I’ve been going here for the past few years and every visit has been very comfortable for me. The place is very clean and very well kept. The staff is very friendly and does amazing work! Highly recommend going to Jessica.This is my favorite lash service here on out.

Please note that they bribe their clients to write a good review to get a discount for the service. So half of these reviews are more than likely fake.For starters the location is bad because of parking. You can park at the busy mall across the street but it will take you forever to find a spot and you have to pay for parking. The location of this salon is kinda scary. It is located in a building and when you get to the side door you have to go up these stairs and its pretty dark there.The quality of the lashes that they use are awful and feel like plastic. I am aware of this now because I started going to a professional place where they use quality products. Their lash technique is also bad because they do not properly prep your lashes by washing them for you which is unsanitary and will not help your lashes last long (I mean if you want those plastic looking ones to even last I guess). They do not tell you how to clean your lashes properly so have fun having crust and bacteria build up in your plastic lash extensions.Their customer service is awful because they had no patience to speak to me respectfully but I noticed how they were catering to the white clients. The lash tech kept complaining that my lashes were too curly which made me uncomfortable. She didn’t apply the lashes correctly because days later my lashes began twisting in different directions and it looked like I had spider legs on my eyes, ew!Honestly, this place is a nightmare and I am now happy that I found a good lash place.
Update - I decided to give themA chance again , they have the audacity to text the morning of your appointment, but when I arrived I waited for 15 mins . I asked for $80 lashes then when I was done they told me $100, therefore I lowered the tip . It’s been a week and i see lashes everywhere …..I need to find another lash person .Also have cash on hand , as they willCharge you tax even if you Zelle or Cashapp.
This place is very clean and the customer service is good. The service provided lacks quality. I went on on Thursday and by Sunday half my lashes had already fallen out. I followed all the protocols and still the lashes were falling out in clumps. I dont recommend.
When it comes to lashes they’re professionals!I always look and feel the best leaving this lash place, they have color lashes too if you want to try something new. It’s been a week and I have amazing retention. Only thing I wish they had a reception desk to check in.
First of all, the staff is very unprofessional from the get-go. upon entering, no hellos from any of them nor a formal front desk to inquire about your appointment. If you are a first comer not used to ghetto places like this, you might be standing around for a little looking for service.On a more serious note, the GLUE they use is making my eyelashes fall out. When you hear horror stories of women losing their real lashes because of continued use of eyelash extensions, it’s because they’re going to places using less than quality materials— like this place. The glue they were using smelled like Krazy glue fume. I know some people will know what I am talking about. My eyes were irritated and red after the appointment. I thought nothing of it until a week later, while I was rubbing my eyes and while I was taking my make up off, they started falling out in chunks with the slightest pressure. I’ve gotten lash extensions for over 5 years, I’ve never had this happen. My eyelashes are sparse now, like bald spots.I know this place is cheap, has great pictures and good reviews but that is temporary pleasure— if you continue to use this place, your lashes will fall out. Please spend your money at a quality place using good materials!
Long overdue review~People always ask me where I get my lashes done so I have recommended all my friends and clients to come here! The technicians are very meticulous and clean. They keep track of the type of curl and length you last received (thank goodness because I am so forgetful) Customer service is top-notch and I always leave feeling glamorous AND my lashes last for 3 weeks+++! Get the D curl if ya want more drama ;) and the C curl if youre looking for more of a natural look!
Ive been a loyal customer of Ele Eyelash for the last five years so this review is long overdue. Ive tried several lash studios but keep coming back here because this studio offers the most competitive pricing for 3D lashes without compromising quality/skill. After coming here for so many years, I think I finally found my go-to lash technician, Ava. She gave me the most beautiful wispy cat-eye lashes and worked very gently on me. The most impressive part of her work is that one week has gone with barely any extensions falling out, which is rare. Regardless, all the technicians here are talented and perfectly suited for customers who like a more dramatic look. They are also very accommodating - whenever Ive had an issue with an extension bothering me or drooping, they always find time to squeeze me in next-day to fix it at no extra cost. Im a loyal customer for life!
Honestly was looking forward to this place based on the reviews and I’ve been getting lashes done around the world for several years now.. but the location of this salon is not so ideal for people walking to it (just a little sketch), not the nicest people or the most welcoming when you first enter the salon, the beds are super uncomfortable, the eyelash extensions were not glued on properly so they’ve all pretty much come off in a weeks time, and the woman demanded tip and shoved the pricing for tips in my face which is just rude. Will never come back here and do not recommend to anyone.
I have been coming here for a few months and I love it! I was recommended by a friend to get my lashes done here. I always get lots of compliments on how my lashes look. I even recommended this place to many of my colleagues. My tech, Mary, is super nice and very professional The prices are reasonable and cheaper than the other places I’ve been too. Definitely would recommend coming here!
I have been going to ele eyelash for about a year and it’s one of the best hands down. They are clean respectful and take their time. I’ve went to several different technicians and have been pleased with all. I would recommend anyone go. My lashes are done how I like.. they last long and they look beautiful.
This place is the best place to go get your lashes done! I have been to many places and have finally found the best. The shop is very clean and organized. Been coming to Ele eyelash since this summer and I couldn’t be happier . All the techs are amazing and they are so easy to make appointments with. They always keep track of what you have gotten in the past and are very helpful. Not the mention the prices are great! The studio is cute small and very clean. I love it here and love that my lashes last for so long. I have sent so many of my friends and they all also love it.
So I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and I love the way my lashes look after every single appointment! They really do take their time to understand what you want to give you the best results. It’s such a calm and clean space as well, I definitely have and will continue to recommend this spot to anyone looking for a bang for their buck!!
I’ve been coming to Ele since this past summer and I’ve been seeing Mary to get my lashes done and I’ve never been so happy with my lashes! I love how full my lashes look even if I don’t have many natural lashes and I’m always getting compliments! They also last me for about 5 weeks whereas other places I’ve been to only last me for a couple! I was referred by my good friend to go to this place and I’m so happy I’ve decided to come here. I’ve been going to other lash places and this has honestly been the best one I’ve been to!! No complaints here! I definitely would recommend this place and if you do go, make sure you see MARY!!! She’s the best !!

