Do not order anything online from this scam place. It deserves a MINUS 5 STARS Not only have they not shipped my order 2 weeks after I ordered it. They dont even reply to me. - - Update - they eventually reimbursed me
They are lucky that they even got a 1, as a rating. I ordered 4 cans of 4 in one clorox sprays and what I got were 4 cans of lysol sprays, the cheaper versions. I am so annoyed right.

Ordered a camera bundle pack. Received camera wrong color. Several items missing that advertised and purchased in bundle. Items that were received were different brand and of cheaper quality. Have tried to call and have left several messages to get this problem resolved. Poor customer service obviously as no one has returned any of my calls.
Once you pay, they are not responsible for anything and will not even reply your emails, call, etc.I bought a DSLR bundle and I have not received it and they are not even replying my inquiries.
I put in in order on the 25th of September and the order was suppose to come in on the 14th of October but then it got delayed till 27th. I called the company in the 28th. They gave me a bull sh@t answer about how my order got lost in the mail. This is a scam that is hoping that people will forget the order. Don’t buy from them.
Hi one and all i have read some of what was said and wow i live down the street from them no lie have had them sell me tons of things from flashdrives to laptops and was always happy with them 1 they work with you2 fair prices 3 people that try just got a washer a ninja blender and in a lil bit when they open im going to pay off the rest of for a sweet e bike but all in all just make sure you know who you are dealing with as i said im down the block from them so i can go in and always talk face to face but i know not all may have that as a choice so just make sure that its the one 53 graham ave

The prices are good just dont buy a big item for delivery being i live in a 4th floor walk up delivery guy dropped my item when he try to pick it up then ask me to help him bring it in being i was asked to pay 30 bucks in cash to the delivery guy in the store first time buying from this store but thankfully the item still works for now any time will tell.

I left my phone at this store for repair and they lost it, it took them 2 weeks to replace my phone and when I went to add phone service on it it was detected as stolen. So not only did they technically steal my phone but they game me a useless replica. Dont shop here please, save yourself time and trouble.

My fridge broke and I went to Home Depot and they told me it would take two days to get a new one delivered. Electronics R Us saved me, they delivered a brand new one on the same day and they beat Home Depot’s price. I wish there were more stores like this around.
This company sold me a FAKE MACBOOK AIR CHARGER and then refused to take the product back after it killed my computer. My computer no longer works and I need to get a new one. They would not even give me my money back. Stay away from this place.

Horrible work , went to get charger port fixed and was ripped off ( still doesnt work ) tried to contact several times but store was literally closed ( for whatever reason ) so if u wanna get electronics or get something fixed AVOID here . Go somewhere else and save your money

My son went to this store to buy a TV (ultra 4k) and was sold an older model tv. They of course had no other new model tv and now he cant get his money back cause they Have the No Cash Refunds sign up. Dont go to this store. They sold him older model tv in a newer model box. They are wrong for not giving him his money back knowing they dont have any new model tvs in the store. So now my son is waiting to see if they can find a TV he wants. Shame on them.

2022-07-14Bad customer service. Was guided to buying the wrong A/C unit after clearly communicating what I needed and had to pay delivery. Then I had to pay someone to return the product.Update based on Owners 1st comment below>>>>>>> It wasn’t another company. We physically made the purchase at the store on 53 Graham Ave. Brooklyn NY 11206 and have a receipt.

2022-04-08UPDATE: Based on the store owners response, I dont think they realize that I am DEFENDING them. I was trying to let people know that you are not the store listed on Walmarts website.Thats why I gave you 5 stars.This store owner is the victim of a scammer. I initially went here to leave a bad review due to a Walmart.com order I placed but never received after being charged. The marketplace seller was listed as Electronics R Us and was suspect given that I ordered vitamins (thinking I was ordering from Walmart). When I saw the other reviews listed here from customers who ordered from Walmart and had the same issues, it confirmed my suspicions that the Walmart marketplace seller is a scammer. I have documented everything and initiated a fraud complaint with Walmart. I hope the scammer is removed from their marketplace and this retailer can reclaim the bad reputation the scammer has caused.

2019-05-17I placed an order for 1 blue and 1 red UE Megaboom Wireless SpeakerSold by Electronics R Us through Wal-Mart on March 17th. When I received my order on March 22nd, there was the red Megaboom but they sent a blue Boom2. I sent them a message and asked them to contact me about the mistake. After a week I send a second message and still no response from them. The speakers do not have the same response and therefore the true stereo sound is not there. If this is the way they do business I cannot recommend them to anyone that asks for my opinion of them. I certainly do not recommend them to anyone thinking of placing and order in the future. I have attached a photo of my order and a photo of what I received.

2021-05-10I ordered a Canon camera through Walmart.com on a Thursday and received the package Tuesday which was great, or so I thought! Upon opening the package, I realized there were ten out of twenty-six things were missing. Which, if it was just small things, it maybe wouldn’t have been an issue. I called Walmart customer service and the guy I talked to was super nice and helpful! He informed me that this product was sold through a third-party company and he unfortunately could not get me the parts but he could connect me with the company. He started a case with the company and we emailed back and forth. The stated that the products are out of stock (which is fine) and they could issue me a refund slip and I could return the product. Apparently that was my only option. I emailed them back and asked them politely if they could either send me the parts or a refund for how much the parts would cost. I looked them up on Amazon and Ebay to get ones and gave them the price (and I told them straight out). I ordered this for my vacation that I was going on so it was more of and inconvenience to return it. They responded to me and told me that the camera and two lenses themselves are worth more than what I paid for it, so therefore I received the accessories for “free” and did not pay for them. Then proceeded to say I can return it or they can give me a courtesy refund of FIFTEEN dollars! I’m sorry, but fifteen dollars for something that I paid seven hundred for is just ridiculous! As well as the fact that it’s a “courtesy”. What a joke. When I ordered this, I specifically looked at the description to make sure that everything that was pictured was included. If you have it listed as something that is included. Wether it is something that I’m “technically” charged for or not, it’s just not right. I’m beyond infuriated and their customer service is atrocious and they way they handle things is just not okay! This is not bashing Walmart in anyway! They were extremely helpful! Do NOT buy anything from them if it’s online. This is just ridiculous.

2021-04-13Horrible customer service. Ordered Goli from Walmart and Electronic R US shipped me them with a broken outter seal and a broken inner seal. Hence that being said I will NOT accept this condition. The person who replied back to my email didn’t even say sorry or anything....just said that’s impossible our bottles don’t break. With out reading my complaint that both seals were broken when I received my package. This company does not deserve to have a partnership with a rebuttable retailer like Walmart. I give them NO stars but that’s not even an option.BEWARE before you order ANYTHING.
