If in Saratoga Springs (NY not at Disney World 🤣) El Mexicano Restaurant would be a great place for a quick, reasonable, and great meal. The salsa was very flavorful and had a nice kick. The Combo#4, chicken enchilada and beef chimichanga was the perfect size and very tasty. I’ve never seen a chimi that size before, but it’s really genius to be able to have it on a combo meal. Then the chimi dessert was the perfect finish. Service here is beyond reproach as every server walking by will take care of any needs.
El Mexicano is the best Mexican food in the state of New York! Not only do they start you off with complementary chips and salsa but you also get a cheese quesadilla! The food is authentic Mexican that taste like someones prized family recipes. At the end of your meal they offer a complementary desert and shot of tequila. The decor is a feast for the eyes including art work on the table tops and walls. The margaritas are perfectly prepared.
Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Saratoga. Tacos are flavorful and arranged perfectly, there are tons of delicious drinks to choose from, and the whole place has an extremely welcoming atmosphere. And as a bonus, the waiters are some of the most jolly people I’ve ever met. You can tell they enjoy working here. So I definitely recommend this place, especially for families!
$15 for a cup of black bean soup, a small side of guacamole including tax & tip. The soup was good. No tortilla chips though. At least they could have thrown in a few chips. These pictures are untouched, just out of the bag when I got home. Seemed kinda paltry for $15.
This was not only a horrific experience it was even worse service. My friend and I ordered chicken tacos to go and when I opened my meal this is what I got, a big dead bug. When we called to speak to a manager he said “come on, a dead bug? You have to call Mealeo, we have nothing to do with it” …. YOU MADE IT! Are you kidding me?! This is absolutely disgusting and the reaction was even worse. I’m appalled. I will 110% NEVER give this place my business again and I’ll be sure to let people know about my experience.
Price okay for the times but the food was subpar. Ordered a simple #5 combo bc who wants to pay $10 per taco?! Food came out hot which was good but more like prepackaged microwaveable style and taste. Came out overly hot that somehow burnt the cheese on top and was camouflaged by the all too classic red sauce that masked the flavor. The place wasn’t busy as there were only a handful of patrons so it wasn’t like it stayed under the lamps for too long. My friend and my gut both felt this place immediately afterwards along with swollen faces alike allergic type reaction that stayed for hours later. Service was great and the server was very attentive yet the food(which we came for) didn’t make this review go any further than what is reviewed. Sad Taco Bell can give these guys a run for their money.
The food decent, the waiter took our drink order immediately but he took a long time to get back and take our food order. It was so long that other people that came in after us-order was taken before ours. I was ready to just get up and walk out. So due to that, he rushed the chef to get our order done first and the beef came back half cooked. Which I dont like it that way. They need better staffs thats not standing around showing 1 another their phones and bsing. People are hungry and paying for the food the way they want it. Not rushed half cooked garbage. I was better off eating fast food. For spending 85bucks on food and tipping 10 dollars, isnt worth it to me! If I could go back Id tip him 2 dollars. Other than that, maybe it might be good if the food isnt rushed because of slacking waiters/waitresses. Oh, I had the mix fajita combo. Hope this help you, good luck.
The place is super nice and very authentic we live in an area whom is very populated with the Mexican culture and we are Hispanic ourselves we happened to be visiting saratoga and stopped in for dinner. The food was not that great. The customer service was rushed our waiter would walk away before we could finish our sentences. However he did get all of our orders right so it showed he was listening i just wish he was making more contact with us the place was a bit pricey and parking was difficult since their lot is small
Perfect service, my fiance is particular about his water glass staying full and these guys are on point. They start you with on the house salsa and chips, then a small cheese quesadilla, then your generously portioned meal. The absolute best part is the fried banana enchilada, also on the house. Ive gone there just for the banana dessert before. Ive never had even close to a bad experience there. You leave feeling perfectly full and not gross. Chicken chimichangas are my go to; you get nice big pieces of pulled chicken. They also remember at least me, even if I havent been there in a year, which is a nice homey touch.