I have been coming here for a few months now and after trying a bunch of different eyelash places I am so glad to say I have found the best place. In the past I always had issues with irritations and unevenness and not to mention paying for the amount of lashes instead of just paying for different volumes. I like the system they have here and I’m always happy with the lashes after I leave. I always fall asleep while I get them done! Mary is super gentle and always listens and delivers what I want. I have and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable lash studio.
I’ve been going here for awhile and the place is pretty good but I’ve realized that certain technicians have different understandings of what a volume set is. I don’t usually go to one tech but I’ve also realized to plan ahead and to ask for certain technicians. I did not feel my volume set was up to it’s standards as it usually is and asked the lady to put more on and she goes then pay for a mega volume set. Excuse you I’ve been coming here for a minute adding another one on would not hurt your pockets or hurt you.
I never write reviews, however after today, I felt like I had to. I had an appointment for 12pm. It had not even been two weeks since I got my first set, and they were almost all gone. The women doing my lashes had tape poking my eyeball causing me to blink/tear a few times. I told her 3 times throughout that it was hurting and she did nothing.After she was done she stated “you were very difficult, kept blinking.” I repeated again that she had tape poking my eyeball and she said nothing. Also, I did not blink the whole time. In fact I handled it well for someone with tape poking them.She then tells me the price for a 3 week refill, even though it had not even been 2 weeks. At this point I wanted to leave and paid the price with venmo.She then proceeded to say in a strong tone “YOU KNOW THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TIP, RIGHT?” I stated yes I know. Did not even give me a chance to give her a cash tip. Even though she had hurt me the whole time. I ended up leaving and just venmoing her a tip I was so frustrated.Not to mention they have no parking. I will not be going back.
I’ve been going to to this eyelash place for over a year, and I love it. Nothing but the best for their clients. They truly care about the health of their clients when it comes up to applying the lashes and taking care of it. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my eye lashes. There prices are affordable, and the best thing is that they last awhile. As long as u take care of them. Ele eyelashes are the best!
I don’t leave reviews but today was my first time getting eyelash extensions , I was really nervous but Jenny ( the lady who helped me ) really made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She took her precious time and made sure each and every one of my eyelashes had an extension she also gave me a $20 discount because it was my first time ! I really do trust Them and suggest everyone to go to them !!
I love this lash place! I cant tell you enough good things.My lashes always look amazing, they last me up to 1 month & I ALWAYS get compliments on them. If youre looking for a good lash technician , look no further! All of the lash techs know what theyre doing. I personally LOVE Mary but they are all great.
I had my eyelashes done in so many places before but this is by far the best. The 3D lashes they have are weightless and so much softer than the ones I got in other places before. And of course its very comfortable to wear.Its been three weeks and my lashes still look very nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eyelash work.I will definitely go back!
I have tried numerous eyelash extension places but this has been the best one yet! The environment is extremely clean and soothing with soft music playing in the background. They have beds with curtains that separate you between other customers. They even have warm blankets provided in case you get cold. The employees are so friendly and organized, they even have an application where they have your previous sets saved just in case youve forgotten! As far as the quality of the lashes, amazing. I can sometimes even last more than a month with my set. Highly recommend to anyone. With any technician even, they all do amazing work.
After coming here a couple times and going to other eyelash places, I can confidently say this place is hard to beat! Great service, the longevity of the eyelash extensions, and the price is reasonable (compared to other places). And I loved how my lashes came out every time I got them done here! I started coming to Ele Eyelash Extension for the past two months and this place is very professional, relaxing, affordable and clean! I get my eyelashes done by Jessica (first table when you come into the room) and she does a perfect job with my lashes.My eyelashes do shed but as a regular lash shedding cycle. My eyelashes have been growing underneath. I wash my face very gently to take cate of them — and trust me when you treat your extensions the same as your own they will last !!! I try to come at least 2-3 weeks to keep up with maintenance of them such as refills and there still be some left on.I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to find a good lash place in queens.Also, the 7 Train is literally a 5 minute walk away, making it a easy commute.
