Received a delivery of some gym equipment yesterday. Heavy and bulky stuff for sure. Add in that the truck was too big to make up the long, steep driveway and I thought for sure the boxes would be dropped at the bottom! And wouldn’t have blamed them if they’d left them there! Instead, Gerard and Marcus were excellent. They figured a way to lug everything up. They were professional, quick, they explained everything perfectly after setting things up. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Thank you for working with such great people. And they deserve to know how good a job they do and how appreciated they are, so please ensure they hear this feedback!
They did a really great job delivering our Tempo Studio! We were able to get going right away! Especially nice since all the weights would have been a lot to unload!
Delivery and installation of my Tempo home gym system when they arrived was speedy, efficient, and well planned. They were in and out within a half hour and they made sure to clean up all waste from packaging, but not before ensuring that I had no more concerns before they left. Would recommend.
One of the best delivery experiences I’ve had. Elite Anywhere sent me emails and texts to schedule my delivery. I’m the day of my delivery l, I received an email confirming a two hour window for the delivery to appear. As the time got closer, I received another notification with a time update and a link to track where the truck was. And finally, another notification letting me know that the truck was 10 minutes away. The gentlemen who delivered my Tempo gym unit were pleasant and very professional. They unpacked the unit in front of my house and made sure to not leave any remnants of packaging. They brought the into in the house and placed it where we wanted it in our basement. They then powered the unit to make sure it worked. I was very pleased at how professional and courteous they were. Truly an amazing white glove delivery experience!
Phenomenal service! Days prior to delivery, they contacted me and provided COI for my building. I got text notifications before and during day of delivery. They came earlier than I expected which was rare that it happened. Delivery men were very professional and quick in setting up Tempo. So stress free! Keep up great service.

Because of all of these great reviews, I was very surprised at the quality of service I received from Elite Anywhere. I would certainly not call it white glove. My order took 5 months to ship from its sender abroad (not Elites fault), but when I was told it was at Elites local processing center, I was extremely pressed to receive it as soon as possible. Elite said it would take a week for them to verify the shipment (whatever that means), which is understandable, however I asked them to please confirm a date the following week as I would be traveling. The office said yes, most likely possible and that they would get back to me. No one ever did. The next week I called again and inquired, they told me it would not be possible and that I would have to wait another week. I begged them to deliver it that same week as I would not be home and couldnt continue to wait another series of weeks. They said they would get back to me. No one ever did. The next day I called a third time, pleading that they deliver it by the Friday of the current week. Finally they confirmed. That Friday, the orders delivery time was pushed back twice, and finally arrived 45 min later than the second delivery window. The attendants, though nice, did not move the items into the building with care, smashing the furniture against the sides of the wall. The flimsy plastic protecting the furniture was destroyed. I would never use Elite again.
Elite Anywhere Corp was very professional. They contacted me by email when my Tempo arrived at their facility with an estimated time for the delivery schedule. The communication continued all the way to the delivery time when they sent a text for how far away they were.They arrived early to my pleasant surprise, set up and cleaned up.The delivery people were nice and made sure I knew how to use the Tempo before leaving. I had an excellent experience.
They were great!! They arrived within the expected time frame, wore masks, took off their shoes and I didnt even ask them too, nor did they need to, but it was a very considerate gesture (it was raining all day, heavy around the time they arrived) they set up the Tempo, cleaned up all the trash and ran me thru the setup of the Tempo. Definitely a pleasure to deal with! Thanks!
Elite delivered my tempo fitness set up and did a great job. I got email, text and phone call notifications once the delivery date was set and then got another text when they were on their way to my stop. Their website was easy to track my ETA and they were even before their time window. They were quick, efficient, and professional for a white glove delivery. Left no trace! I would recommend them for any delivery!

The delivery of my purchase was great!! Hi really liked the fact that they update with constant gps maps to let you know where the truck is and the approximate time of arrival. The delivery service for the Tempo I ordered was excellent. I got texts about the window of time my delivery would arrive, and the gentleman that delivered it were very nice and worked quickly. They set everything up for me, and removed all the trash.

The delivery guys were fabulous, especially Michael. He was very friendly and made sure that the equipment was all in its place. He also made suggestions as to how I can make it a cleaner setup through wire management. All in all, very satisfied with the service I received.

I received a delivery from Elite Corp and am very please with the service. The delivery was flawless. The delivery men were professional, fast and removed all packaging. Elite was contracted for white glove delivery of my TempoFit work station. Delivery was very professional, especially amidst COVID. Two delivery men brought all parts through my garage and then took off shoes when entering home. Wore masks the whole time. Very cordial delivery personnel. They were also quick and efficient.

The tempo is great! It was delivered on time and with care. We have used a few times and the workouts are very good. I wish they had the tempo app for andriod so I can schedule classes ahead and add them to my calendar. It would help me plan my week better.

2022-01-21I’m in love with my Tempo! The delivery went smoothly. The company called to schedule my delivery and prior to that day they gave me a courtesy call to remind me. I also received a call before the delivery to tell me they were on their way. The 2 men were very professional and was able to put together and install my unit in the location I wanted it. They collected their trash and tested the unit before they left. All went well. I am satisfied with the whole experience!

2022-04-27Delivery was seamless. I was noticed 5 days prior to my item being delivered with the time frame and had the opportunity to confirm. The day of the delivery, I was notified 15-mins prior to arrival. The installers were professional and friendly.

2021-12-24Despite having an incredible amount of deliveries in one day right before the holidays, the deliverymen took time to carefully move the item to its spot in the room, plug in the device, and explain some of the device functionality. They were pleasant and efficient, and even wore shoe covers and masks. They provided a great service and I hope the delivery people of this company are paid handsomely for their hard work!

2022-02-12Delivery men texted us 20 mins before they came, to let us know what time they’d be arriving. They were on time and professional. They unpacked our item and plugged it in to make sure it turned on. They were great with our pets too. They took all packaging with them. BEST delivery men we ever had!!!!

2022-01-02I gave it 4 stars because the initial delivery date they arrived on time but did not have my order. So I basically wasted a day. Fortunately I am a teacher and was off for winter break, so I did not waste a day off. The company did call immediately afterwards to set up a week later. They told me delivery would be between 11 and 2, but they actually showed up at 9:45. Both deliveries, the workers were polite and professional. I am glad I did get the white glove delivery for my tempo fit because all the equipment was very heavy.

2021-11-12Ive had a great experience with this companys delivery. They communicated with me about delivery and were very adaptable and flexible about how to handle logistics. They were nice when they came and very helpful in setting the furniture up. Basically, anything you would want in a delivery situation.