This is the place for a 3 margarita lunch with the day drinking past prime bar flies. Then, following the drinks, maybe a little afternoon delight at the motel next door. Good food but quite pricy. Nothing in Saratoga is really cheap, so I guess its expected. The service is friendly and the enchiladas are excellent. Guac is decent, salsa is very good, and the fresh corn chips are plentiful. The overall value could be a little better.
Came across this little Mexican joint while searching for some good south of the border food while in upstate NY. Food was great, salsa was thick, chips were light, crunchy and salty. The Huevos Ranchero was pretty good although, be prepared that they dont have street tacos, it is medium sized flour tortilla tacos. Rice and beans good and tasty and it came with a small dessert, surprise. Overall pretty inexpensive and the service was on top of their game. I would recommend this to friends visiting the area and probably even join them to eat here again.
My girlfriend had put in reservations two days prior to yesterday for 11 people at 430pm. When we all showed up we walked in told them the name and reservation the manger/owner he wouldn’t make it clear walked away than came back and said they didn’t have a table. We were confused since we had made reservations why there wasn’t a table than he went onto say there was no reservations. He was extremely rude and no help makes no sense how there wouldn’t be a reservation when they took her number and name. This than left 11 of us including my child to scramble to find somewhere to eat on a busy Saturday night. I wouldn’t recommend this place they could care less for customers
The place was nice & clean & had sanitizer at each table. The service was excellent our waitor was pleasant and attentive... most of all the food was sooo delicious 😋 they gave free nachos and salsa and free apple fritter desserts & the adults at our table free shots of tequila too. I cant wait to go back!
6/12/21 @ 1:45pm My Google maps tells me I havent been here since Nov. 2019 which sounds about right since a pandemic hit us shortly after. I finally braved sitting in a restaurant again today and I am HAPPY I did. This place hasnt changed. Im so glad they survived the pandemic because they are still as good as ever. Great choice for an authentic meal.ETA: The following review was placed 4 years ago, so 2017/2018?Always a place I recommend to hungry people. My mom and I went for lunch one day and I was surprised that it was almost the same amount of food as dinner for half the cost so since they open at 11am and youre strapped for cash, try lunch. The decor is festive and the food is good, but the service...FANTASTIC!!
What happened to Service/Quality/Quantity?Weve been longtime loyal customers since the very beginning- the folks who live here and support you year round- and had the worst experience with our takeout order last night.Ill start by explaining that we often order the same two entrees when dining in or doing take out and we appreciate the consistency and look forward to the typically delicious meals, served by friendly wait-staff (some of whom weve practically watched grow up over the years).Last night, at pick up, when we asked if we could have a full order of salsa, the server informed us that it was full and anything additional was provided, it would be extra because nothing is free! The server wasnt familiar to us and my husband opted not to engage further and left.Unfortunately, the salsa was even less than the usual amount provided in a take-out order. My ceviche- the Ceviche for Two barely contained enough shrimp for one person. This was a noticeable difference from the last time I ordered a month ago. When dining in, El Mexicano is glad to bring complimentary flour tortillas with cheese to the table in addition to the chips and salsa. At the end of the meal, they bring dessert tortillas with bananas and whipped cream and graciously offer to bring a round of complimentary tequila shots. Yet they cant provide an extra tablespoon of salsa with a take out order, or bring an extra container while *politely* informing the customer that there will be a $X charge for this next time?I hope a manager/owner reads this and takes heed.
Amazing!!!! We came to Saratoga Springs for the night and wanted something for a late night bday dinner for my daughter and decided to stop here. First of all they quickly got a table for 7 set and had us seated, then the service was so quick and friendly and last, the food was amazing! None of the kids complained and even asked to come back! Thanks for a great experience
The food is absolutely fabulous! There are tons of vegetarian and vegan options (which are not evident on the menu, but are offered with pleasure if you ask) - and they take all dietary concerns into accountWhat astounded me is how affordable this place is, considering that it is in the heart of Saratoga Springs. They are very generous with their offering of food, with a starter cheese wrap, and a dessert offered free of charge. The wallpaper is very interesting and very beautifully done. The food is delicious- some of the best quesadillas I have had in the region!I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting, or driving by Saratoga.