First time getting my lashes done here and I absolutely loved it!! My eyelashes came out so pretty and natural. They lasted up to two months and got so many compliments on them. Everybody was so nice and when I ask the lady for her opinion about how long I should get them, she knew exactly what she was saying. The result came out beautifully and will be going back soon.
I never write reviews but I have been coming here for about half a year already and I absolutely love this place! The first eyelash extensions experience was with Mary and I have been seeing her ever since. I was lost when I came in initially. She helped me choose the best options for my little Asian eyelashes. I ended up loving them so much although I basically told her to just do what she thinks would look good. The application is so gentle that I always fall asleep and the lashes look great even at 3 weeks. I am sure I can go longer than three weeks but I like to refill them every 2.5-3weeks. The price is awesome! I love that Mary spends a good amount of time every visit, she always spends at least an hour. I get so many compliments and I always recommend this place to my friends. You get 20$ off first time appointments I had to 3D volume for 80$ which is a very good price considering the other prices in NYC. The best way to make an appointment is by texting. They are very fast and responsive which is a plus whenever I need to make an appointment or ask a question. I always leave feeling beautiful and it is the best feeling ever. Highly highly recommend!! Ive been coming to this place for two years, I love that the eyelashes I get here is always of really high quality. Technicians always takes there time in applying the lashes. They are extremely consider and doesnt skimp on lashes like other places. My lashes always last more then three weeks 💕
A friend of mine recommended this place to me after I fell in love with how her lashes were done, and let me tell you, this place will not disappoint! I’ve always had a problem with getting eyelash extensions (irritation/burning after opening my eyes, irritation from glue) but I’ve never had a problem with the extensions from here!! Every time I walk out of there, my lashes always look better than expected (I get the 3D lashes, C - curl, size 10-11). They always make my lashes wispy and natural looking. I get so many compliments! And the technicians here are also always very sweet and friendly! Definitely a big plus for me since I’ve had off experiences with technicians from other places. Love love love this place, it won’t disappoint!
Service and work are both great! Lash techs are very patient & gentle. Because I follow their directions on how to maintain my lashes, they last & are durable being thay I do my makeup often for work. My lashes come out look just they way I want them to each time, full & voluminous!I’ve recommended Ele Eyelash to anyone who’s looking to get extensions done on them.
UPDATE 5/30/2018: It hasn’t been two weeks and I have quite some issues with quality of work that was done. While I did go back to the shop to get more lashes put on as they didn’t look like the 3D volume lashes that was done the first time I went, and the clumped glue lash fixed free of charge, which was nice, I have now have issues with the persistent irritation, uncomfortable blinking, visible lash glue, and theLashes still don’t look like 3D volume but supposedly the reasoning was I didn’t have enough natural lashes. Well I don’t get my eyelashes done very often so they were pretty full and it didn’t seem like an excuse the first occasion here. I don’t plan on returning but hope the eyelash technicians become more capable of doing better work. Unless the person that did my lashes on the first occasion left. If so would love her contact information. She was a keeper.really love the quality of work of Ele Eyelash. My lashes dont usually shed for about 3 weeks and I get so many compliments. The last time I went, my eyelashes didnt turn out the exact way that that I had hoped but the people understood my concerns and took their time to make sure it came out great.
Trust and Adore Ele Eyelash! Highly professional, clean, tranquil homey spot that I love going to relax and level up my beauty routine! Each technician listens to your needs, they have demonstrations of each lash length and type with very clear pricing accessible online and in their menu board. Attention to detail I must say is 10/10 - I love the jelly eye cooling pads when getting my eyelashes done and they seem to have an efficient process for everything e.g place for your coat, place for your shoes, bathroom, water station, fan station, hand held and wall mirrors - love love love this place!!
I am in love with this place! I have been coming here since September and I can honestly say I don’t want to go anywhere else. The lashes stay on for more than 3 weeks and it takes awhile before they fall off. Not to mention that they look my lashes!! The customer service is amazing and they are always on time with appointments.
