I love all the employees. They always treat us with respect even the cooks in the back, but once again not many vegan options. I order the same thing all the time.
This place has a good food. Nice enviroment. And nice workers. The only thing is not good at all . Is the karaoke on saturdays.a bad and poor music the Dj selection. My opinion when you want your business grow, make changes. You dont need a person that take away from your place clients.
This place becomes an after hours club every Sunday night and plays VERY VERY loud music until 3 o clock in the morning! Please keep the noise down, there are residential buildings all up and down this block and we have work on Monday morning!!!!!!!!

Whenever I go there I have been treated very well and the food is very delicious.It really was the first place that I felt in a Dominican atmosphere when I came to NYC.
Horrible, the owner is a charm, but the employees are poorly educated, there is no respect for the client, especially those in the afternoon, if they make an example mistake ask for white rice and send Moor, instead of apologizing they eat the customer 👎es very sad, there are many failures k have the lionesses in the afternoon, they have so many ethics for the client 👎👎k close the Tel 👎
The imprudence and ignorance of many who work there is the last thing. Although the food is not bad, it does not saven how to serve customers. They should allow them to leave the empty stars for the review.
I give it a star because it cant be left empty. Because there really is no education. The waitress gets angry over everything. I really do not recommend it at all.

2022-03-19Ordered two três golpes and a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich for delivery. Got charged for it, but then the sandwich only came with eggs and cheese. Then the delivery person told me they had no change for a 10 dollar bill. So had to give them a bigger tip.

2021-12-12I got a Cuban sandwich which comes with lettuce tomato pickle, ham, Swiss cheese and pernil. I paid 9 dollars for each sandwich and this is what I received. It is RIDICULOUS for 9 dollars I only got toasted bread with pernil

2019-11-24After an hour they waited to tell me they had cancelled my order, leaving me hungry and without an explanation. How lazy and inconsiderate. Spare yourself the headache and avoid this place. Lousy experience. Youve lost my business for good. Its like I paid you for food and then you farted in my face and disnt explain. Thanks for literally nothing.

2019-01-10The food, ambience and swirls make for a nice night. There will be a wait without a reservation but you can hang at the bar and enjoy a swirl while you wait for you table. The service is generally good and food comes out rather quickly.

2019-03-28Home atmosphere with kind service, if you dont mind eating the best in home cooked cuisine in a totally authentic Dominican restaurant frequented mostly by its local clientele. I very much prefer it over the other highly commercialized Dominican restaurants in upper Manhattans Dominican City, such as Caridad.