All I have to say is wow. I was surprised how delicious the food was! This place is good, fast, and cheap. Clearly authentic Mexican food, some of the best Mexican food Ive ever had! Highly reccomend this place! Do yourself a favor and go! (Also the margaritas are out of this world.)
Tonight was my first time here and I will definitely be back! Incredibly friendly staff and we didnt wait long for our food! The restaurant was moderately busy but they didnt skimp on service. Food was delicious and definitely freshly made. The server over heard it was my birthday and surprised our table of 5 with dessert and a birthday sombrero!
Excellent food as usual (for most of us). Weve been making a traditional stop here for 7 years. One person in our group did not like their order and didnt eat more than two bites. The waiter offered no solution and then gave a bit of attitude when asked if he would remove the item from our bill.Would still recommend.
Don’t go to this place I put in reservations for 11 people two days in advance they asked for my number and name which I gave. We went the day of and they said they had no reservations so they just decided to not put me down and waste our time making 11 people including a child to scramble to find somewhere to eat
This is by far the best Mexican place around. The wait staff is really good and the food is excellent. For being in Saratoga the prices arent bad. They even give you a free dessert at the end. I love this place and would go here over any other place including steakhouses Italian restaurants etc. Once again did I say I love this place
On the surface, it seems pricy. But incredible service and generous portions. Before our entire party managed to sit into our seats, a server brought over fresh chips and salsa. Before our order was taken, mini quesadillas were brought out - one for each of us.Dinner portions were large and incredibly and tasty. After dinner, they serve a churro stuffed with banana. All inclusive as part of the dinner in prices.Definitely a good value.
Food was decent but our waitress wasnt. Took 10 minutes to even take our drink order, didnt keep them filled. Only saw her like 3 times, we saw the bus boy more then her. We asked to have our check split 4 ways when we ordered drink. She brought the check not split. We asked to have it split, then was told thats gonna take a while and I have other tables and was going to make us split it up ourselves then walked off. One person in our party offered to just pay it all so we could leave. Someone else checked us out.
The food was decent, drinks are okay. We had a problem with our bill. The handwritten bill said one price, and the bill to sign had a different, higher price. We asked to see to the handwritten bill again and it had been erased to correspond with the higher bill. We asked waiter why the bill was different. He had no answer. How many people actually check to make sure the numbers are the same on both checks? Thats shady business, and we wont be eating there again.
Great mexician food been coming here for years... you start with a cheese tortilla.... chips and salsa on the house.... which the salsa is to die for. Good food.... the margaritas rock.... the service is spectacular!!! And to finish the meal.... tequila shot on the house...
First off my wifes mexican and we are from San Diego. This food is horrible. Your free appitizer is a tortilla filled with cheese cooked in a microwave. For 17 dollars I got a soggy taco and a tiny burrito. My wife paid 23 dollars for a a meal that a 4 year old cooked. Save yourself the trouble and run for the border to taco bell. Staff is friendly but thats about it. I say the best tasting food there was the water, cause food is straight garbage. I attached a pic of what 23 dollars can buy you and and the yellow plate that makes it look so appetizing. The food definitely felt better coming out then coming in. I recommend a 1 star cause it wouldnt let me put zero.
The fiood was good, and the manager was very helpful. The place was very busy, but our server was very rude. We left him a large tip because the lady who did the bill insisted thinking he needed it. I have served tables for 25 yrs. and I have never treated my guests like he did. He only came to our table when we waved him down. He pretty much ignored us. He even said no when asked for extra salsa! because he said there was some at the other end of the table. Had I been in charge, my tip for him would have been to get another job, because he certainly didnt excell at this one.
The only reason I gave this place 4 stars and not five is the portions size which does not fit the price you pay.My gf and I ordered the appetizer Chillequilas and shared beef fajitas.Flavor wise the food was excellent! Both the appetizer and the main tasted pretty authentic. For what we ordered plus a glass of diet Pepsi we paid around $50 not including tip.Which does not justify the amount of food we received. It deserves the 4 stars given but we probably wont come back.