This was my first time doing eyelash extensions and i was very nervous and scared that maybe it wouldn’t come out good but i went in with my appointment and as a first time customer they take $20 off. The place was quiet with soothing music to help you relax and by the time my eyelashes were done it didn’t even feel like an hour. i was nervous to see how they came out but they came out amazing! people keep complimenting my eyelashes! They kept asking me where i got them done and i said ele eyelash extensions! it’s been three days of me wearing them and they haven’t had any problems. i would definitely recommend this to a friend!
I love this spot! Its very clean and the girls were very comforting and pleasant. Prior to my session they asked me some questions and helped me pick what curl and length would best go with my eyes and I loved the choices! I also liked they have 3d lashes. It feels so light, soft and looks more natural than regular mink eyelashes that I had other places. It took me about an hour and a half but it was very relaxing experience. I highly recommend this place.
I was afraid to get my lashes done again due to the fact that a year ago at another lash place I started having severe allergic reactions. I went to Ele Eyelash and I’m so happy with my results, usually by day 2 I wake up with swollen puffy eyes but nothing at all!! They’re super gentle which was great for my sensitive face and they were warm and welcoming. Will 100% be my new lash place🥰
I will only do my lashes here, they take their time and my lashes last forever. But I always retouch every two weeks because I love a full look. They do an amazing job and my lashes feel soft not hard and synthetic like other places. This place is a gem ❤️
Went in for eye lash extensions. First it took forever to find the place and there is no parking so looking for one was a complete hassle. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted, explained the price etc... she had to remove the lashes I had in my eyes which actually quite hurt! My eyelids were on fire. I took about 45 min. The final product on day 1 was nice still not what I showed her but I was content with the service. A week after getting my lashes done they all came out. I see pieces of my lashes everywhere falling out. Bad quality.
I have only good things to say about Ele eyelashes. I wanted to try what eyelash extensions would be like. Not thinking that I would like it enough to keep up with it... but I’m hooked! My technician is friendly, professional, gentle, clean, and does beautiful work! I’ve seen other tech’s work on clients and they all do a beautiful job at Ele eyelash. All I see there is happy customers and a professional and friendly staff. 😁
I found this eye lash salon through a friend and out of all the places I’ve been to, it’s by far the best. My lashes I get here last for 2 almost 3 months and they still look great. Everyone who works there is so nice and they answer any questions I have. I would definitely recommend.
Ive been going here since the summer. I love this place. I come back every 2-3 weeks for a fill in. I love how the lashes feel really light like feather. I usually get lengths 14-15. Im usually content with the fill ins, it looks the same everytime even when I get it done by different lash technicians.
I love getting my eyelashes done here. My technician does such a great job - I always ask for the same one. I come from forest hills every two weeks (or so) to have them done. I am pretty new to the eyelash extension world and went to one other place and hated them. But here i get so may compliments and people ask me if they are real.
My friend referred me to this place, Ive been getting my lashes done here for a couple months now & honestly they are amazing! I usually get it done by Jenny but she hasnt been there the last couple times that Ive went so I get it done by either nicole or meena. They are all great honestly! I get the mink set length 15-16 & they stay on for 3 weeks. Love this place! I travel from manhattan just to come here
I’ve been getting my lashes done here since January and I’m addicted! Sunni and Mary are the best, they make my lashes so full and voluminous. The prices are great and the lashes last a long time. I usually go for a 3 week refill to keep up with maintenance.
My very first eyelash extension experience was here at Ele Eyelash Extension. It was awesome! Going into it, I did lots of research both on Groupon and Yelp, I took a leap of faith and came here. It seems as if God was really on my side, because I had the best experience ever. The ladies here really know what theyre doing, my lashes came out beautiful, glam and at the same time very natural looking!Im writing this nearly 2 months after getting them done, and its because I was very impressed on how long lasting the extensions remained intact. Of course I was also very careful in maintaining them, but I went 4 strong weeks with them still looking as full as the first time they were put on.Definitely would recommend and definitely coming back!

