad food, cold rice, I ordered a mixed ceviche, it was inedible, very strong acid, a lot of lemon, not even putting tomato sauce on it could I eat it. I asked to change it. They changed it after waiting 20 minutes and thinking that someone was going to spit it out for me for complaining, they brought me a fried fish toast, I mean, the fish is like toast, dry and half burned, god that very bad cooks or the owners are the bad guys who follow those recipes? With me they lost, one less client.
Very rich! Very friendly and attentive staff! My husband and I arrived from the United States to try the food of this restaurant and the charm! We hear from him for some friends who are fans and so are we alone now. The dishes are very large, very fair for what you pay per dish! I recommend them 100%
I have always had a good experience eating Ecuadorian food. Today we had breakfast here, I ordered a mini churrasco, which was salty. Medium cold and coffee alike, milk for coffee alike. And to finish the waitress used the accessory mask on her neck. Im sorry I didnt read the reviews before coming to this place.
Terrible service. At first they give you chips that is not Ecuadorian I asked for arroz marinero and I waited 46 minutes for a tasteless rice full of achiote the waitresses think they work in a night bar several years ago I ate in that place and it was very good but after today I didnt I would recommend to anyone
Disappointing, yesterday I ordered a mixed rice and roasted meat to pick up, when I opened it for what they charged $ 18 they served little (that seemed to have ordered a lunch) when it is an à la carte dish. And to culminate my good experience the stew was sour that could not be eaten, it showed that they have kept it, the green was badly made, and lets not talk about the pure lemon sauce without salt. What kind of service do they give? No more for this place really felt bad to have paid to eat rich and go out with these antics.
No star really deserves the food other than that it had no taste it was served cold. The rice that touched us on the plate was not cooked completely and in the smoothies it didnt taste like the fruit it had. A total deception manaba food has a lot of delicious flavor and for a restaurant to represent it so bad abroad it is a shame. The only thing that was good was the juice the special of the day had. Also on the other side of the restaurant they began to give massages and the whole restaurant was full of smell like menthol oh any type of cremate I was using. Who can eat with that olo very bad experience. The only thing that is good is to go with a group of friends to drink a couple of drinks but to eat do not spend your money.
About 2 years ago the food was OK but lately it is fatal, I ordered a delivery came a diluted chicken and guatita ... The chicken aguado was smelly and smelled like sour I bought it to feed my baby sopita and was impossible to give that that neither an adult is recommended to eat. Unfortunately, it is no longer recommended.
It is a place bad attention to part the food saved to part they serve you raw and expensive this place because I asked for it but I did not eat anything everything was ugly the waitresses serve you in dirty dishes what a bad experience I do not recommend the place is not worth that food can hurt you from saving 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤧

2017-12-31Its ok but you can find better. Its decor is not the best. It looks like a run down bar. Its dark and dosen t look clean. Lots of clutter. Many men drinking and ogling at the waitresses. Which all they can do was look pretty and not provide great customer service. The food is good but its not great. I had pork chops and they were a little bland. My husband had the encebollado, he was pleased with it. My sons enjoyed the view more than the food. One had steak and the other chicken cutlet both came with rice and beans. Prices are a little expensive. Its not the first place I would choose.

2019-06-30The food is excellent but the service is absolutely awful. Sat for 10 minutes before a waitress came to our table asking if we had ordered yet and they were standing right in front of us eating. Then she dropped off the food and didnt come back until 5 minutes after I had piled the plates on the end of the table. We asked for the check and apparently one lady told the other and in the end we had to get up to get the check from someone at the bar because no one brought to us. Sad thing is that it hasnt been the only time. If their food wasnt so good I would never ever go back there.

2021-07-15I find it extremely hard to believe that no one in this establishment speaks English. I called twice because somebody there charged my card for 2 transactions of almost $450 each!!! We will see who speaks English when an attorney shows up at your door. Fraud!!! Fraud fraud!! How can I order food at a restaurant that I am 19 hours away from??? And for almost $900??? Fraud!!!!

2021-07-01First & last time coming to this lounge ! It’s connected to other establishments so instead of them giving their exact address, they give the block’s address. I took an Uber here and couldn’t find it. I ended up having to walk a block by myself close to midnight because I was meeting my friend there. The flier did state that ladies free before 11:30 but because of the thunderstorm, I got there a little after. When i got to the door, I was told that the entry fee is $30. This is Queens, not Manhattan & ladies should NEVER have to pay that much! $10 - $20 max! Then when I got there , I was seated and asked if my friend and I wanted hookah. We agreed and then asked for a menu. The waitress pulled out a folded piece of paper that had the drinks written down along with the prices next to them . On the top, it read 5 different bottles and their prices & then on the bottom it read “drinks $15” but didn’t specify what drinks they had. I asked for a frozen drink, they didn’t have . I asked for a fruity drink, they didn’t have . I asked for Casamigos & the waitress said they only sell the bottle . I asked what drinks she didn’t have in a bottle and she told me so I asked for Don Julio & pineapple juice . She said they don’t have pineapple juice only orange juice & cranberry juice. I didn’t want neither but just went with the cranberry. I asked for a food menu & she laughed then said that the kitchen was closed . This is the first lounge I’ve ever been to in my life where the kitchen closed early. I came here on an empty stomach expecting an appetizer . I went to a lounge in Astoria two weeks ago & was told by the waitress that NY has a state law that requires customers to purchase food with their drinks so I’m surprised that this establishment wouldn’t have food. Now to the dj….there were two dj’s. The first dj was okay but the second was bad. He did not let the songs play!! He’d play a song for a min each and would skip to the next song ! I’m not a dj nor do I aspire to be but as a dj you have to let the songs play especially the good songs that make people want to dance . His music was all over the place for. He went from Fantasia to Pop Smoke to Vybz Kartel to Cardi B to Cassidy to Migos and then to old hip hop songs. It was 2am & at that time , he should’ve been playing twerking music or music to get people to get up and dance . 95% of the people were sitting down & the other 5% were dancing by themselves . There were enough men & women there for the spot to be lit but the dj didn’t make that happen.
