The ladies at the front desk are so caring friendly faces they are the best
The staff is very welcoming and the doctors show their concerns with your pain levels and the PT doctors don’t push you beyond what your body can handle! The receptionists are very personable and always very accommodating to what your schedule is as far as setting appointments with you. Very happy with this place I highly recommend going to this office.
This is a great placed to go when you have pain. My Chiro and PT are amazing. I personally give them a 10 in rating. Dr. Patel is amazing and takes time to speak with you and listen to you needs, and the front desk assistant are great! Thank you for always waiting for us after 6:10 pm.
From the moment I called Central Valley Orthopedic & Rehabilitation to make my first appointment to my final physical therapy session the entire staff here was nothing but spectacular. The front desk girls all welcome you and make a stressful time very comfortable with their warmth. My therapy sessions got me back on that road to recovering from my injury and I cannot thank them enough.
I was recommended by central valley orthopedics from a doctor who felt that I needed physical therapy on a consistent basis. The secretary is very cold, not even a hello, just a clipboard to sign your name while they chatted away about the weekend, and this co-worker and whatnot. It just left such a bad taste in my mouth that I took the intake paper work, filled it out and left. Now I am back (secretaries still have same demeanor) to give it another go and hopefully see the therapist...(To be continued....)
Good afternoon, I would like to inform all that my experience in dealing with the representative by the young Ladys name Alyssa at the front deck of this Medical office ,has been the best experience ive had with any other medical establishment, she is very humble, tentive to the needs of the patient, on days that I come in for Doctors Appointment or Physical Therapy treatment, and I having a bad day she always make me forget of pain do to her outstanding. ways of dealing with my situation and always smiling The Administration of this Medical office should be very Proud of such a Great Employee who gives your Brand a Positive impact on how patients should be treated.Respectfully SubmittedJuan L. Dr Murphy is a great Chiropractor! I would highly recommend him he is very knowledgeable and takes time out to explain things about the body so you feel at ease. The PT staff is also very good!
Base on my experience I would say the girls at the front deck are very amazing they have great personality so I believe they are a good team, they do there job at the best of there abilities to make the patient happy .The Doctors,Orthopedic and Therapist are very nice 👍Team work make the dream work .
All the staff are friendly and Dr. Dassa and Dr. Patel are very informative and sincere. Dr. Dassa and Dr. Patel surgical team were awesome, along with the physical therapy team at Middletown. In addition, the medical receptionists are professional, kind and Alyssa always went out her way to meet my needs.
Based on my experience, you sign in and then sit there for HOURS before youre called in. The doctor didnt even really examine my injury, and just told me to start physical therapy. Needs a better system to get patients in quickly and examined efficiently.
Dr. Dassa is a knowledgeable, experienced and very compassionate doctor. He helped me a lot to feel confident, calm and relaxed during the visit. The doctor was always there to answer my many questions.
You WILL wait for appts. A LONG time. Like 2 hours. Its rather ridiculous. Most of the time you will see the drs colleagues rather than the actual drs. The physical therapy dept is ice and tens unit, nobody does any actual PT with you.
The receptionist and assistants were friendly and funny, Dr. Dassa of course has be my doctor for many years. Never felt and pain during or after the procedures, hope he never retires.

Stay away from this place. If I could give zero Stars I would. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a Five minute visit. Dr Dassa violently moved my neck and shoulder which left me with a lot of pain. I do not recommend this place.
From the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors... everyone here is geared towards patient care. And knowledgeable patient care at that. Its an added bonus that everyone here is always a pleasure to interact with :)
Central Valley Orthopedic & Rehabilitation is my go-to office. I never feel like at doctor’s there. Staff makes you feel like home. Very professional team.

2022-08-09I’ve been a patient here for a few months, and each time I come into the office, I am greeted by the amazingly sweet girls at the front desk. All the staff here are Friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office and the doctors here.

2022-04-20Although I have never been a patient here, I have unfortunately worked at this specific location for a total of 3 days. I have seen first hand how unorganized and messy this office is. I worked here over one month ago, have been contacting the manager directly, and still HAVE YET to receive pay. I continue to be ignored, and given a ridiculously unprofessional runaround. I can only IMAGINE how their patients are also treated.

2021-06-23My Experience with this particular practice is that the Office staff Jennifer and Monika are very knowledgeable, courteous, and hard working as i see they tend to every ones needs and have a smile that tickles my spirit even after a sour day. The Doctors and physical therapists are very nice and make my visit therapeutic. I would recommend anyone with muscle or skeletal issues to go and get evaluated so this practice can point you in the right direction for better health.

2021-02-26I was referred to CV orthopedics after a motor vehicle accident, and I’ve been seeing a team of doctors that treat me with great care, scheduling is easy and accommodating to my schedule, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes with insurances, not fault and workers compensations claims. I only have to worry about getting better and receive the treatment anyone with pain and injuries deserve they do the rest. Alex is amazing, he spent a great amount of time with me over my treatment and getting me the appointments I needed, including surgery, medical clearance, etc. It’s very much evident that they strive for excellence, and they do provide excellent medical treatment.

2021-02-12Since I’ve been receiving therapy and treatment from this office I can say I’m feeling a lot better. Like night & day better so far. But the Biggest part of my experience is with the Girls up front. Krystie is a huge reasons why I even come , she’s super quick with information , always polite and professional. The others girls have been great as well. Thanks guys !

Whether its making an appointment, needing help with faxing papers, explanation of something (even when Ive asked before) or just a pleasant face to walk into to cheer me up when Im not feeling so well shes my go to front desk woman! 2021-03-06I came into the Middletown office for the first time a week ago and let me just say WOW! Christy was a fireball, knew what she was doing and talking about. Angelica was very sweet and answered my questions with no problem. Even though I had to wait a little longer than usual to see a doctor the girls made it very pleasant for me. I have yet to begin physical therapy because of my work schedule but I cant wait to further my treatment in the clinic. Dr Greg was attentive and made me confident that my injuries will be taken care of to the fullest. If youre looking for a clinic thats more about quality than quantity this is it! A+++ in my book