So I lived in Texas for 3 years and Arizona for 1 more and thought I would never have authentic Mexican again unless I was back visiting friends.El Mexicano Restaurant proved me wrong. This is HANDS DOWN the best place in Saratoga and I would bet money all of NY.Outside of A++ food, margaritas and decor the staff is incredibly attentive, kind and engaging.I’ll be here at least once a week if y’all want to say hello
Best food I ate while visiting Saratoga Springs from NYC. I wish they had a location in NYC. I highly recommend eating here. The waiters were so nice and the food was amazing. The desert was delicious. The atmosphere was truly authentic. I loved everything about it. Definitely 5 stars!!!
This is my go to for real Mexican food. They give chips/ salsa, an appetizer sized cheese quesadilla, and Mexican dessert w every meal as well as typically offering a free tequila shot to those of age. The restaurant has a bright, festive atmosphere and friendly waitstaff. The food is authentic and delicious.
Best Mexican Food I ever had. Their complimentary food is delicious and fresh. Hospitality is amazing. Covid precautions are very well maintained. Their beans are so flavorful. Absolutely loved my experience here. 10/10 for flavor, hospitality and overall experience!
My husband and I wrapped up our anniversary trip to Saratoga here, and it was the best decision! We were sat almost immediately, given chips and salsa and drinks pretty quickly. Our waiter was pleasant, and attentive. The food... soooooo good!! My husband got the sopa de pollo to start, and couldnt put it down! For our entrees he had the puerco dulce and I had the enchiladas jarachas (breaded pork in a sweet sauce and shrimp enchiladas), both were sizable plates and extremely tasty!
Just happened to be passing near by on our way home from Lake placid and where looking for a place that where able to accommodate our group of four adults and four kids. found this place that had good reviews and it was definitely not a disappointment. Food was exceptional and the staff is so accommodating and pleasant that they make you feel like family. Next time we pass by this town will definitely make a priority to stop here again!
El Mexicano has delicious , authentic Mexican food and drinks, along with an excellent lively atmosphere . Whether you dine inside or out under the covered patio, we have always enjoyed our time there. . We have been going there for many years and it just doesn’t get any better! Estaban, Andreas, Carlos and Roberto and all the staff are very pleasant and attentive.
Worst Mexican food I have ever had. Store bought Nachos, Tortillas, and Taco shells. No seasoning on the food. I would have rather had Taco Bell. Food quality and the service was horrible the server was unfriendly and got angry when I asked to split the check for our party when we ordered our food. Simple request I thought. The quesadilla appetizer was a store bought Tortilla with Kraft shredded Monterey cheese and filled with oil and a dab of chicken. 10/10 not Schmackin.
We always love coming here! The food is so fantastically delicious when youre really craving something authentic, and they really take good care of their guests! The staff was so wonderful to cater to our toddler during our visit this time as well. Just great service!
Was waiting to be seated while one of the employees dropped dirty dishes filled with tomato sauce and oil all over me, my clothes, my purse and shoes was stained with greasy food, plate was broken on the floor and chipped fractions of broken dish cut my foot. Nobody out of the staff including manager apologized or offered help. Manager was especially rude. He only uttered: do you want table or not? - Yeah! Would not go there ever again.
The restaurant is lovely and the murals painted on the walls and the tables are so attractive. They give an ethnic va va voom to the eatery. We sat outside in the covered courtyard on a fine sunny day. I ordered tamales, which were okay. My husband ordered prawns. According to him, they were delicious. I was impressed by the items they offer on the house. It starts with a bowl of nachos and salsa, a dessert of fried plantains in a puff pastry wrap, surprisingly moreish, and lastly a shot of tequila.
The staff are always great. The food comes out quickly. The entrées may be a bit on the pricier side, but by the time I factor in the free chips & salsa and dessert, I usually end up spending less here than I would most other places in Saratoga. The food isnt anything phenomenal but its still good. I just generally love the atmosphere and I always leave here a very happy customer.
