Bad customer service. Was guided to buying the wrong A/C unit after clearly communicating what I needed and had to pay delivery. Then I had to pay someone to return the product.Update based on Owners 1st comment below>>>>>>> It wasn’t another company. We physically made the purchase at the store on 53 Graham Ave. Brooklyn NY 11206 and have a receipt.

UPDATE: Based on the store owners response, I dont think they realize that I am DEFENDING them. I was trying to let people know that you are not the store listed on Walmarts website.Thats why I gave you 5 stars.This store owner is the victim of a scammer. I initially went here to leave a bad review due to a Walmart.com order I placed but never received after being charged. The marketplace seller was listed as Electronics R Us and was suspect given that I ordered vitamins (thinking I was ordering from Walmart). When I saw the other reviews listed here from customers who ordered from Walmart and had the same issues, it confirmed my suspicions that the Walmart marketplace seller is a scammer. I have documented everything and initiated a fraud complaint with Walmart. I hope the scammer is removed from their marketplace and this retailer can reclaim the bad reputation the scammer has caused.

I placed an order for 1 blue and 1 red UE Megaboom Wireless SpeakerSold by Electronics R Us through Wal-Mart on March 17th. When I received my order on March 22nd, there was the red Megaboom but they sent a blue Boom2. I sent them a message and asked them to contact me about the mistake. After a week I send a second message and still no response from them. The speakers do not have the same response and therefore the true stereo sound is not there. If this is the way they do business I cannot recommend them to anyone that asks for my opinion of them. I certainly do not recommend them to anyone thinking of placing and order in the future. I have attached a photo of my order and a photo of what I received.

I ordered a Canon camera through Walmart.com on a Thursday and received the package Tuesday which was great, or so I thought! Upon opening the package, I realized there were ten out of twenty-six things were missing. Which, if it was just small things, it maybe wouldn’t have been an issue. I called Walmart customer service and the guy I talked to was super nice and helpful! He informed me that this product was sold through a third-party company and he unfortunately could not get me the parts but he could connect me with the company. He started a case with the company and we emailed back and forth. The stated that the products are out of stock (which is fine) and they could issue me a refund slip and I could return the product. Apparently that was my only option. I emailed them back and asked them politely if they could either send me the parts or a refund for how much the parts would cost. I looked them up on Amazon and Ebay to get ones and gave them the price (and I told them straight out). I ordered this for my vacation that I was going on so it was more of and inconvenience to return it. They responded to me and told me that the camera and two lenses themselves are worth more than what I paid for it, so therefore I received the accessories for “free” and did not pay for them. Then proceeded to say I can return it or they can give me a courtesy refund of FIFTEEN dollars! I’m sorry, but fifteen dollars for something that I paid seven hundred for is just ridiculous! As well as the fact that it’s a “courtesy”. What a joke. When I ordered this, I specifically looked at the description to make sure that everything that was pictured was included. If you have it listed as something that is included. Wether it is something that I’m “technically” charged for or not, it’s just not right. I’m beyond infuriated and their customer service is atrocious and they way they handle things is just not okay! This is not bashing Walmart in anyway! They were extremely helpful! Do NOT buy anything from them if it’s online. This is just ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. Ordered Goli from Walmart and Electronic R US shipped me them with a broken outter seal and a broken inner seal. Hence that being said I will NOT accept this condition. The person who replied back to my email didn’t even say sorry or anything....just said that’s impossible our bottles don’t break. With out reading my complaint that both seals were broken when I received my package. This company does not deserve to have a partnership with a rebuttable retailer like Walmart. I give them NO stars but that’s not even an option.BEWARE before you order ANYTHING.
