Cant take simple directions. I call, ask for 2 different plates. Takes my order and when I get there, they tell me one of them isnt available that day. They didnt bother to call me to tell me, they waited until I got there. So i said, honest mistake, ordered a different plate and waited 15 mnts for it. I get home and realize they got that order wrong as well, my goodness. I spoke to them in spanish as well, so language wasnt the problem. Avoid this place, waste of time, food is average at best.

The food was really good and the amount given was more than enough. My pasta dish couldve fed 2-3 with no problem. The food came out in a timely fashion. Barely any wait time at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tasty, hearty meal with the Peruvian style.
Omg ! The food was delicious. I had 1/4 chicken with salad and fries. Delicious. The chicken was very nice and tender falling off of the bone, yum yum. They were very nice at this restaurant. My son had the labor? Something with steak which was a special on menu. We devoured the food, it was very good. We were down in Westchester and white plains taking care of some person business and stopped on our way home.
Excellent, some of the best peruvian and one of the best restaurants around the rivertowns. The only thing that you have to worry about is over ordering, because the portions are very large. I specially recommend the classic fish ceviche and the green noodles with steak. I just have not been there enough, but I am sure that everything they make is top notch. And their flan and other desserts look amazing too. Very nice service too. I did have one problem, where I ordered through grubhub and the Elmsford restaurant does not honor, so it went straight to the one in white Plains. I had to cancel the order, too far. So just go in person or order take out by using their phone number instead.
Went to El Miski II for the first time the other night, ordered takeout of half a rotisserie chicken, fried fish nuggets (chicharron de pescado), sweet plantains, and fried corn kernels (cancha). The restaurant was well-lit and very clean, with three tables for seating. The woman running the counter was super nice and made me feel welcome as I waited for my food, which was clearly made fresh. All the dishes were great; the chicken was tender and juicy, fish was well-battered and seasoned, and the sweet plantains were hot. Id never had cancha before - loved it, very different from the corn nuts I was expecting, both in the type of kernels used and the light and crispy texture. Will be back!
Dont expect a good evening or how can I help you?....service is non existing. The beef soup is water, noodles, with seasoning...a lot of cumin and oregano...A LOT. The idea of adding any vegetables to the soup is not acceptable. Again, Water, noodles, and seasoning...a lot of it. I will try other dishes and review as well, but the beef soup fails from every angle.
- Nice little Peruvian food stop.- Didnt see any tables set up during my visit despite having enough space for it. So either its mostly take out food or tables are set up past a certain hour? (I stopped by at around 2:30pm.) Keep this in mind if youre stopping by to have a sit-down meal.
Theyre just starting out but I genuinely hope this place does excellent. Just stopped in on a Sunday morning for some quick breakfast, couldnt be happier. The food was cooked to order (and extremely quickly) and delicious. Very accommodating and genuinely nice people, I recommend you give it a try.

I always go this place , I really like their roasted chicken with fried cassava on guancaina salsa but service is good but the guy who is working as a chef today its so rude he said cant do my order cause he is busy on his phone that is exactly what I saw and the only i said can I have my usually and no problem, I can pay separate or whatever is the cost so he was so mad about it even the cashier said he always is so rude and said apologize for him
1/2 Lomo Saltado is good and reasonable. Or the lunch special polyo with soup that comes with it. They cook as ordered, fresh from the grill/oven.
I order chicken w/fries and a salad But They game me my chicken cold. And when I called them back the lady said that I can bring it back to heated up??!?!??!? What is that?!?!

2022-07-24The food is inconsistent and salty and the price thats shown on the menu is not the price you are charged at the register.El Misk II is kinda dirty as well. The manager always looks like he just walked off a construction site with yellow armpit stains and filthy fingernails. The backdoor to the kitchen is always open, so of course there are flies.The portions are large and we havent gotten food poisoning but still not recommended.

2021-03-20It is a simple Peruvian restaurant lets of space and very friendly and knowledgeable staff the food is definitely delicious and fresh and their portions are very big so if youre hungry this is the place to go 👌. Prices are perfect as well for thier portion size and they even have a linch special!! So if youre in the area at a job site or work near by and want a home cooked meal this is a great place👍🏼👌

2022-03-11First let me say we used to love the food here. Unfortunately, today wasnt good. I called an order for pick up 1/2 chicken w/rice & salad, 1/4 chicken w/rice & salad. Was told 20 minutes. No problem. I get there in 20 minutes. Place was very busy. I waited no problem. I notice a container on the counter & dont think anything of it. After 13 minutes of waiting girl says hi mommy you order 1/4 chicken. I said yes & 1/2 chicken. She gets the container that has been sitting on the counter for 13 minutes plus whatever amount of time before I got there. She opens container. I said cold salad with hot rice & chicken? She said you want it separate? Yes. (She understood this). I tell her the chicken is cold sitting on counter. She doesnt understand. I point to chicken & say its cold, fredo. She doesnt understand. I lower my mask & say the chicken is cold. She takes the container to the kitchen. I watch through the open door. Cook takes container to a place I cant see. The 1/2 chicken comes out (finally) I open container you can see its hot. The 1/4 chicken comes out I open container, touch the chicken not hot like the 1/2 chicken but the salad is in a separate container. Woman says sorry mommy I dont understand. I say on the phone you understood, when I wanted cold salad in separate container you understood but now you dont understand. She says I dont understand. I lower my mask & repeat my statement. I said I wont be coming back here again & will write a review. Come home, open container, dry chicken. Rice was good. I wouldve appreciated being told sorry, I didnt write down the 1/2 chicken its so busy but dont tell me you dont understand b/c after I said I was going to write a review & not come back she gave me a glass of purple juice saying for you mommy. I never complained about the wait time only complained that I was getting cold chicken.