This place has an awesome atmosphere & great food. We always have a fun time. The staff is nice & great service. We have all been here many times & have tried many different menu options & they have all been yummy!!! The margaritas are the best. They also give u 2 complimentary starters, a dessert & a shot of tequila @ the end of your dinner. They have a huge variety of appetizers, dinners & desserts along with drink options. They will have something for everyone to enjoy on their menu. If your in the area i highly recommended this resturant. We also enjoy supporting a local resteraunt during covid19.
Love this place and the staff! Everyone always smiling and upbeat. Authentic Mexican food. I love the complimentary chips and salsa, a mini cheese tortilla, and a mini fried tortilla ending with bananas, syrup, and whipped cream! The chicken flautas are amazing! You feel like family when coming here. I have never had a bad meal or experience with this restaurant. So happy to see them make it through COVID and open back up full time!
I went to this restaurant about 2 years ago and had an incredible experience. Today I brought my partner with the thought of it being one of my favorite restaurants. Our waiter was very short and unfriendly with us. We ordered chips and gauc with a drink each. The waiter told us next time we need to order more and claimed it was to follow the NYS liquor laws on COVID, and that he didn’t want to lose his liquor license. He did not ID either of us before serving us, even though I am in my 20s. Horrible experience and service.
Service was outstanding. We were seating instantly, given chips and salsa. We ordered drinks that came right up. Then were given more chips. Then we were given (on the house) some sort of quesadilla. Our meals came out right after that. We told our waiter how great everything was. They then brought out a dessert (on the house) that was delicious. We had an amazing experience.
At first i thought the prices were a little high, but then realized all that i was getting. The food i ordered was amazing. I got more than just chips and salsa while we waited, and then they brought out a complimentary dessert. The staff was excellent. Friendly, clean, and quick. The atmosphere was great. I felt like i took a trip to somewhere else as soon as i walked through the door.
The staff was so nice but my food was okay at best. My beans were practically liquid and my rice was dry. The chicken in my burrito was yummy tho. Also it was cool they offer complementary dessert at the end. Although I dont feel as though the food matched the price of our bill. $$ honestly was expensive for what we received.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Fast service. You will not be hungry when you leave here. As soon as you are seated they bring homemade chips and salsa. Then drinks... We got the half pitcher margarita. Enough for 2 people. Then they bought us a little quesadilla like snack. We ordered our meals. The staff was very attentive. Food came out quickly. Everything was delicious. After our meal they brought out a complimentary dessert. And we ended the experience with a shot of tequila. We will be going back for sure. 👍👍👍👍👍
Okay.... Chicken was rubbery. Place was clean. Hand sanitizer at each table masks were being warn 90% by employees. One kept pulling hers up. Flavorful but nothing special. Beans were really good. Good flan npt great. Fired Banana was wonderful. Could have used some more bread.
Reminds me of Mexican restaurants in California. Not sure how I missed this place for so long! Finally made it here yesterday, and it was awesome. The entire staff was great, very fast and attentive. Everything we tried was great, but be sure to bring a large appetite, the servings are definitely large.I lived in Southern California for about 30 years before returning to upstate NY. Obviously southern California has a very high population of folks with Mexican heritage, or who are direct immigrants from Mexico. So of course we were able to enjoy some excellent Mexican restaurants. After returning to upstate NY, we have not been able to find a Mexican restaurant that is close to what we had become accustomed to in California. We had pretty much given up on trying until we found El Mexicano!I cant speak to whether this would be considered authentic Mexican food, but it is very close to one of the family restaurants we would frequent in California. El Mexicano is also a family establishment and I think it shows in the quality of their food, and the pride with which they present it.According to their website, the Vazquez family immigrated from Mexico, worked and saved until they could own their own business. How awesome is that?