Lina listened and understood my concerns. Her knowledge and expertise ease my fears and now I have a new home with Ele Eyelash Extensions. Making an appointment is so easy. Most of all there prices are so affordable. They do a slamming job!!!
My go to lash tech is Mary! She is hands down the best and always does an amazing job. She is so friendly and nice as well. Always makes sure you are comfortable or not cold if the AC is on. I get the 3D Volume lashes with 13-15 length. I get a fill every two weeks and for $50 it is an amazing price. I could go longer between fills but I like them always looking very full. My old salon would charge double, even more for Volume lashes. Mary always takes her time and they look soo good! I get so many compliments on them. I recommend this place to anyone who asks about my lashes.I moved here from upstate and it was hard for me to find a place that wasn’t overpriced. I am so happy I found this place! A bit hard to find. I would recommend getting dropped off or Uber - not really much parking in the area. If you are coming by Uber ask them to drop you off at Bland Playground and it’s right across the street. Look for the sign on the door.And please tip! This is a service just like nails or hair. It kills me when girls just pay the price for lashes and leave.

Ive been coming to Ele, since they were located in their original location. Over 2 years. In fact, this is the only place, Ive gone to for eyelash extensions. Originally, it was a small operation. But, they have expanded to 4-5 technicians. They are very popular, and appointments are a must. I get 3D eye lashes. Not many salons offer, 3D. But, I prefer the look of 3D. What, I like best about Ele is, they have skilled technicians, and they are very efficient. They keep a clean salon. Its on the 3rd floor of a narrow building. Its easy to pass by, so look on the steps for the name. Sweet tip, they are located very close to Chinese Ice Creamfactory. For a double treat, make a visit.
The BEST!!! After going through so many eyelash extension places I finally found the one! Extensions are cruelty free, they are super soft and last! All the ladies are highly skilled and one of my favorites is Mary. I highly recommend her. You will be pleased with the results. :)
The first time I came here was in April and I have not stopped. I work as a registrar and always get compliments about my lashes at work and when I am out with friends. I highly recommend them to everyone. With my lashes alone people think I am wearing make up.
I went based on a friend’s recommendation. I’ve been going to the same lash extensions place for 4+ years with the same technician. However, due to COVID-19, I wasn’t able to see my normal technician so I opted for something more local. They do volume lashes! I’m used to individual extensions so it took me awhile to get used to it but I like it so far. I always see Mary—she is highly skilled and quick. I’m still debating whether I’ll continuously get volume extensions, but when I do, I know it will be at Ele eyelashes.
I absolutely love Ele Lashes, they are clean and very nice. Ive been doing my lashes with them every summer for 3 years now and I love how they come out every time. All the ladies are great but Sunni is my favorite (highly recommend her) prices are great compared to other places and the job is amazing.
This was my first experience for lashesAnd it was an Absolutely horrible experienceMary cut my real lashes without telling me who does that and also while she was doing my lashes she left in the middle to do another customer.I got an eye infection because she put so much glue that it was all stuck together.Unbelievable and worst experience ever in my lifeIf you love yourself and your lashes please dont go there. Do yourself a favor never go there.I am still suffering and regretting going to ELE eyelash.
I really loved this spot from the beginning, but slowly they start to get lazy when they know their customers become more comfortable and loyal. It’s so wrong since last time my lashes had gotten stuck together due to the lady rushing. I go to her about 7-8x so I’m a regular. I even got there 25 mins early and she still was late to do my lashes and rushed since the next app customer came in. I was pretty upset since I spend 100$ everytime and add 10-20 for tips. 💰 I really expected better and better every visit but it’s not what it suppose to be. Disappointed but I really wish they can speak English too. BTW Glue will burn your nose hairs off 🤯
I’ve been too Ele a few times now, and each time i walk out so happy with the results. I’ve seen the work of a few other lash techs in other places, and they look clumpy cut straight and horrible. At Ele the lashes always come out full and fluttery, and they’re so light! I love going to Laura, she takes her time and is gentle, i fell asleep while she was doing my lashes the atmosphere is so relaxing i was knocked out! Haha. All in all they do a great job at Ele i’ve had no issues, and they’re extremely accommodating all you have to do is ask!
This was my first time to ever get eyelash extensions and I have to say that I have been so impressed. They look so flawless and natural. Since having them on, I have received nothing but compliments from friends, family, and even strangers! I even caught up with a friend for lunch last week and she loved them so much she called and made an appointment to get a set after we were done eating. The building is super cute, quiet and clean. Staff is very friendly too! I definitely recommend using them if you need some eyelash extensions!
Ele Eyelash Extension is the only place I have visited to service my lashes. I cannot even think of going anywhere else because I am always just so ecstatic with their work.All of the lash techs are polite and really try to give you the style you seek for. If not, please let Meena (the person you make your appointment) know what you want ahead of time to assure the best delivery possible.This is a go-to for my lashes which is also evidenced by the vast loyal clientele that visits them to either get new sets or fill-ins. I have seen a couple of the same clients during my visits. The lash techs are also very honest with what is best for your eyelash health even if that means suggesting something different than what you had in mind.Also, if you see that some of your lashes fall out, keep in mind that if you tug on them, they are bound to fall out since a. you are tugging on them and b. it has an extension glued onto it so theres a weight on the lash. But do not confuse that with how the lashes feel. They are quite light and I often forget I even have lashes on!This place is just the best!!
The value and quality of the eyelash extensions here is really above and beyond any other salons, and Ive been to my fair share. The people who apply them are quick and careful to make sure the glue doesnt irritate your eyes. The 3D eyelashes is the way you want to go. Very weightless and high quality.
Mary is great! She remembers exactly what I like every time I come back and my lashes last for a long time. My lashes stay on for a long time and the 3D gives a full look. I would definitely recommend coming here.
I got my lashes done about two months ago… Somehow they are still on! And still look amazing. I just booked my next appointment. It was so relaxing and they were so kind there.

After having a horrible first experience with eyelash extensions, I did a lot more research and luckily came across Ele. I called and made an appointment for later on the same day. It was easy to make an appointment so that was a good start. Once I arrived, I was impressed by how neat and clean the place was. Mary was my tech. I told her I wanted a very natural look. After about 30 minutes, she told me that I could open my eyes and look. If I was happy then thatd be it but if I wanted more she would happily add on. That to me is great service. Instead of putting on too many lashes, she gave me exactly what I wanted. I will continue to go to Ele and I strongly recommend.
This is my go to eyelash salon. i have done my eyelashes multiple times there and by more than one lash tech as they are all really good and do eyelashes well. my lashes last really long and look great after.

I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE this place. Ive been going to them for over a year. They offer $20 off for first time customers (which is great) and have lower priced lash refills. Whenever I get my lashes done people will ask me where I do I go and I always give them Ele Eyelashes info. The by appointment onlypolicy is so worth it because these ladies know what theyre doing. My lashes typically last over four weeks! Sure they shed but, once the four/five week mark hits, my lashes look more and more like my natural lashes. People always ask if theyre my natural lashes (which is the goal) LOL. Some say that the price is too high just for a set of eyelashes but think about the quality and how naturally pretty youll still look! These are waaaayyy better than the stiff wackadoo lashes that you see on some other girls. I keep going here and dont intend to go anywhere else.AFTER CARE:Typically, you dont wanna wet your eyes/face for the first 24 hours. Try to sleep on a satin pillowcase to reduce friction when youre tossing/turning in your sleep. NO MASCARA!! Itll ruin your lashes and invite so much bacteria.REFILLS:They have price list for refills. Something like; 2 week refill $60/2 and a half-3 weeks $70/4 weeks or more fresh set (I THINK THATS HOW IT GOES)FACILITY/SPACE:So clean and so nice. Its larger than the place they moved from. The pics are exactly how they present their place to be. They have a bathroom, sofa and chairs as well as a coat rack. The stations are divided by curtains which creates a cute aesthetic. They sometimes play calming music. I think thats to make you fall asleep lolTIME:It takes about an hour or more depending on your lash count. Its calming. I always fall asleepCLEANLINESS:The ladies ALWAYS sanitize their hands before starting on another client (which I appreciate) since they cant wear gloves. They also wipe your eyelids clean to remove and dirt/residue.
Moved to New York 6 months ago and had tried many places to find a good lash extension. Very happy to have found Ele Eyelash Extension. The ladies are friendly and do a great job. Have always been happy with their work.
I walked in and got attended right away but I only took about less than 40 min and there was another client right next to me before I got there and still remained when I left so I wondered if I should be worried because I know lash extensions are not cheap and this place had affordable prices but I mean I did ask for a dramatic 3D lashes and they don’t look bad but not great either . On top of that my technician was sick so she kept stopping to blow her nose and sneeze but didn’t wash her hands after and kept touch my face while putting the lashes on my lash line so .. this where the 32-Star review comes from because that was unsanitary and it sucks because I had high hopes for thisPlace .UPDATE : An ammazing experience after my second visit .. I got $20 off for a touch up ! I ended up paying $30 I believe but overall good customer service in my opinion and affordable for the service they provide to your lashes !!
This place is so terrible, if I could rate them a negative 👎 I would of. That same day I got my lashes done it was falling out the bottom and the top. It’s been a week later and I literally don’t have eyelashes my real one there all gone. I would never step my foot back into this place. On top of that when the female finish your lashes she’s tells you, you have to tip 15% which I don’t mind giving anyone a tip but why can’t I give you whatever I want. What if I wanted to give you more but you asking fine I’ll just give you 15%
First visit was great I did my 3D lashes with Mary and she explained why the 3D would look better and I ended up loving it after! Would definitely recommend Mary to other clients. She is sweet and knows what she is doing.
I absolutely love coming to Eles Eyelash because she takes her time and does a very good job. My lashes were great and they last a very long time. Would definitely recommend going to her.