We made reservations for my granddaughters birthday and the 12 of us were seated at a large table. Our waiter started taking the drinks order and made if very confusing since he argued with some of our choices. Finally we were served our food and I personally didnt find it exceptional or any better than food I have had at other mexican restaurants, actually I didnt think it terribly good. Our waiter was no where to be found when my daughter found a twist tie in the food, we told someone else and after explaining to our waiter what happened he took the plate away all the while laughing. My daughter approached the owner/manager who apologized and said that our waiter wasnt used to large crowds, which makes me wonder why they gave him our table. The service was awful and obviously the kitchen isnt very clean. The fact that he found finding a foreign subject in the food funny made us all very angry and upset. He ruined the birthday party. I will never go to this dump again. Take notice of the windows in the parking lot for the kitchen, they are filthy.
My favorite restaurant in Saratoga Springs period. The staff members are courteous, respectful, and on top of it. Meaning I dont think youll get better service anywhere else. And the food, I can only say whats not to like. Ive had a number of dishes and they are all excellent. If youve never been, you have to go!
Casual setting, indoor or outdoor in sheltered patio. Attentive service, delicious food, have been here twice, with the same amazing wIter, and have both times been offered a complimentary dessert, and two tequilla shots. A lot of bang for your buck, and the cuisine is so fresh and tasty! Our new fave to go Mexican place!
We stopped on our way out of town on a whim after going to the casino. What amazing food! From the chips and salsa at the beginning to the chicken fajitas and burrito combo to the complimentary dessert at the end of the meal. We had a fabulous experience! The food is fresh and seasoned perfectly I especially loved the decor!
Finally found an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant. Definitely not taco bell by any means. Amazing. They gave us complimentary dessert and make the best sangria! The staff are wonderful and quick on their feet to keep food and drinks moving and clear finished plates. Definitely on our top lists 👍
El Mexicano is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the area. The food is fantastic, the service is courteous, and the prices are reasonable. Ive probably dined here a dozen times or so, and I have never had a bad experience. The parking lot is quite small, so if you plan to come here with a group, its a good idea to carpool. But if you can deal with the inconvenience of trying to find parking, youll be rewarded with an excellent meal!
Very good food and extremely friendly service. We were given complimentary chips and salsa, a cheese tortilla and a fried dessert with banana inside of it and whipped cream on the side. Most entrees come with rice and beans. The waitress and all other staff members were very friendly and fast, despite being incredibly busy. The menu is a little pricey compared to where I normally dine out but if youre in the mood to treat yourself or celebrate something it is a great option!
Food was highly priced and the portion sizes were very very small for the price. The food taste was great. The staff have a hard time understanding when to cut someone off from drinking alcohol. While I was there there was a whole table that was loud rowdy and highly intoxicated and they servers continued to serve them alcohol. And let them leave with their car keys in had.
I visited here 3 times during the first week of June: once for dinner and twice to have drinks at the bar. I enjoyed myself every time. The staff was friendly, service quick, and in the case of the bar visits, the variety of tequilas available was great. The time I ate there my food was exactly what I wanted it to be: good food at a fair price. I would go back and I did recommend this place to a friend.
I usually hate it when people review a place they didn’t eat at, but since Google doesn’t let people leave comments without leaving a review, I felt compelled to do just that.Disclaimer: I did not stay to eat. BUT... I will first share the plus: the menu looks reasonably authentic to what you would find in a nice city-center restaurant in central Mexico. I have no doubt the food would be quite good. The big downside: the prices. I stopped in for a quick bite before my 6pm train, and I was shocked to discover literally nothing on the menu under $18. I expect dishes like steak tampiqueña and other premium dishes to be on the higher end, and I understand this isn’t a taqueria.I don’t know if they are trying to position themselves as a higher-end option or are just trying to take advantage of NYC weekenders used to prices like those, but it was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise. So, I left.So take that advice for what you will: understand that the prices are high, and exchange, you will probably get excellent food. But don’t walk in here expecting a good deal.
The staff was friendly and the food was very good! We went on a Thursday night - it wasnt crowded, but it wasnt dead either. We were pleased when they brought out free salsa and chips. Surprised when they brought out free quesadilla appetizers. Shocked when they brought out free dessert. And really astounded when they brought out free tequila shots. Do they treat everyone like that, did they just like us, or were we just lucky? I have no idea. It was a very enjoyable experience though!