I went for my first full set 2 weeks ago and got the 3D mink lashes in size 12. They last SO long and look so natural . Will definitely be ditching my fake eyelashes and coming back for a fill.

I went here about a year ago. This is the only place I know of, that offers 3D eye lashes. They are the best. Great results. I know Groupon have coupons for a thousand different eye lash salons, but I’d rather pull a higher price, for perfection
Not my type of place to go to. Its one of those places where they have like 8 beds and they really just care about getting money. They dont make you feel welcome nor do they really explain the different types of lashes. I heard one girl ask questions about the different lashes and the lady wasnt into helping her pick or even explain the looks. I had to get a refill after a week and the refill didnt look even. I had to go home and trim some of the eyelashes. There were clumps of lashes stuck together. Im into the natural look and she gave me the dramatic look. It was so dramatic that when I looked into the mirror I gasped. I said omg its to much and she just shrugged her shoulders.if you are looking for a place to get the over the top dramatic look this is the place. To do a natural c curl cat eye look this is not the place. This is what I get for leaving my regular lady just because i didnt want to wait one day for her. Oh and they dont make you take your shoes off in the bed nor do they wear masks. My lady burped in my face!

This is the worst experience on eyelashes that I’ve ever had not even 3 days and I’ve lost soo many lashes I know how they are supposed to last two weeks I went to that place expecting something good. When I saw my lashes fall so quick I wanted to check why and in a single lash of mine there’s an amount of 3 fake lashes no wonder they are braking so fast i honestly don’t recommend you this place and neither the worker Luna “horrible job”

Tiny place but the service itself is great. I let Laura do my lashes and I fell asleep didnt feel a thing plus my lashes last at least a month, expect to be there at least an hr and a half.

Glue is very strong it burns nose hair when you inhale. Lashes clump easily and manager doesn’t care to respond.Came to my appointment early but had to wait over a 40 mins and workers speak no English. Very hard to communicate. I was recommended this spot but I am disappointed /:

I think she damaged the white part of my left eye. I was telling her from the beginning that My left eye is burning.she told me no it’s your first time that’s why.but now my left eye is in pain. I m scared that I might have to see a doctor.