Came in with my family and was not impressed. After placing an order, the food came out within 5 minutes. The plates were extremely hot, a good sign our meals were nuked. The prices were high, compared to the quality of food.Tables and chairs were dirty, along with the bathrooms. I hope the kitchen isnt as filthy??Sorry guys dont mean to be a snob, but was surprised of all the good reviews, if the (local) reviewers actually knew what real good mexican food tastes like, their reviews would be much different.
Went to Saratoga this July 4th, decided to eat Mexican for lunch at El Mexicano based on reviews. It was the worst decision made. The staff were terrible especially a lady who thought ordering an additional pitcher of ginger ale with less ice ment asking free ginger ale and said with a grim face “nothing is free here calm down”. We were a large group with about 8 children and after ordering wanted to recheck with the waiter to repeat our order, she goes “I have no time to repeat the order” and walks away. Some of the kids were not given their water when asked she came back cups filled with ice. Worst part of the lunch - the tortillas were undercooked. We decided to talk to the Manager or the owner a elderly gentleman, when we tried to tell him he just behaved as if he did not understand and did not even acknowledge what we were saying. Worst service and really bad food regret going there. The kids wanted me to write this review to make sure how they were treated. Would never recommend this restaurant. Keep away from this place.
Our first time there, and let me say it is wonderful. We ordered our meals and our waiter surprised us with 2 small cheese tortillas. Then our meals were so tasty , it was like I was in Mexico. After we ate we each also received banana/honey desert tortllas.I highly recommend it!

2022-02-14Wow! If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would! Amazing service, delicious food, great portions. We snarfed our entire meal before I got a picture but it was huge! They start with a huge plate of warm chips and salsa (which are fantastic), a little mini cheese quesadilla, and after the meal (highly recommend their combos) they served us a free mini dessert which was so delicious. Since it was Valentine’s Day, they even gave this beautiful rose! So thoughtful and kind. To anyone visiting or stopping through you MUST eat here!

2022-07-04Party of 5 and had a great time. Dined under the outdoor canopy - enjoyed the company, the weather and great food and drinks. Pitcher of sangria and beer!! Great menu and good service - Everything was done perfectly and they also include some small food items to keep you happy. My recommendation is go and visit! Eat then hit the Saratoga Track!

2022-05-30Was too hungry to click the photo of dishes we ordered, but have clicked the complimentary chips and dessert they provide. Both of them are really tasty. Ordered the combo dishes containing chicken Burrito, tacos, enchiladas, chimichanga. The quantity of this combo is good enough for two people if not too hungry. Their rice and beans is tasty and the sauce is especially great. The chicken tacos are okayish. Overall good vibes, reasonably priced, nice staff and huge space with tasty food.

2021-07-15A very warm and welcoming place to hang out with friends. People in here are very well mannered and prompt.Food is bit on expensive side but once in a while worth it.The moment you enter this place you get a feel of Mexico. Complete vibe as well as people working there are Spanish. They will keep addressing you as Amigos and Senorita. Also, If you impress the waiter, you might get a free tequilla shot!!!

Complimentary appetizers and deserts just put it over the top.Plenty of outdoor seating. Counted 21 people outdoors on a Friday for lunch. Theyre here for a reason, this place is 🔥🔥🔥

2022-06-08The service was great, but my nachos had way too much cheese and not enough refried beans and vegetables.

2021-08-15Location is great and very nicely decorated with friendly ducks walking around, but it was very busy when we went, hard to get our waiters attention, and the food felt pretty rushed. I got the combo and the beans were more of a mush than actual beans. Would love to give the place another chance though.

2022-06-04I wish I could remember the waitress name. She had one of those wrist protectors on. 💯 professional. She also took my request for a margarita with lime and not the sour mix.

2021-08-24Incredible service. Very attentive and are knowledgeable of the menu. The Pollo Mexteca is enough for two. The #2 Combination was very good. Taco, Enchilada & Tamale w/rice & beans. Light dessert provided after the meal.