The place is clean, and nice, I was attended to before the agreed time, that seemed very good, but I did not like the result, they looked very artificial and rigid, lasted 10 minutes, I had to go to another place nearby to remove them and do all the work again, so I feel like I lost my money (125usd) photo above as they were and I DO NOT LIKE, photo below as Im used to having them I like to be more silky and without lumps.
All those who are good are good. Price is $ 100 ~ !!

2022-06-15I have been going here consistently for about 2 years now, after it being recommended by a friend. Prior to coming here, I was doing my lashes for 5 years. I already knew which length I do but they initially helped me decide on the curl to best fit my eye shape. It was exactly what I wanted and I consistently get compliments. I always go to Mary because she is very sweet, gentle and takes her time. It is also convenient to book via text. They are always prompt with responses. If you drive there, parking is never an issue because sky view mall parking lot is right across the street. The area is always congested so try to allow yourself as much extra travel time as possible because hitting traffic is inevitable. Can’t forget, the location is spacious and clean!

2022-06-15I’ve been here for almost two years and I will continue to come here. The decor of the place is so cute, especially in the waiting area. I love how much natural sunlight comes in too. They play calming music to help you stay relaxed. I always have people ask me where I got my lashes from and they always tell me that my retention is amazing. One time I had my lashes over 5 weeks and people still thought I had them brand new! Totally recommend this place!

2022-02-26Adore! This is my spot. I’ve been coming here consistently since 2017. I like the convenience in booking (via text) and I like that the styles fit my eyes. I recommend everyone get d curl lol it just lifts the eye. Also wash your lashes it helps to retain. I always get compliments, always always. Even when I’m due for a fill I get compliments.

2022-06-25This salon has the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve recommended at least 4 friends and they all agree. Their response time is prompt when making an appointment and the service takes only an hour versus the 2-3hour lash sessions I’ve experienced elsewhere. My lashes from them have also lasted and still looked full after a whole month!! Guaranteed greatness every time :)

2022-06-15Love it here! I have been going to them over a year now. The environment is super clean, relaxing and I have never had an issue with eyelash extensions falling or being damaged. They last me 3-4 weeks. You can ask how what style you’d like and if its a mix of 2 or 3 styles they are so professional in making it happen. I like slightly dramatic, but very natural! Always get complimented or questioned if they’re mine. Go for it!

2022-04-08Been going here almost 2 years and my lashes used to last me a month or two literally. The quality used to be great and they most definitely seemed nicer.The quality has definitely gone down, my lashes don’t last remotely as long as they used to. I don’t like their new location and they seem to be very passive aggressive and condescending when they handle customers. I’ve been a loyal customer and I’ve brought them new customers. I really used to love them and now I’m just mixy about them. It’s unfortunate that they aren’t as consistent with their quality or customer service.I keep giving them chances but recently they upset me with how they spoke to me in regards to being late once after being on time every other time, she basically told me to be on time or don’t schedule which I felt was kind of obnoxious, especially when I’ve spent literally thousands of dollars at their establishment. The quality needs to go back up, they constantly seem annoyed to do your lashes, I understand they have pricing etc but since day 1 I definitely didn’t and don’t like the fact they shove the pricing list in your face, if you pay with card they’ll definitely take advantage on the tipping aspect. They don’t seem grateful with any tip amount. They always want to be tipped 20 and up which is VERY irking, I’ve had multiple workers there flat out say to me “that’s it?” When I’ve legitimately tipped $30 dollars.However your lashes do look beautiful. Just sucks the quality isn’t the same and they don’t last as long.Go back to the old Ele eyelash. Strongly suggest you work on customer service skills asap.

2021-10-27After one week my eyelashes I paid 95 dollars for fell at least 80 persons. Not worth the money. It looks good for a day. Its hard to put make up on and you are not allowed to wet it if you want it to last. Not happy customer

2022-02-10I just wanted to come here and say this , as a woman I’ve been to a million different places to find the one . This is THE ONE. I’ve never met such a good lash business and lash techs because not only is the environment and experience peaceful but the work is amazing . I did my lashes a month and a half ago for vacation !!! And they are still on after going boat riding cliff jumping like wow everyone compliments them and I tell them go to ele and I’m so happy to help people find this place 😍

2022-05-05Ive been going to Ele for over five years and the quality has diminished significantly. The lashes fall out in no time. They also talk loudly to each other WHILE doing your lashes and people passing by hit the bed while the tech has tweezers near your eyes. The glue is different and burns like heck and the Manager/Hosts attitude is horrible.
